Today I'm going to review a product that I received at a discounted price from @08liter in exchange for my honest review. I remember when his product launched here in the US (2015-ish I believe). I was intrigued but there were things I wanted more at the time. Anyways, when I saw this pop-up, I knew I had to at least try it! * 🍋Product: About Me Skin Tone Up Massage Cream * 🍋Use: This can be used as a detoxifying massage cream, or as a cleansing cream. The cream is super rich, and super thick. After a few minutes, it goes clear, turns to an oil, and it's ready to be removed! I used it as a detoxifying cream first and I was surprised at the gunk that still came off of my face (even after cleansing). * 🍋Next, I decided to use it as my morning cleanser (thinking that I could use this instead of double cleansing). While my skin was still super duper soft and clean, I did notice that the extra oil made my pores a bit large, so I wound up cleansing again with my LAGOM. All in all, I like the instant softness and brightness this brings to my skin. Eu fiquei surpreso com o que foi removido do meu rosto (pode ver isso nos fotos) * 🍋 A segunda vez, eu usei como o cleanser da manha (Pensei em usar só isso em vez de limpeza dupla). Minha pele se sentiu limpa e bem suave, mas eu notei que meus poros pareceram um pouco grande por causa do óleo extra. Acabei lavando com o meu LAGOM. Minha opinião final é que gostei muito o brilho e a suavidade instantâneo que vi depois de usar. Valeu a pena gastar o 3,99 para experimenta-lo!

About Me Skin Tone Up Massage Cream I had to research online on how to use this cream because the instruction on the package does not come with English translation. To use it, start with a very clean face. Apply ample amount of the lemony scented cream and massage by doing a circular motion for about 2 minutes. Then, stop for a couple of seconds then resume massaging it – by then the creamy texture of the cream magically melts and turn into oil. Continue massaging for a minute more before wiping off the product using a clean cotton disk. Results are very visible – you’d see all the remaining dirt on the cotton. I read somewhere online that the yellowish gunk is the toxins brought out from the skin. I’m not sure if that is true. This process totally cleans the skin from gunk that cannot be removed by make-up removers and soap. This is an interesting product. It is described as a cleansing cream. In the jar, it looks like a moisturizer...it’s white and creamy. As you rub it into your skin, it turns into a clear oil. It has a light lemon scent to it that is very pleasing. After I rubbed it in for a minute or two, I decided to wash it off with my regular cleanser. I think I could just wipe off the excess product with a tissue and leave the rest on to moisturize my skin throughout the night. Here’s the catch...this is an extra step in my nighttime routine. Either I wash my face first to get all the makeup off before I do this or I do this first and then was my face because I have an oily makeup mixture on my face. I think that extra step is worth it in the winter when my skin is in it’s most dry state. But maybe I wouldn’t bother with this the rest of the year. About Me Skin Tone Up Massage Cream ✨ — What it is: This product is a holy grail cream that doubles as a cleansing massage cream and a purifying massage cream. It has a blend of botanical ingredients which naturally brightens the skin while Lemon and Moringa extracts exfoliate dead skin & impurities. This also boosts the skin's natural moisture and wrinkle-preventing collagen for a hydrated, firm, and glowing skin. . How to use: Massage onto a clean dry face or uncleansed face (with make-up on) and massage for 2-3 minutes. Once the cream turns into an oily texture, leave for one minute then wipe off. Follow up with a foaming cleanser. — First impressions: I did enjoy using this product. It reminds me of balm cleansers such as the famous Heimish and Banila Co. It has a creamy texture, as described, and a subtle scent of cucumbers. I used this product as instructed, and it removed my make-up pretty well. The downsides of using this product is it can be time-consuming, and that it does not remove waterproof make-up. I usually take about 1 minute to use a make-up remover to take everything off. I would prefer using this product when I'm not in a hurry in the afternoon. (I work night shifts and I sleep before going to work so I typically do not have that much time. 😅) I was also wearing a waterproof mascara that this product wasn't able to remove during my first cleanse. I will have to try this product more and update you if it works on waterproof makeup. 🙈

This cream had a wonderfully light lemon scent to it. It looked to be around $14 which for the large jar you get I feel is reasonable. So onto the product I massaged the cream onto my face, I used the scoop tool and put some on the back of my hand, a small amount goes a long way. I let it sit a few minutes and this product is supposed to be removing the toxins from your skin which I'm a little iffy on it. My biggest issue is after this stuff soaks in you get oil or at least my combination skin did and it feels gross. But next you wipe it off with something, I used cotton rounds . And I did get some gross stuff off. Interesting enough I tried it morning, afternoon and evening. The evening removal showed the most "toxins" on the cotton rounds . So I thought that was interesting made me feel like it was actually getting something off my skin. Afterwards though my skin still felt oily and almost tight . When I did my skincare after it, it was almost making my skin feel irritated. Overall this is not a product for me but I do think it's something to try out to see for yourself. I would say if you have some extra money then give it a try for yourself. It's always hard with skincare products to say no don't buy this because what doesn't work for me may be amazing for you.

🍃 About Me Tone Up Massage Cream 🍃 Claims: Effectively discharges skin of toxins and aging skin. The first time I used this I cleansed my skin with my regular flaming cleanser then followed up with this guy. You basically just grab the amount you want with the spatula that comes with it, massage it between your fingers and massage it into the skin until it starts to turn into an oil consistency. In the 3rd photo you can see all of the toxins and impurities this pulled from my skin. I didn’t even have makeup on before using this so I’m blown away! Alternatively I also like to use this as a pre-cleanser with a full face of make up because it removes everything so effectively! Scent: This cleanser has a very fresh citrus smell which very refreshing but also makes me feel like it’s actually doing thangs. 🍋🍊 Texture: This is very thick in consistency and turns from a cream to a more viscous oil. Works great as a makeup remover. You massage it until it goes from cream to oil. Something about it, even at that point, is gel like or somehow lighter than using an oil to begin with. Neat. I could see myself using it in summer b/c of this, especially with the mild citrusy scent. I treated it like any other 2 step cleanse with oil followed by foam cleanser. I also tried it as a detox mask, massaging it into my clean skin, letting it sit for about 3 minutes, then wiping off with a cotton pad - there was stuff on the pad, I was surprised! So it seems to work fine both ways.

I used this after a hot shower and although it did take a little bit more energy to rub it in completely the end result was fantastic. I would say that it would be great as just a massage cream too.

this massage cream is great. its starts as a cream and as you massage it into your skin it becomes an oil. you then wipe your face with a cotton wipe and can see the toxins it pulls from your skin. It also leaves your face feeling soft.

How I used it: I applied a good amount to my clean dry face and massages in circular motions for 1-2 minstues. It went from a cream to an oil form. I let it sit on my skin for 5 mins thenni used a few clean cotton pads to wipe off. My skin felt soft and hydrated. For me it felt a little to greasy so i ended up washing my face after with a febtke cleanser. The scent is a very light lemon that i enjoy. My thoughts i liked it as a once a week detox treatment because i have oily acne probe skin, those whi have dry or combo skin may enjoy it better. I didnt noticecany brightening effects thoygh. This product is a treat for the skin. It claims to brighten the skin with a creamy texture that turns into a rich oil. It smells amazing with lemon,kiwi and mushroom extracts. Helps exfoliate away dead skin and impurities. After several days of using my skin felt super soft. I cant say i noticed my complexion changing but maybe after longer use. I received the Tone Up Massage Cream to review. First things the packaging is very simple and easy to read. Upon opening the jar I was greeted with a light citrus sent. I love that it came with a little spatula for easy mess free dipping. I was sad that with all the writting on the box, none of it was in English. So unable to follow directions I just applied to my face and it was a little too rich for me. later on I looked it up and read that I was supposed to wip off the cream with a cloth. Its made with lemon extract and bamboo juice with is great for your skin.

I am so glad I got a chance to try this tone up massage cream. I thought it might be dry, but the richness and moisture is just perfect! The consistency is very good. I actually feel it benefits my skin and makes it soft. Very nice and pleasant frangrance and the moisture leaves my skin looking fresh and glowing. *Thank you 0.8L for choosing me to review this product in exchange for an honest review.* The about me skin tone up massage cream can be a cleansing cream to remove your make up or a toning cream to remove excess dirt oil and makeup residue after you cleanse your face. *Function- It works great as a toning cream my face was so yucky even after I double cleansed. As a makeup removing cream it was ok if the products aren't waterproof if not it doesn't completly remove them. *Absorbability- When applied it so thick but onced absorbed it becomes an oil. It absorbs pretty quick. *Overall- It has a light scent to it absorbs quick and helps tone up your skin to get rid of all the impurity left behind. The only thing is that it does leave your skin oily so if you don't like that i would suggest to get a cotton pad damp with a bit of water and clean your face lightly so it gets rid of excess oil and this still leaves you with a glowy dewy skin.
