They combine Auno sugar with a natural concentration of sugar cane juice, Korean peanuts, rice grain syrup made with Korean rice, sea salt made through wind, sunlight and the beauty of waiting and high quality natural butter containing 100% milk fat. The combination of all raw natural ingredients produces a candy that not only gives a boost of energy but contains all the nutrients normally stripped away in the refinement process. It is gluten free, chemical free and additive free. It's low in fat allowing you to enjoy 3 pieces for only 0.7g of total fat, 0g trans fat and 0.2g of saturated fat. The taste is complex with of course the taste of peanuts and butter but the Auno sugar gives it a taste all its own. At first I couldn't place the flavor then I thought it was hints of coffee but while writing this I realized that it reminds me of caramelized sugar. As the candy melts down there are tiny bits of peanut in it. It's the perfect amount of sweetness. It curbed my consumption of refined sugar candy.
