It came in a box that had the shipping information slapped on it, the packaging itself looked different from the one in the campaign and there were no instructions and list of ingredients that came with the product. Also, this product wasn’t properly sealed. Packaging aside, the product itself looks pretty, with gold specks in it. It has a subtle floral scent. While it didn’t come with the brush as mentioned in their website, they did provide a spatula. I finally summoned enough courage to put it on my face and decided to just try it out once. I find that the spatula isn’t really efficient in the application of the mask so I decided to use my silicon brush instead. I placed it all over my face and noticed that there was a cooling sensation upon application. I also noticed that it slightly stung my eyes at first. I had it on for an hour, as instructed. It dried at around the halfway mark and it didn’t make my skin feel tight upon drying. It was fairly easy to wash off (I used warm water) and it left my skin feeling soft and smooth, but a bit tight. There was also a slight brightening effect. I cannot speak for the lines as this requires using the product consistently for quite a while. I have to say that this product somewhat works, however, for someone like me who doesn’t really have much time, its too much bothersome to wash my face, have it on for an hour, and then wash it again (they recommend washing it off with a facial wash). When first applied the mask feels hydrating and cool. I wore it for an hour as per the directions I found on the Internet. The mask dries out to an even brighter colored gold and doesn’t pull or stretch the skin when drying. The directions also recommend using a facial cleanser to wash off. It does seem rinse off easier when using a face wash and warm water. My skin is left baby soft, serums and creams seem to glide on my skin after using this mask. I’ve noticed a plumped up, firmer, brighter complexion after use but I’m also noticing a bit of a “tug” to my skin. I’m guessing it’s because I washed my face twice (before and after applying per the directions) and it’s not the actual mask itself that’s causing that dry feeling. • 🏵This high end gold elixir mask is beautiful, extremely sparkly and a lot of fun to play with. Menvy 24K Elixir Gold Mask I was super excited when’s @0.8l_usa offered this product through their Try Now campaign. I missed it the first time it was offered so I was determined to get it when it was offer again. Setting my timer on and it was sold out within minutes! I ordered on 11/11/2017 and on 11/14/2017 I was informed of out-of-stock delay due to its popularity. I was offered the option to cancel but chose to wait because I was determined to try it because it looks promising. The product finally arrived on 1/9/2018, almost two months later. I was perfectly fine with the delay because a great product needs time to produce. I was quite surprised how the product was packaged. It arrived in a thin gold color box. Inside the gold color box was a plastic box with the product bubble wrapped. What is alarming to me was the product was not sealed! Upon opening the cap, there was a black marks on it. Additionally, the product only have a small sticker with the name and no ingredients listed. For these reasons, I can not risk trying the product on my face. This is my review for Menvydia Cosmetics 24k Gold Elixir Mask. I got to try this product, in exchange for my review, from 0.8Liter. Now, some of you may know this already....A couple of months ago, 0.8Liter offered this mask. After all of them were claimed, emails were sent out. Menvydia stated that they oversold. I had the option to cancel or to wait until they had more product. I was dying to try this mask. I love gold masks normally. I waited, patiently, for several weeks. I then decided to reach out to Menvydia. They responded, stating that they would be shipping in the next few days. Now, they did mention that they would have to use a different jar, than their usual gold one. I was ok with it. I mean, the visual aspect is nice! Of course, it is definitely what is inside that counts. So, that box you see in my photo is what came in the mail. I have never seen a legitimate company ship in that fashion! Plus, this mask was origionally priced at around $80. I believe it is my 3rd photo...this was exactly how I took it out. This jar was surely opened/used before it got to me. There was literally zero instructions or writing on the package. The website is really nothing either. It gives no information, no back story, no ingredients. Would anyone in their right mind put this mask on their face? I just do not feel right putting this on my face. So, my negatives were....terrible packaging, used/opened product, no direction, no ingredients, and lastly, the 2 month wait.

This product doesnt have any information on the package except the brand name. It'd be nice to name some ingredients, how much you should apply on your face, and how long you should wait. Each package is enough for 2-4 uses depending in how much you apply. I think the moisture and nourishment are ok.

Menvy 24K Elixir Gold Mask I waited for 2 months to receive this product; however, I completely forgotten about it. One day I received a small, gold box, and it was the product. The product is very small. The package was horrible that came with it. Applying it on, it requires a brush. There was no brush came with it, so I use a brand new foundation brush. I let it set for a few minutes; however, I notices my face begin to inch. I washed it off and have not noticed any difference. Now, my face feels too dry and glittery.

This review is going to be unlike my others as it's going to be short and sweet as I am feeling quite ill and completely forgot I had to do this review today. I thought I had another week to complete it. This mask definitely worked! It did what it was supposed to do and brighten my skin. It not only brightened my skin but ledt me with super smooth skin. I also loved that once you near The end of The recommended time to keep it on, the color gold became so bright and gorg itself. The scent of it was non-existent which I do love, the packaging is adorable. It's a gold orb. I do wish however that it came with the applicator brush that it comes with if you purchase it online. This is Menvydia Menvy 24K Elixir Gold Mask given to me by 0.8L for review. I really like this mask, let me tell you of my experience. The mask is in a golden orbbed-shaped pot. The packaging tries at being fancy but misses the mark. On the box, it says it's made with pure active gold, caviar essence, and collagen. The mask is for intense brightening, anti-aging, and anti-spot. I can attest that the brightening action of this mask is real. As for the anti-aging and anti-spot action, I haven't used it long enough to know if it can do these things. This mask is a wash off gel type and goes on real easy and light, no goopey mess. It cools your face on contact. There is no noticeable smell to the gel and I love the golden flecks that can be seen in the product. I left the mask on for an hour and it dried nicely without causing too much tightening. To wash off the mask was cake too. Just make sure you cleanse your full face cause the mask is a bit hard to spot once dry. When I was done and looked at my face, I noted a glittery glow due to the golden flecks now deposited in my skin. Here's what I don't like: The price of the product, $80 something 😲. Don't get me wrong, the mask is great and basically does what it says it will but I... nope not for this price point. Also the packaging needs to be improved. I had to use my own mask brush which isn't a big deal but had I bought it for the price you better believe it better come with all the "bells and whistles. " Also, there were no instructions with this mask. I had to go on the company's website to know what to do. Go figure. I absolutely think that an hour is too long for a mask treatment, but I guess it takes time for the essence to seep in. What I liked: the color, I'm a sucker for gold. I love that you only need a thin layer and it still works. I liked that it was a cool mask to apply and it didn't feel like your skin was choking overheating. Review: Menvydia Cosmetics Menvy 24K Elixir Gold Mask is an anti-aging, wash-off mask that contains gold, caviar, and collagen with brightening and moisturizing claims. . Sadly, I am not a fan of this product. It is definitely unlike anything I have in my collection, so the novelty of it certainly made me interested, but I just ended up with concerns and reluctance than excitement or positive results. . Let me start off with the packaging-- I rarely care for fancy packaging; as long as the product inside is of good quality, I don't mind whether the container is luxurious or lightweight and plastic-y. That being said, I think if you buy a product off Etsy and are expecting a small-batch, handmade product, it is totally fine if there is a certain DIY aspect to it. But when an item is advertised as a luxurious skin care and costs $89, it's a huge disappointment when you open your parcel and see the gold sphere container rolling around and scratched up because the box's glues and folds had come undone, with very little bubble wrap that hardly did anything to help cushion the product during its transport. . Ingredients-- I couldn't find a complete ingredients list anywhere. There's a partial list online with all of the fantastic stuff that's inside, but I'm sure many people (including myself, obviously) would have wanted to see the full and complete list. . Application-- So I do not have sensitive skin. (The only time a product caused any adverse reaction was when I used a very well-known, 40% lactic acid treatment for several consecutive nights.) However, after about 10 minutes of applying this mask, I had to go wash it off as my face started getting itchy all over. Had there been an ingredients list, I would've felt safer leaving it on and assuming that the itching was just due to regular mask application, but since I didn't know what else was in it, I didn't want to risk it by leaving it on for the recommended 1 hour. After washing it off, my face and hands had specks of very fine gold dust/micro glitter that made for an unpleasant surprise. I washed my face three more times, and still I couldn't manage to get all the sparkle off. It was annoying, but I suppose it's a brilliant product if you're going for a certain vampire-look from ten years ago. . Effectiveness-- I couldn't tell if the product made any difference to my skin. Maybe my skin was slightly brighter...? Perhaps the product would've provided better results had I left the mask on longer (or used it for the recommended 14 days) but I guess I'll never know because I'm hesitant to try it again. . I received this product compliments of 0.8l_usa to test and give an honest review. For the $89 price tag (which I obviously did not pay) I expected more from this product. It's a 24k gold mask with caviar stem cells and collagen. It claims to be cruelty free, brightens, moisturizes, reduces the appearance of fine lines and pores, and gives you a youthful glow. That all sounds amazing no? I can honestly tell you I only used this 3 times total. The first time I only did half my face and you can definitely see that the side with the Menvydia mask is super glowy and fresh looking! So yes I will say that it does work even on just the first go. Now my issues lay with one, the packaging. It just looks like someone slapped a sticker on a nice box. It looks cheap. Not a deal breaker but still. Why?! The other issue is that you have to wash your face, wear it for a full hour, and then wash your face again... I personally prefer to do all my skincare at night before bed. I am not going to wait an hour after my bath, then wash my face again and then do the rest of my skincare. Maybe others won't mind but to me it's simply inconvenient and I wish it was a peel off mask. Those are always fun and pretty easy to remove. After using this the 3 times, every other day, I simply stopped. The hour long wait time and 2nd face washing just deterred me so much. I personally would not buy it even if I had 89$ to just throw around.

Lets start off first with the box this product came in (although it's not pictured here). For a product as expensive as this, I would of thought they would have put more effort into it. It was cheap looking. The box was falling apart, the label wasn't even nice and it didn't fit the box properly. I get it, the box isn't meant to be kept but still needs to be presentable. The packaging of the actual product is nice, not luxurious. There's no spatula or brush to apply it. However, the mask is sparkly and beautiful! The consistency reminds me of silly putty. Feels cooling when applying. Once it's been sitting on your face for a few minutes you get an itching sensation that lasts for a while but it subsides. It washes off easily. My complexion is left smooth to the touch. It brought life back to my pale washed face but to be honest I'm not impressed. I was imaging my face would be sparkling like the Cullen Vampires LMBO.♡

Although the box the product arrived in could be described as nondescript at best the actual container was a gorgeous gold orb and the mask itself was a luminous gold. Since the mask didn't come with a spatula or brush I applied it with my fingers which worked fine as it was a gel like consistency. I left the mask on for an hour per online instructions for use. After 3 nights of use I could definitely tell my face was a lot more brighter and had a nice glow. I'll definitely continue using it for the recommended 14 days that is suggested for optimal results. I like this mask so far. It goes on smooth and you can immediately feel it's cooling effect on your skin. It rinses off easy and leaves your skin feeling clean and soft to the touch.

The Menvy 24K Elixir Gold Mask is by far the most beautiful mask I have ever received! Just looking at the container gives you the idea it is very luxurious and expensive. After days of using it I can say it has a cooling sensation that rejuvenated my skin, living it very soft and smooth. It helped reducing the appearance of pores (specially on my nose and cheeks) making it look clean and bright. It is very watery so be careful and patient while applying it, and don’t forget to have a face brush with you because it doesn’t come with one (this is my only complaint). So for everybody, give it a try and have fun with it, you are not going to regret it!

After 5 days of testing I can honestly report that this is the real deal, there is a reason this is sold out. Claims: The 24k mask which is chock full of pure active gold, caviar essence and collagen is supposed to be an intensive brightening mask that will add moisture while reducing dark spots, fine lines and wrinkles. Pores will be visibly minimized, skin illuminated, skin vibrant with a youthful glow. Pronounced results in 14 days. How to use: I used a brush to apply a thin layer of this golden goodness to my face. Let sit for an hour and wash off with your normal face wash. I suggest a very mild wash. Pat dry and marvel at how soft your face is. Personal Experience: Let me get this part out of the way. The box this came in was not attractive. At this price point I honestly expected more. It did not come with a brush or spatula to apply. This is my only complaints. Now the little gold ball it comes in is VERY nice. They got that part down. It looks great nestled next to my other skincare goodies, heck it might need it's own shelf it is so pretty. The product as you can see in my pics looks like melted down buttery gold. I could stare at it for days. When applying it is very gel like in texture and very cooling. During the hour I had it on I did experience a little bit of itchiness but it was not anything I couldn't handle. I rinsed it off and then washed my face and patted dry. My skin felt energized, refreshed, plumped and visibly brightened. I had a hard time not petting my skin all day. Now as I used it over the next few days I have witnessed more of a glow to my skin, skin looks almost lifted and a MAJOR reduction in pores and fine lines. It has been like waking up to a new face every day. Final thoughts: Yes the 89.00 price point is high. Yes I feel the packaging/presentation left a little bit to be desired. I've been testing this mascara since the day I got it. I felt the pores more minimized. but I still have not realized the glow it promises to give on the skin over time. I did not like the packaging because I did not have any product information, like what ingredients I had in the formula or how I should use it.
