흑마늘분말골드

When i got this i was not sue exactly what to do with it. After doing a bit of research i found that you use it just like you use regular garlic. Lucky for me i use garlic in almost everything lol. It was bit chilly so i decided to make a pot of chili and i added some of my black garlic to it. It definitly did not taste like regular garlic but it gave it a interesting taste that I actually REALLY liked! The actual flavor is super hard to describe but i definitly recomend this.

Worrying that I might receive this product on the same day as my review's deadline date, I sighed in relief that it arrived today. I was also planning to have take-out ramen that same night and thought that giving the taste test of the Daywellz Black Garlic Gold Powder on my ramen would be perfect. I ordered a Dragon Tonkotsu Ramen with mild level chili paste in the soup. From what I've researched throughout the internet about black garlic, plus the number of times I've eaten ramen with black garlic oil in it, I knew that black garlic by itself have a much subtler, almost sweeter taste, than the sharp "in your face" taste of your everyday fresh garlic clove. I decided to order the ramen set with a side of karaage (Japanese chicken nuggets). At the mild level of hotness and spice, the ramen was quite spicy. I opened one packet of the powder and sprinkled it on both the karaage and the ramen. I taste tested on the karaage first, as I sprinkled with lemon and dipped it in the included mayonnaise. As expected, the black garlic powder somehow made the sour taste of the lemon subtle and the chicken nugget had that slightly caramel-like taste. I then tried the black garlic powder with the ramen and the chili paste-infused tonkotsu sauce made the "mild spice" much, much milder, mixing in with that familiar caramel-like sweetness. The Dragon Ramen became a Kuro (Black) Tonkotsu Ramen with a little bit of kick in it. I read through the internet that this black garlic powder has been around Asia (not just Korea and Japan) for centuries, and that many Asians have been consuming black garlic in both powder and oil form as condiments for their dishes or even have it as a drink. I've read that as a drink, some say it tastes like instant coffee without the caffeine and bitterness, but I have yet to try this in drink format. But for me, this tastes wonderfully in soups. It somehow gives a whole rainbow of flavors once you add this to soups. I'll also try it on a savory-flavored toast and snacks also. But I would give all five stars. My main concern though is that the entire labeling is in Korean and I could not find any information regarding its ingredients in English. You know how it is with the legitimacy of the product too, as I know (being an Asian myself born and raised in Asia) that there are a lot of dupes too. But, I've read that Daywellz is a legit Korean brand, and therefore I will trust it for the time being. I recommend trying this out (when it's available probably on Amazon or some Asian supermarket) for your dishes if you want to try out new flavors. But if you love the hardcore-ness of the garlic taste, the black garlic will not be that choice. You'd have to use your everyday clove of fresh garlic for that.

I was actually shocked by this product. Thought it was going to be gross but its actually really good. Its basically burnt or sauteed garlic but it doesnt taste bad. I was shocked by the amazing taste of it. I am making chicken tonight for a salad and i plan on using it then. I used it in my dinner last night and the whole family loved it. I love that you can cook with it. I also enjoy the fact that its healthy for you. You can put it in your drink, coffee, water etc and use it as a detox. That to me is so amazing. I am going to mix it into my water tomorrow before I go on my levee run or my workout for the weekend. Its amazing to cook with but i wanna see what its detoxing properties have to offer. I enjoy the taste of garlic so it doesnt bother me too add it to my drink or water when i know i am gaining health benefits from it. Packaging is nice and i love the fact that it comes in individual packets for single serve purposes. I am enjoying the packaging from the black main packaging to the gold fixtures. An awesome product all the way around. I would reccomend this product to anyone who cooks with garlic or is looking for a nice body detox. Cant wait to share with my friends!!

흑마늘이 분말형태의 스틱형이라서 휴대가 편하고 먹기가 수월하더라고요. 그냥 먹어도 좋지만 물이나 우유에 타먹거나 요리에 넣어 먹어도 좋을만큼 활용도도 높더라고요. 마늘향이 짙지 않고 구수함이 있어 애들도 먹일 수 있어 그것도 큰 장점이었고요~~ 흑마늘즙 거부감 있는 분도 있던데 이런 분말형태 넘 좋네요~~
