I have dry skin and I have to put on a moisturizing primer and wait 10 minutes for it to absorb so I can finish my makeup. Ryor Mattifying Cream with Powder Effect . ☁️Despite it being December, LA weather is still quite hot, and so I decided to try this cream to see if it actually does control my sebum but still moisturize my face. . ☁️Claims: An innovative mattifying cream with a unique composition based on organogel intended for daytime use. Its high content of microparticles creates a perfect matte and powdery finish without a sticky feeling. This light and easy to spread emulsion absorbs sebum effectively while moisturizing the skin. . ☁️Scent: there is a subtle scent to the product but it's not overpowering enough to hinder me from using the product (I actually quite love the scent) . ☁️Texture: it started off quite creamy, but once patted in to the skin, it actually feels like powder and is soft to the touch . ☁️Use: In order to truly see the effects, I decided to skip my mattifying primer and to just continue on my normal foundation routine. . ☁️Verdict: During the first 2-3 hours my face was still quite matte, I only started to blot my face by the 6 hour mark. On a normal basis I usually get oily during the 2 hour mark (even when I set my face after foundation), so this moisturizer really surprised me! I've had issues with other mattifying moisturizers since most of them do control the oil but it will also leave my skin dry in some parts. This moisturizer definitely controlled the sebum but also kept my combination skin hydrated. I have extremely oily skin and this really did help my makeup stay in place and shine free for much longer then primers, I have tried in the past . It's super lightweight with a light clean scent. I really enjoyed this matte moisturizer. Its so refreshing and deeply hydrating with no greasy look afterwards. I love having healthy skin but I dont like looking sweaty or greasy. Its a hard balance to maintain because I really need all my products but when I finish with this one Im matte and ready for the day, with or without makeup. I really love my Ryor Mattifying Cream with Powder effect. For anyone, like myself, that has combination skin, this is amazing stuff. It truly does make your skin look like it has a matte finish. That's a huge plus when your skin looks shiny when you don't want it too. I'm always having problems with my T zone, nose and forehead, so this truly does the trick. It goes on so smoothly too and makes your skin feel so soft. I'm in love with this stuff since its the first cream ice had that actually works like it says.

I was happy to try the Royr Mattifying Cream with Powder Effect for $3.99. As you can see from the pictures it came with a lovely note and free samples. The cream was white with a bit of a gel consistency. It applied smoothly and absorbed quickly with the promised powder effect. I used it both under BB Cream and by itself. With the BB Cream I could see the benefits more clearly. It helped in keeping the oil on my forehead at bay. Without the BB Cream I didn't notice much difference. I found it a bit drying for my skin during this winter season. I will try it again in warmer weather when my skin is less on the dry side and more on the combination side. I did not like the scent at all. It is overpowering and perfume smelling.

Another great product from the Ryor line! This product has a very nice and clean scent, not heavy at all. It comes in a convenient pump bottle and pumps easily. The product has a great texture thats consistent and not runny. It goes on smoothly and moisturizes excellently. It absorbs well into the skin and leaves it silky and smooth and it does mattify, taking away any skin shine. This is a great product for those with combination/oily skin. It moisturized well enough that I didnt have to prime before applying makeup. I love this product line and very satisfied with this product, hoping to buy more.

I have used this as a primer and for my combination skin it worked very well! I put on my make up very early in the morning (6 am) and usually don't get home until later in the evening (5~6 pm). So for most of my work days that I choose to wear make up, I need a good face primer to keep the make up on! This helped keep my oily skin at bay for the majority of the day, I noticed around my nose a little bit of oil but nothing major. I also liked how smooth my skin looked through out the whole day. So far so good for this primer! 🙋

didn't take to much product. went on quick really added some moisture while mattifying really like the over all look it gave and would purchase and recommend after trying this for quite awhile now. I love this so much. on days I don't really want to wear any make up I put this on and it gives me an all over matte look. I don't have to use a lot of product and it lasts my full day, I do like to use with a primer on days I'm running around a lot. I need more of this.

What a great product! I've never tried a mattifying product before and this is the first one to leave me velvety matte all day! My skin stays hydrated and glowy but without the breakthrough greasy shine.It also doesn't break me out and makes a nice base for foundation. I am absolutely in love with the Mattifying Cream that I received from @0.8l_usa and @ourhappybox in exchange for my unbiased review. It works great as a day cream to help prime your face underneath makeup, or on its own as a night cream. I received the product extremely fast and it came with a very nice, handwritten note.
