As a newcomer to the Rose Beauty scene, I was intrigued and excited for this try now campaign. Unfortunately had I known the size of this product (which is more like a deluxe sample 1 oz at best), I would have passed. Simonne Rose is a product line in it’s infancy with an acute sense of DIY/“made in my kitchen” feel to it. As much as I would like to support these companies and see them grow, I’m more of a “finished” product junkie myself as snobby as it may sound. Now for the review of the actual product. The cream is a light pink color with medium consistency. It has a very natural Damask Rose scent which I like however my husband said I smelled odd when he came near me. I think that natural and organic beauty lovers will be fond of this cream. I agree with the description of the moisturizer being not too light and not too heavy. There are many oils in the ingredient lineup such as grapeseed, jojoba, carrot seed, sunflower, geranium, lavender, frankincense, grapefruit, orange blossom, ylang ylang, and argan to name just a few. Overall I give this product 3/5 mainly because the packaging needs to improve and size of product needs to increase. I’m not sure if this is a sample or if this is what she is selling as a full-size product.

Has the scent of Roses you would think that's what's in the jar ROSES!! 🌹 And to me a hint of a wood like aroma. The texture is a light colored pink creamy feeling of cooling. 100% of natural plant based ingredients. Rose water sugar scrub great for exfoliating keeping your complexion fresh. Its PERFECT for day or night letting the ring sugar crystals do the job for you of cleansing your face. It also contains Lavender Oil and Argan Oil. It rinsed off completely when your done exfoliating your face does not leave a greasy or oily feeling on your face at all! It's perfect for all skin types but excellent for dry skin. I have to say that the way it feels on my face makes me give Rose Daily Moisturizer-Simonne Rose 🌹 Five out of five stars for all that it does!

I'm so glad I jumped on the opportunity to try this product. I am a huge natural skin care proponent and this product delivers. It is handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and blend of the products. Although the description says it isn't heavy, I did find it is a little heavier than I expected, but not too much so. It is not by any means clogging or unbearable. Your first experience is the natural smell of roses and Sandalwood oil which is a little overpowering for me. However, you are only using a pea size amount which does go on light white color. You wait for 3 to 5 seconds then blend into skin. It is easily absorbed into the skin and goes on smooth and creamy. I really love the way this feels on my face and neck. The company recommends using a toner to prep the skin, I did not. I used a serum which I found was best for me. I found this was one of the first moisturizers that did not mix badly with my foundation. It actually enhanced the look of my skin to make it appear dewy and flawless. I also love the way my skin feels. It is softer and smoother. Sometimes natural products can irritate some people so always check the ingredients. This gets my five award♦️♦️♦️♦️♦️ The product contains Rosa Damasccena Hydrosol (Damask Rose), Vitis Vinifera (Grapeseed Oil), Simmodsia Chinesis (Jojoba Oil), Vegetable Glycerin, Organic Raw Honey, Vitamin E, Lavnder Oil among many other good for you ingredients like Orange Blossom Oil and Argan Oil.

So...I was really excited to try this because I love rose scented beauty items. My first thought when opening the package was it looks very cheaply packaged. It just has an at-home printed sticker on top of a little plastic jar. It wasnt very appealing to me. This moisturizer has a very odd rose scent. I cant put my finger on it. Its almost has like a plastic smell to it. It also has some strange looking transparent chunks in the lotion itself. Im assuming its glycerin or something from the production process, but im not positive. Also, there was dried lotion smeared all around the opening which I assume is from packaging. It leaves a tacky feeling for about 5 mins after rubbing in but then it subsides to a smooth silicone feeling. Unfortunately I cant get past the scent and i had tp wash my skin to get it off. Sadly this product is not for me.
