Yay! Another food review! This time it’s a good one~ Auno Grano Cereal is a brown rice cereal made with organic raw sugar. This is great as a light meal or even a snack. It comes in three flavors: original, cacao and berry. I love these little packages, they’re so cute and they also come with a spoon! I really like these by themselves, they surprisingly pack a lot of punch flavor, but is not overly sweet. I’m OBSESSED and I need these in my life permanently 😂 The ‘Original’ flavor reminds me of smacks cereal, just not as sweet. It’s literally a puffed rice cereal and it’s just so delicious. This would be best with yogurt as milk made this one pretty bland but overall, my second favorite flavor, I like it by itself. *unfortunately I ate both of these so I no longer have the ingredient list 😬 ‘Real Cacao’ flavor is my favorite, it’s pretty chocolatey with small chunks of chocolate, with milk you get a perfectly balanced chocolate milk 😋 it’s not too sweet either. Ingredients: whole brown rice, cane sugar, cocoa powder, cheese powder 🤔, sliced dried coconut, pressed oat, roasted quinoa, basil seed, sea salt Last but not least is the ‘Real Berries’ flavor, this one was my least favorite but is still really good with or without milk, the tiny berry chunks are extremely tart and kind of ruin the flavor, I’m sure this would be awesome on yogurt as well. Ingredients: whole brown rice, cane sugar, frozen dried strawberry powder, dried cranberries, raspberry powder, pressed oat, roasted quinoa, basil seed, sea salt. Overall: ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ THESE! I need a whole box. At roughly 120 calories per pack, these are great. Sugar content is a bit higher than I anticipated but the ingredients make up for it. **I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion.

The Auno Grano Cereal comes in three different flavors: Original, Real Berries, and Real Cacao. The cereal it's made of puffed whole brown rice, and organic non-refined sugar. Each pouch of 30g it's equal to one serving. The Real Cacao and the Original flavor has 120 calories, while the Real Berries flavor has 110 calories. Two of their flavors are vegan friendly, the Real Cacao flavor doesn't, it contains cheese powder. I love the colorful art on the cereal bags, it's travel friendly and spoon included for additional convenience. My favorite flavor, from all three, is the Real Berries. I prefer eating the cereal as a snack than for breakfast. Also, I enjoyed adding the cereal to my homemade coconut matcha ice cream. The three flavors taste good, they are crunchy and not too sweet.

[08L REVIEW] . . I know it's not skincare but what you eat is "skincare" right? . . Auno Grano came in pack of 6 individual packets.  I received 2 of each and it comes in 3 different flavors (cacao, original & berries). It comes with a spoon which makes it super travel friendly.  The brand claims that they use “good sugar” that comes from fruits. Which is a good alternative to cane sugar.  I love the brand's philospy and the story of why this product was created (founder’s daughter child can't tolerate sugar...). . I tried all 3 flavors and shared with my family.  My kids loved it.  My personal favorite out of the 3 were original. It had the right amount of sweetness to satisfy my sweet cravings and it did not taste sugary at all.  My kids just ate straight out of the bag and I ate it with cashew milk. . Price is hefty which comes to about $2.00 per bag.  Realistically...eating this cereal every morning for family of 5 will exceed our monthly budget for food, but I think it would be a great to keep it in the pantry for quick snack or if we are on a road trip (it comes with a spoon..genius, I love small details !)...I would definitely stock up if I find it on sale! . Auno Grano Cereal comes in a pouch bag that is convenient to carry in your bag or purse. It includes a spoon in the bag. You can pour any kind of milk or yogurt into the bag to eat. It's very simple and easy alternative to breakfast for someone who is busy in the morning. Also, a healthy alternative for dieters. It's very convenient to take while going for hikes and picnics. Grano is Spanish that stands for Granola which means grain. This cereal has no artificial additives and no white sugar. It uses auno sugar instead. This comes in three flavors: Original, Berries, and Cacao. The original has a great taste of whole brown rice puffed. It tastes great with yogurt. It has a very chewy texture but tastes delicious. The Berries one has real berry taste with little pieces of cranberry and strawberry. I think this one is my favorite of the three. Cacao has a taste of real chocolate and has a rich taste. Overall, I like this cereal and has healthy ingredients and superfoods that include quinoa, oatmeal, seeds of basil, and flax seeds. I give this a 10/10. 딸을 생각해서 만드셨다는 건강한 그래놀라! 그래서 그런지 자극적인 맛 하나없고 건강하고 담백한 맛으로 아침에 후루룩 말아먹기 너무 좋았어요! 시중 그래놀라는 정말 설탕범벅이다 할 정도로 먹기 꺼려졌는데 아우노 슈가라는 건강한 천연당을 사용해서 몸에도 좋고 맛도 놓치지 않은 제품이라 무엇보다 딸을 위해 만든 건강한 제품이라 믿고 먹을 수 있는 것 같아요!
