I was so excited to try this product but in my book it was a fail! It went well at first until I put the cotton sheet on. the product does not smell bad. you can really smell the aloe in it. I wasn't sure how to use other that the pictures on the box. I put the cream on my clean skin and rubbed it around a bit but I was sure not to rub it in. I placed the mask over and it immediately started burning like I was getting a chemical burn! It didn't leave marks but I couldn't leave the mask on. my skin is a bit raw right now cause of winter. I am gonna let it heal back up and try again.

Okay, for any of my English speaking friends who might not know what to expect, I hope this is helpful as the instructions weren't 100% clear on the chemical reaction that will occur. To begin, the tube is very large. Note that the tube is actually ONE USE. This is in very small print that you will need a magnifying glass to see. You empty the entire tube and coat your face. It is slimy and a gelatinous brown. It smells unique, slightly like eucalyptus. After you have on the gel, you will put on the sheet mask. What you need to know is that everything will begin to sizzle and burn. From my research on this, that is normal. You know what is normal for you, though, so be attentive and if the pain is too bad, remove it. After 25-30 minutes, you remove the mask. The gel will have mostly hardened. You wash off the residue. Overall, despite initially being very alarmed and worried about a chemical burn, I found the mask to be fun. I use several masks regularly, but this kind is a first for me. I don't notice a huge difference overall in the look of my skin, but it feels fresher.

I was excited to try this product because the claims seemed amazing. Unfortunately after reading other reviews I was hesitant. I have never left a negative review but this product will have to be my furst. I applied a small amount of the gel on my wrist and let it sit for about 5 mins. My wrist started to burn bad and as soon as I applied a section of the sheet mask on top....my wrist was on fire! 🔥 I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone! 252 Cosmetic Ultra Bohr Effect CO2 Theraphy Project Mask I read reviews from other editors and hesitated to try this product. I waited until my face is healthy without any acne or injury. I tried with my hand first and it was ok. Then, apply the gel on my face and it was fine. My face started to burn so bad after putting the mask on and I couldn’t rinsed it off faster. Probably, the amount of citric acid on the mask itself was a bit too much. I wont post any before and after photos. I wish I could leave a good review but it’s a big NO for me.

I was very skeptical and hesitant to try this because a friend of mine actually had a nasty reaction to this and it burned her face! I first applied a small patch on my arm just to make sure there was no irritation and there wasn’t. So I did apply the mask to my entire face, but as soon as I put the paper mask over it I began to feel a stinging sensation. I am not sure if that is what it’s supposed to do, but I wasn’t taking any chances so I immediately rinsed it off! For this reason, I will not be posting any before and after photos like I intended.

Includes a set of instructions/benefits. The tube of gel can overflow if you squeeze it when opening. The dry sheet mask is pretty large and doesn't have a good fit. / 🌱 Scent: The gel smelled like strong herbal medicine, even when applied on the skin. Pretty unpleasant. / 🌱 Ingredients: Contains Methylparaben high up on the list. 😐There are plenty of beneficial extracts. / 🌱 Effects: YO THIS 💩STINGS. When I first applied the gel, no reaction occurred. As soon as I placed the dry sheet mask on, I heard a sizzling sound and it was painful where the dry sheet mask touched the gel. (Caution around eye area!) I have a pretty high pain tolerance and my eyes were a bit watery from it. As I pressed the dry mask onto my face, the stinging continued. The pain lasted for about 3 min before fading. On a less dramatic note, the effects of this mask pack is pretty amazing. My skin didn't turn red or seem irritated. I did slather on some aloe gel afterwards just in case. It left my skin feeling really smooth! Even a few days afterwards now, my face is way softer/smoother! I did see some brightening effects. Didn't agitate my acne. Effects are great, but beware of the pain 😶 / 🌱 Cost: $20 (at @252_cosmetic ) Not worth it 💸 / / Overall I rate this a 7/10 / Would I repurchase?: Maybe if a gentler version came out. Otherwise, no.

Today I tried out the Ultra Bohr Effect Co2 Therapy Gel mask by 252. - - Honestly, I wish I could say I liked this product, but the experience was pretty painful. 😩 The Gel felt fine when applying it to my face, but once I put the mask on, my face started to burn sooooo bad. The package says that if it “tingles” that means the Bohr Effect is setting in. However, this wasn’t just a tingle. I had to wash the mask off right after taking this photo. - - Afterwards, my face was very red and irritated. Once you have an even layer of gel you then put on the mask sheet and wait 25-30 mins to remove. . 🌷After using this mask I have mixed emotions. While this mask did clean out the blackheads on my nose it wasn’t a pleasant experience. When the mask sheet and gel touched my skin, it stung and I heard crackle sizzle popping noises😱. this is definitely a very interesting mask. you put the gel on and then the paper sheet mask over it. The first time I tried this mask, as soon as I put the paper sheet mask on my skin started to sting like I had a bunch of red ants biting my face but it only lasted for like 2-3 minutes. after waiting the amount of time and washing the mask off, I did notice my skin being a little more hydrated and softer. the 2nd time I used this mask, as soon as I put the paper sheet mask on(after cleaning it if course), my face just burned and stayed burning for the whole 25 minutes. once I washed the mask off my face was bright red and still felt like it was on fire, so I had to clean my face with a gentle facial cleanser twice just to get my face to stop hurting. I couldn't put any additional skincare after either because when I did it would just burn. so sadly I don't think I'll be using this mask again, or I'll try it without the sheet mask. stinks because I had high hopes for this mask.

But the scent doesn’t linger. ☁️ How I use: it was written on the English instruction to apply at least 25 ml of the gel on face to maximize the effect. I applied a liberal amount on my face and this is important, AVOID EYES AREA cause I will tell you why. After I finish applied the gel all over my face, I put the dry sheet on and OMG IT BURNS AND STINGS. I was told by a friend that it stings and burns her and I was ready to feel it but I wasn’t expecting it to be that bad. I could immediately hear sizzling sound, the gel texture immediately fizzle under that sheet. It took me about 2-3 minutes until the sensation was gone but if I press some part of my face, it still burn and sting so bad. I put it on for 20 minutes and the sheet was sticking on my face, I had to peel it slowly. ☁️ Result: my face was (of course) red all over and I immediately put on Klairs sheet mask to calm down my skin. It felt good. After 25 mins of sheet mask, my face was still red. It goes away after couple hours and I could feel my skin was baby butt smooth! It absorbs my skin care so well after that. My face was still smooth after the next day! ☁️ Overall: 1.5/5 I really love how it gives me baby butt smooth skin but gosh I can’t tolerate the pain. If you are curious, go ahead and be adventurous, I think the result is amazing. But if you have no tolerance for pain, skip this one! I give it 1.5 point for the smoothness and softness it made my skin feel but I wouldn’t use it again.

I received the Ultra Bohr Effects face mask from @08.L #complimentary For my honest opinion. This is described as a CO2 Therapy project face mask. I decided to try it tonight after my bath since i had just cleaned my face. According to the package instructions(which are not English but there was a pic guide to follow) you are to was your face and use a toner. So after I bathed i applied my usual face toner and allowed my face to dry. Then the pic instructions say to spread on your face and leave on 25-30 mins. (Now i didnt realize this when using the face mask and am only noticing now that I am relooking at the entire package but in this step I mussed a step too-which may or may not have affected the outcome.) but in this part apparently there is also a cloth face mask(in the back of the box that I only saw now) that you are supposed to put on top of the face mask gel after you spread it on your face. Like I said I never saw the cloth and just applied the mask as a gel mask and let it dry. The instructions state to leave on 25-30 mins but honestly this started burning on my face almost immediately (and dried very fast) so as soon as it was dry I had to wash it off because of irritation, after about only 8 mins. Step 3 is wash your face. I did. As soon as I washed my face it was very noticably RED and burned. Also the redness had a distinct line of where there was mask gel applied and not, so I ended up having a red mask like look with raccoon white circles around my eyes mouth and the line I stopped on my forehead. I also noticed my forehead was lighter red and less irritated than the areas I applied two(or a thicker) coats of the gel. Step 4 was to apply face cream or serum to your face. This was a MUST since my face was now burned and hurting. i used two different serums and a cream to try and relieve some of the irritation. After about 15 mins I checked my face again(last pic) and my face is STILL bright red and very irritated. As far as use, smell, packaging goes I would say not great either. The package was nice and looked like a decent product so that was a plus, but after opening it the section where the cloth mask was was basically unnoticeable so I overlooked that part of the steps. And like ALL @08L instructions there was no English included-which to me is a negative since the campaigns go to America and others to test. The ease of use was good enough, simple face gel to use as a mask-IF it stopped there I would say perfect, but since a cloth mask was included to put on top of the gel(but was not made clear in the instructions) I have to say this was a miss as well. The scent was VERY similar to ammonia mixed with menthol when first applied-so not pleasant at all. But as it dried the smell went away and it was fine. The pros, although few after only my first time using, were that my face did feel tighter and firmer like it reduced pore size. And once it was completely removed my face is very smooth and soft(aside from the burning, it actually does seem like it worked. This campaign was geared toward sensitive skin(which is me) and the package says good on all skin types. So that is a little confusing as to why then it affected my face so badly-was it just bc i forgot the cloth mask? Is it not good on sensitive skin? Im not sure but I have to say although I feel I should try it again properly using the cloth mask just to be fair, I am hesitant because my face is STILL red and burning. I would definitely not recommend this to people with sensitive skin. As far as anyone else I am undecided as I may need to do another proper test to give that opinion. I received this Ultra Bohr Effect mask as a try now from 08L. It's a 2 step mask. You apply a thick layer of the brownish gel to your face (one tube actually) then place the dry sheet mask over...and try not to scream...as this burns! The gel started bubbling and my face felt like it was on fire. I persevered and after the sheet dried out I pulled it off. It felt like pulling off wax strips. It did pull off some hairs too. My face was really red and burning. I did get an allergic reaction around my nose, however my face did feel firm. Maybe it is brighter, but hard to say through the redness. I don't think the pain is worth it.

The Bohr Effect refers to the phenomena where an increase in co2 levels leads to a decreased affinity of haemoglobin for oxygen. An increase in the release of oxygen also increases co2 value. The increased oxygen supply speeds up metabolism and improves cell regeneration ability. The box includes a 1 ounce tube of gel and one mask. You are supposed to apply the gel to the mask. Then, you are to wear the mask for 30-45 minutes. My first thought is that I would essentially need more than one mask. The mask included isn't something that can be reused. I enjoyed the mask itself. It was very itchy, which I am guessing comes from the oxygen bubbling up. Overall, I must give a thumbs down. I am doing this because I wish the company provided more than one mask, and because I know alot of people would never be able to keep this itchy mask on for more than a few minutes.

The 252 Bohr Pack claims to have 6 benefits; whitening, skin balancing, anti-aging, face tightening/slimming, pore/sebum care, and trouble care. The pack arrived in a rectangular box with Korean writing on the back. Inside the box was a tube of gel, mask, and a very small trifold paper with English instructions. I was pleased there were instructions in English, but the print was extremely small and difficult to read. The tube of gel had a piece of tape over the cap to show it had not been opened, I like it when companies do this. I applied the gel to my face and immediately after that I put on the mask that was provided. The mask was very stiff. As soon as I applied the mask, I had a tingling sensation on my face and it was actually burning in some places (NOT a good feeling). I happened to have a small paper cut on my finger and when I press the mask on to my face, the cut on my finger started to burn. So if you happen to have any cuts, be sure to wear gloves when applying the gel and mask. The burning sensation on my face went away about 30 seconds later, so I kept the mask on for the recommended 25 minutes. When it was time to remove the mask, I started removing it at my forehead and it was quite difficult and somewhat uncomfortable to remove. The gel had started to dry to the mask and both dried to my face, so trying to remove it was tough. Once I finally removed it from my face, I washed off the remaining gel. Afterwards, my face felt very smooth and soft, and also had a slight cooling sensation that was refreshing. My face did feel tight, but it could’ve also been because my face was dry, I applied lotion as the directions indicated. This product is for a one time use, however, I did have gel left over. I would not purchase this product again because of the burning sensation and the pain and difficulty in removing the mask, I do not think it is worth the results, as the softness and smooth feeling did not last more than a few hours. IT BUUUUURRRRRNNNNNSSSSSS!!!! So, I read a review that said it burns and I didn’t want to try it but I did. About 3 seconds after applying the gel my skin started to burn a little. I thought maybe it would stop. So I waited and put on the mask. It got worse. My face was on fire and I couldn’t rinse it off fast enough. Parts of my face are now red and inflamed.

The Concept: "Place amber colored gel, filled with ingredients such as licorice, pine, honeysuckle and other botanicals, on face. Place stiff paper mask over gel and press in to adhere. Leave on for 30 minutes". The Expected Results: "C02 is transported to the blood, releasing oxygen, which speeds up cell regeneration, would healing and easing skin problems. It will brighten, restore water/oil balance, anti-aging, sebum control" The Reality: The gel wasn't BAD, it was easy to apply and I didn't feel any burning at that time. Then I placed the dry paper mask over my face, pressed in and started to hear a snap-crackle-pop as the gel started to bubble under the mask. AND THE BURN. OMG. I do not have sensitive skin, but this stuff BURNS and hurts. I ripped off the mask within one minute and rinsed off with cool water. I thought that perhaps it was the mask sheet itself that causes the burning (it is stiff and very very white - perhaps bleached), so I tried dabbing the gel on my skin and IT BURNED. Washed off completely with the 252 Like U Handmade Soap (again, courtesy of @0.8L_USA) and that WAS nice and soothing. Look for that review over the weekend. I took a look at the ingredients and the sheet mask itself citric acid and xanthan gum and I feel that the acid was JUST A BIT TOO MUCH. I didn't know that to get the skin of a 25 year old, I had to burn my face off. Sorry, nopes. This stuff is harsh.

This product ultra Bohr effect co2 therapy gel was burning it was sticki. I left it on all 30 minute as it describe. It also said to have it in 50 temperature. I might have done it wrong. After I rinsed my face it was revived and smooth. I didn't understand instructions. Very interesting product. Don't know if I would recommend it. I bought for 3.99 for my honest opinion from #08l

So I washed my face first and then put some toner on and then applied the gel on and it didn’t really burn until I put the mask on It started burning and I took it off and washed my face. I don’t recommend getting this I bought this for $3.99 discounted price.
