I am a sunscreen snob and was happy to test out the High Protection Moringa Light Sunblock by Sevendrops. This is chemical sunscreen that contains niacinamide, adenosine, Moringa seed and other botanical extracts. This sunscreen is quite thin and easy to apply. It makes my skin look a bit shiny but there is no weird color changes...yes I sometimes change color when I use sunscreen. It is SPF 50 with PA +++, therefore it protects against both UVA and UVB rays. I received this product as a Try Now for 08L. I have been using this for a week and it's ok. I have got a bit of sunburn as I went out without a hat a few days ago. (the horror) Reapplication of sunscreen is important. I use sunblock on my fave, neck and arms daily and was thrilled to try this. I love it! It absorbs in my skin and isn't greasy so I'm able to use my foundation without issues. It doesn't make me oily or break down my makeup. It stays in place and protects all my exposed skin without touch ups for hours, I used it on my arms and neck after 4 hours like any SPF and My skin has been visibly protected(no sun coloration to my skin) for the 10 days I've used it! This sunscreen came at a perfect time, when I was almost done with two of my other sunscreens. I have been using this exclusively for over a week and I think I am finally ready to share my thoughts. This is the Moringa Light Sunscreen from Sevendrops. It is SPF 50 PA+++ so almost the highest PA rating and a very high SPF rating. It has Moringa seed in it which is known for its anti-aging qualities. It also has aloe vera and lotus and a few other nice ingredients in it. I couldn't find online what sunscreens are in it, but it blends in very quickly, so I imagine it has chemical filters in it. There is a sunscreen smell to it when I first put it on my face, but it dissipates almost immediately once I rub it in. It doesn't feel that drying, so I imagine that people with oily skin might find this to be too heavy for them. For me (with dry skin) I like the feel to it. It dries down fairly quickly if I don't have a lot of heavy layers on under it and doesn't make my skin look that shiny. I usually add a BB cream on top of it. Overall, this is a pretty good sunscreen and I wouldn't hesitate recommending it to my friends or family. But I probably won't repurchase because I think the value of it is pretty terrible. It is less than 2 oz and it retails for around $30. There are plenty of sunscreens I like better that are bigger and less money. There is nothing about this product that is worth that much money for how small it is. If the price were more in the $10 range I might repurchase. Received the SevenDrops Moringa Light Sunblock from 08L for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and detailed review. Packaging - a simple, sleek, travel-friendly squeezy tube Scent - a subtle sunscreen scent, does not linger Staying Power - it has SPF50+/PA+++ and just like any sunscreen, I apply it 30 mts before sun exposure and reapply every 2 hours. Feel/Consistency - this feels exactly like a moisturizer, hydrating but not greasy. No white cast! My dry skin loved it. Can’t think of anything bad to say about this sunscreen. I appreciate that it has natural ingredients, didn’t break me out, no white-cast, and it didn’t make me want to wash my face after reapplying a few times during the day. It felt like a light moisturizer. ☀️ sevendrops high protection morninga light sunblock SPF50+/PA+++ . ☀️Ingredients: ethylhexyl methocinnamate (sunscreen), ethyhexyl salicylate (sunscreen), phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid (sunscreen), niacinamide, stearyl alcohol, 1000ppm moringa pterygosperma seed extract, watermelon, aloe, citrus acid . ☀️product is packaged in a 1.76 oz simplistic tube. Sunscreen has a very light, thin consistency with a slight citrus scent. This is much more thin than other sunscreens and very lightweight. It also lacks that signature sunscreen scent, which I love! . ☀️sunscreen applies nicely and feels extremely light on my skin. Product absorbs quickly and leaves no white cast. I really love the consistency and application of this sunscreen! . ⚠️the ingredient ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate rates a 6/10 safety on cosdna. I decided to do some further research and found while this is a common ingredient, there’s some controversy concerning bioaccumulation & cellular level changes. It may also be a culprit for premature aging & free radical production! ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate has been shown to cause bleaching of coral even at very low concentrations . I love this sunscreen but im feeling conflicted about the ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate ingredient

▫️SEVENDROPS MORINGA LIGHT SUNBLOCK▫️ True story: I only started using sunblock religiously last year (*gasp* shame on me, I know!). Ever since I found out how important it is, I made it a must to always include it in my morning skin care routine. I have been on the lookout for sunblocks to try because most of the ones I’ve tried tend to dry out my skin, leave a white cast, and/or doesn’t have sufficient sun protection. This product is said to be hydrating, with great spf and no white cast so I decided to try it out. ▫️WHAT IT SAYS IT DOES: an effective sunblock (SPF 50+/PA+++) that feels light on the skin. It also claims to hydrate and whiten the skin, as well as improve appearance of wrinkles. ▫️WHATS IN IT: Moringa, Drumstick tree Extract, Watermelon extract, Aloe Vera leaf extract, Lotus blossom extract, Portulaca extract, Edelweiss extract ▫️FOR WHO: All ▫️MY THOUGHTS ON PRODUCT: I was expecting it to be milky/runny like the current sunblock I’m using but it is actually thicker (more like cream) in consistency. Despite that, it doesn’t take much effort to spread it on your face. It doesn’t have that distinct sunblock smell, but has a mild scent As claimed, it doesn’t leave a white cast (or if it does, its really unnoticeable.) However, it takes a while to dry/settle on the skin. It gives the skin hydration, and makes it look slightly dewy. (Vampire problems). Ingredients: From cosdna.com there are some ingredients that rate up to a 5 and 6 concern for irritation and safety. There safety index scales from 1-9. The lower the safety index, the less risk the ingredient for acne and irritation. First Impressions: I like the simplicity of the packing. The added yellow color is kinda nice as it reminds me of the sun. (And you know, this is a sun care product so…. thats relevant, lol.) This product has your traditional sunblock smell. No white cast, but initially there was a shiny/sticky sunscreen feeling to my face that did go away. My skin was left feeling smooth and soft. Really like this sun block, this sun block glides on very smoothly leaving no white cast. Perfect for any weather and works great with make up.
