✒Product Review✒ As a total mask-aholic I was stoked to try this Cacao Peel-off Mask from #paparecipe 🙌 Thank you to #08L and Papa Recipe for providing this product #complimentary in exchange for my honest review. 🍫🍫🍫 Want the bottom line? I was underwhelmed. 🍫🍫🍫 I'm really digging the packaging of this product. It's simple, understated, and gives off a natural/holistic/crunchy vibe. The tube makes dispensing a breeze, and the included spatula helps to move the product over the skin. 🍫🍫🍫 This stuff it thick. I mean, reeeally thick. And sticky. Even with the spatula it was difficult to avoid making a mess, and I had trouble getting this molasses-like product to apply evenly. The smell could also be an issue for some. Think chocolate bar dissolved in alcohol. 🍫🍫🍫 There was some discomfort during removal. Nothing soul shattering, but definitely watch out for your eyebrows. Even with all the adhesion though, my blackheads were still lodged firmly in place, which was a bummer. The skin did feel smoother, but I didn't feel like any deep cleansing had actually taken place. 🍫🍫🍫 Overall, my feeling was "meh" and it's not a product I would likely repurchase, but I will keep using it on my nose and chin.

I got the chance to test out this Papa Recipe Bombee Honeyed Pudding Peel Off Facial Mask. This mask comes out very thick. So thick I had to take the cap off in order to get it out of the actual tube. It definitely resembles honey, and even has a bit of shimmer to it. Because it's so thick, it takes a good amount of product to be able to spread it over your face. It surprisingly didn't take too long to dry though. Being a peel off mask, you do need to be careful to avoid the under eye area or hair line, because it will hurt when you peel it off. If you avoid those areas, I don't find it to be bothersome to remove. My skin dos feel nice and smooth when I removed it. And I do enjoy the sensation of peeling it off. I like this mask, but I wouldn't recommend you use it too often so the peeling doesn't irritate your skin. I do feel like it delivers results though

This is the second time I've ever used a mask that smelled good enough to eat, but don't worry I have restraint. It has a thick texture, and just like any peel off mask it's sticky. I spread a thin layer over my face and it took about 18 minutes to completely dry, and then I peeled it off from the bottom edges up. It pulled out alot of gunk and didn't dry my skin out, but left it smooth, soft, and smelling wonderful. Peel Off masks are one of my favorites, and as far a hurting when I pulled it off I would rate it at a 4. I really loved everything about this Papa Recipe Cacao Holic Sweet Peel Off Pack from the smell to how well it worked to rid my skin of unwanted nastiest, and I would like to thank 0.8L & Papa Recipe for letting me try this awesome peel off pack. So I super love peel off masks, they always leave my face feeling super fresh and clean afterwards. This Cacao Papa Recipe also included a set of 5 cleansing foam, and 3 My Lemon Bottle Gel moisturizers. So I started with the cleansing foam. Only about half the pack will suffice. Lathers to a super foam, and left my face refreshed and brand new. So I moved on to the face peel. Let me tell you...I wanted to pour the entire bottle in my mouth and eat it! It smelled like a super delicious chocolate bar! I started with the silicone wedge applicatior that came in the box, but that was kinda weird and didn't really help distribute it evenly...so I went the old fashioned way and applied with my fingers. Per the instructions, I let it sit for about 20 minutes and peeled it off once dry. It was a little hard actually getting it to peel from the edges, and with sweaty hands it does melt and tear easily. But once I got it off my face looked clear, and I could see dead skin and a few blackheads on the peeled off mask. After washing off what I couldn't peel, my skin looked like it was glowing. Then I applied the moisturizer. It smells like lemon, and isn't the regular moisturizer I am used to. While yes my face felt refreshed, the moisturizer left my feeling dry to the touch. I received @paparecipe Gold Holic Royal Peel Off Pack courtesy of @0.8L_usa in exchange for my honest review. It claims to "tighten pores, remove sebum/waster matters with real 24K gold, keeping your skin resilient & uplilted". The mask comes with a silicone spatula-like applicator, which I thought was perfect for this kind of mask. It spread the product evenly and easily. They also were so generous by including samples of Bombee Honey Moisture Cleansing Foam & My Lemon Bottle Gel, which we used pre- and post-mask (separate review coming soon!). I diligently read the ingredient list of every product and was a bit disappointed that alcohol was 2nd on the list. However, given that it's a peel-off mask, I was willing to give it a pass. There's also: chameleon plant extract (anti-bacterial/inflammatory, also used in Tatcha Rice Enzyme Powder) oils (chia, sweet almond, sunflower) bentonite (good bye oily skin!) centella asiatica (antioxidant) swiftlet nest extract (bird saliva, anyone?) and, of course, gold (way down on the list) I used the mask on myself and my sister. She definitely smelled the alcohol and said it did sting a tiny bit. She also said it smelled like Elmer's glue as it dried. I didn't smell the either. So, who knows? Anyway, it dries quickly and peeled off easily, except for around the edges where it wasn't applied as thickly. We both felt a quick rinse was in order. I have oily/comb skin and my sister has normal/comb. skin and we both noticed a positive difference in our pore size. That's a plus! We both thought our skin felt very soft. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I'm looking forward to doing this again with my daughter when she comes home from college! What a night to relax ! Started with this papa recipe Gold Peel Off mask and followed up with the Mizon brightening mask. Perfection to the skin tonight :) the gold mask was interesting , I am still inexperience at peel masks just because I don’t tend to layer on too much . Overall I couldn’t see results as quickly as I’d hope but everything takes time. Today i got my #silverholicfoilmask and I'm in love! The mask is so easy to use and comes with a little spatula to help apply it.❤❤❤ When I peeled it off I could definitely feel and see a difference in my pores. The most exciting part is that the mask didn't make my face slick and greesy😍👍

It's pretty awesome that the first time I sign up to try a skincare product, I'm picked and it's an awesome product at that! My hormones are still kinda wacky since I'm nursing and I've been noticing lately that I've struggled with oily skin. I mean, a glow is cute but not this kind 😅 This gold peel-off mask is meant to combat sebum and tighten the pores, which I've also really really needed. The product was easy to apply since it comes with a silicon applicator and it was easy to get an even layer. It dries quickly and was easy to peel. I noticed a brightening in my skin by looking in the mirror but seeing the pics shows a pretty big difference! And over the course of the last few days (I tried this Saturday), I've noticed less issues with oil and large pores. I would definitely suggest this one!

I loved this product!! The only downsides were that it smelled like glue, and when applying to my cheeks my eyes started to burn. Thinner areas were also a little more difficult to remove. However, the consistency was great and the spatula to apply was very handy. Almost all of my redness was gone after removing, my face felt soft but not greasy, and I had a comfortable tightness from my pores getting smaller. I removed the small pieces I couldn't peel with the eggplant toner wipes I also received, and that worked perfectly. I can't wait to use this again!

This mask was very nice to use. I like that it comes with an applicator and it sets nicely. It is very easy to peel off. I was sent the Cacao mask and I don't typically like food smells in my beauty products so I would probably purchase a different variety myself. But it does work well and leaves your skin smooth afterwards.

I love how it has real 24 k gold in the mask! i love how it feels on my skin ! it us very easy to apply with the spatula ! cute box with spatula .I leave it on for 10 minutes then rinse off.leaves your skin looking refreshed hydrated and youthful! i will continue to use daily!

This Papa Recipe peel of pack is amazing a luxurious gold packed that thoroughly eliminates oil,impurities and dead skin cell my skin feels so silky-smooth I love it.Is pack with 24k gold,witch hazel,ivy extract,edible bird's nest,sweet almond oil and sunflower seed oil

My review on this cacao face mask. To be completely honest it wasn't for me at all. I loved the smell it smelt like chocolate but other than that I didn't like it. It was very thick and hard to get out of the tube and very hard to apply because as your applying it it's also taking some off. The worst part was the most time consuming. It was very hard to get off took me like an hour before I gave up. Sorry for the bad review but it's honest.

I received the cocoa variation, I loved it and it made me smell like chocolate, my only issue with it was that it was so hard to squeeze out of the tube, I love that a small silicone mask brush was included, it minimized my pores and dried faster than the 20-30 minutes the package says
