I received a bottle of Tea Tree Cleaning Water by Benton. It comes in a 200ml bottle. It has a very mild light tea tree oil scent👃🏼. I use it to remove my makeup and it did a amazing job at it. I was interested in this cleansing water because I have sensitive acne prone skin and I know how good tea tree oil it for these issues. So far I really like it it does a good job of removing my makeup and soothing my skin with no irritation. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a gentle makeup remover. It is also cruelty free 🐰

🐚 🐚 🐚 Benton Tea Tree Cleansing Water . This claims to gently cleanse, revitilize, and refresh blemished and stressed-out skin 💆🏼‍♀️ . This has a short and clean ingredients list, and is free of PEGs, sulfates, fragrance, and colorants. . Key ingredients are the 70% naturally-derived tea tree leaf water and tea tree leaf oil: ~ have antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antifungal properties ~ remove excess oils from skin (sebum control) ~ have astringent properties to help minimize the appearance of large pores. . This comes in a clear sturdy bottle with a flip-open cap for easy dispensing of product. . Scent: A very relaxing tea tree smell 🍃 . As a first cleanser: I mainly use this as my first cleanser during my double cleansing routine at night 🌛 I find that this effectively removes my sunscreen and gets rid of dirt that has accumulated on my face throughout the day. The best part is it doesn’t feel drying at all, none of that after-cleansing tightness. . As a makeup remover: On hand and forearm swatches of makeup I own (I don’t have waterproof ones), this excellently took them off. BB creams or foundations applied on face were also completely removed without having to rub hard. But eyeshadows applied on eyelids are a different story; thus, a little difficult to wipe off. Word of caution: This stings the eyes. Benton, however, did note to use a separate eye makeup remover to erase eye makeup. . As a morning cleanser: It was refreshing! The cooling sensation and scent actually helped in waking me up! It did leave a slight tacky residue, but nothing a warm water can’t wash off. I noticed too that on days I used this as my morning cleanser, my T-zone is a little less oily. . Overall, I enjoyed using this as this is soothing and calming, very gentle, and worked great at getting off gunk and impurities. Plus, this didn’t break me out! . Benton has been my favorite k-beauty brand going on 2 years. Their products work amazing on my skin, probably because they use mostly natural-never harmful-ingredients. This cleanser is no exception. 🖤 I received the Tea Tree Cleansing Water by @bentoncosmetic compliments of 0.8L & Benton in exchange for my honest review 🖤 All of the ingredients in this cleansing water are free of PEGs, Sulfates, Fragrance, & Colorant. The Environmental Working Group scored every ingredient in the low hazard bracket. The majority of skincare users do not realize how important this is, and pay no attention to the harmful ingredients they put on their face. This cleanser has 70% Tea Tree Leaf Water, as well as Tea Tree Leaf oil. Tea Tree is hydrating, soothing & calming to troubled skin, has anti-blemish effects & antibacterial properties. To use I applied product to a cotton pad & gently wiped my entire face. It has no scent (bonus), and feels refreshing when applied. I use an eye makeup remover first, than an oil cleanser, and this as the last step - it helped remove any stubborn makeup that remained on my face (DO NOT USE ON EYE MAKEUP!) I wet my hands and lightly wiped my face, then pat to dry before applying toner. Immediately after my skin was refreshed. I just received this, so only used it a few times. I will update with the long term effects, which I heard are excellent when using tea tree. Overall, I would recommend this cleanser - it has for sure made it into my skincare regimen rotation 🤗☺

💧Benton Tea Tree Cleansing Water💧 . 💵$22.80/StyleKorean (may be cheaper, couldn’t find for sale anywhere as this is brand new) . ❗Purchased at a discounted price from .08liter in exchange for my honest review❗ . 💧This's a first impression, as I’ve only used this for 8 days. I’ve tried 2 micellar waters, Bioderma Sensibio H2O & Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water (red cap). I liked the Garnier well enough, but the Bioderma FUCKED MY SKIN RIGHT UP. I’m not sure which ingredient betrayed me, but I suspect it might’ve been the fructooligosaccharides (although that translates loosely into general fruit sugar, which seems harmless?). Regardless, this has made me pretty gunshy with micellar waters. Did this quell my fears? . 💧This is in a 6.7floz/200ml plastic bottle w/ a flip cap & a small-hole opening. It smells faintly of tea tree, but the fragrance isn’t overwhelming. This has the consistency of water. For use, I wet a japanese cotton pad (less absorbent than western pads, but they'd work too) & swipe this all over my face. Unfortunately, I’ve been using only sunscreen on my face, as I’m experimenting with eliminating base products lately. I find that this slides easily over my face, & comes back clean after a couple swipes. I’ve used this on my eyes as a 2nd cleanser after my eye makeup remover, & it removed traces of mascara. However, while I haven’t experienced this, I’ve seen complaints that this causes eye-irritation, so use in the eye area at your own risk! So far I haven't noticed any reduction in acne, but it does soothe irritation a bit, which is 👍🏻 . 💧I enjoy this product, & will happily finish this bottle. I’m hoping I can find it at a lower price, but I might repurchase even at $22+. . Tried the Benton Cleansing water with Tea tree oil.Smells like tea tree oil.Not so strong tho, which I like.I used it like a make up remover and like cleanser.Applied on a cotton sponge and it cleaned good.I liked it because has blbo harsh chemicals and strong smell.It calmed my skin and dried it!It's a great make up remover.Do Not use like a eye remover!

I was able to purchase the Benton Tea Tree Cleansing water at a reduced rate for review purposes. I was excited for this product because of the tea tree formula it touts. The cleansing water has a very pleasant smell and good feel. Does this product do anything? Eh, not really. it leaves behind a strange film and does not cleanse the skin in any kind of way. I will not repurchase this.

Benton Tea Tree Cleansing Water is infused with Tea Tree Leaf Water and Tea Tree Leaf Oil that is made in Korea. The cleansing water is refreshing and calming on the skin and mildly cleanse the skin. This product is great for irritated, stressed-out skin with redness. The cleansing water has only 10 clean ingredients free of PEGs and Sulfates, which is less burden on the skin. After using the cleansing water it supposes leave the skin clear and smooth. The Tea Tree Leaf has been used as infection treatment for having an antibacterial effect. The Tea tree leaf is calming for the skin and deodorizes scents. Benefits of tea tree are skin soothing, hydrating, astringent, and anti-blemish effects. This is recommended for skin that is tired of impurities and external stressor, oily and acne-prone skin, Delicate skin that can't use 100 percent tea tree oil, and Angry skin from heavy make-up I tried Tea tree Cleansing Water in the morning and before I go to sleep. I use this to remove any makeup before my regular cleanser. This is mostly to remove the excess sebum and dirt that I get during the day or night. I like that this didn't have a strong scent of Tea Tree oil like the other natural products I have used in the past since tea tree oil smells like bug spray when it's not diluted. I felt no irritation or itchiness while using this. I do think it works to remove makeup but not eye makeup. You might have to use another eye makeup remover to get mascara or eyeliner off. It does a decent job at removing most of the foundation. I would use this more when I already remove makeup off and I just have sweat, dirt, and irritation. I give this a 9/10. This susprised me so I had to share 😂 Anyways, I've got a review! I love cleansing waters as my morning cleanser (no sink needed = more time in bed 💤) and enjoy the antibacterial properties of tea tree so I jumped on the opportunity to try this new product from Benton. Claims: Give a refreshing and calming effect on tired skin while mildly cleansing. Revitalizes irritated, stressed-out skin with redness. For oily/acne-prone skin, angry skin from heavy makeup, and skin with water-oil imbalance. Ingredients (Only 10! and free of sulfates/PEGs/fragrance/dye): Tea Tree Leaf Water (70%), Water, Butylene Glycol, Dipropylene Glycol, Glycerin, 1,2-Hexanediol, Tea Tree Leaf Oil, Polyglyceryl-6 Caprylate, Polyglyceryl-10 Laurate, Sodium Chloride. My pH strips clocked it between 5.5 and 6 which is close enough to skin pH for me. It has a very light, pleasant tea tree scent that I feel even someone normally averse to tea tree would enjoy. It removes makeup easily (including eye makeup, but I didn't test on waterproof). I've been impressed with how clean it leaves my skin. I have acne-prone dehydrated/combo skin. It has been a tiny bit drying but nothing that my following skincare steps have NO trouble solving.👍 It doesn't leave my skin feeling tight, just pleasantly clean. I've been using it as my morning cleanser along with my first cleanse at night to remove makeup and sometimes a second cleanse too since I've been enjoying it so much 🙈 I love not having to go to the sink haha. Lastly, I haven't been experiencing any major breakouts the past couple weeks while testing this (it had previously been a war zone) so I'm sure that tea tree oil is partially to thank and of course, the rest of my routine has helped too. I am honestly super happy with this cleansing water and will totally be repurchasing when I run out👍

▫️Benton Tea Tree Cleansing Water▫️ . CLAIMS: Benton’s naturally derived mild cleansing water claims to mildly cleanse impurities from the skin, leaving it refreshed and calm. . KEY INGREDIENT: Maleleuca Alternifolia Leaf Water and Oil (Tea Tree) This is free of PEGs, Sulfates, Fragrance and Colorants . EXPERIENCE/THOUGHTS: Despite having high content of its ingredients derived from tea tree, this cleansing water only has a very mild tree scent. This surprised me as almost all products with tea tree that I have encountered so far have a strong tea tree scent. . As a make-up remover, I saturate a cotton with the cleansing water, put it on the skin for a couple of seconds, then gently remove the make-up. There is an instant refreshing feeling upon swiping the product-soaked cotton. The scent also disappears upon application. . While it does remove make-up and dirt, it doesn’t work well with waterproof make-up, unlike my old micellar water. I don’t mind it that much, though, because when I wear make-up, I usually do 3 steps of cleansing (micellar water, oil cleanser, facial wash). . I tried as a morning cleanser, too and I love the cooling sensation. It helps wake my senses up. Although this is suited for oily and acne prone skin, it doesn’t leave my skin feeling tight and dry. I’ve not noticed any irritations so far. I purchased this product from @0.8L at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review. On to the claims of this product: •10 clean ingredients and a slightly acidic pH which is gentle on skin. •cleanses impurities •soothes and hydrates skin •controls sebum •ph level 6 which is gentle on skin •cruelty free •No PEG, sulfates and fragrance colorant I used this cleansing water on a full face of heavy makeup and found that I needed several cotton pads to try to remove my makeup. I ended up giving up and used my cleansing balm instead as it didn’t remove all my foundation. Instead I use it once I get out of the shower to give my face some hydration. It has a slight cooling sensation and leaves the skin feeling a tad bit tacky. I would recommend this product for a pick me up but not for a full on makeup remover.

I purchased this for $3.99 during one of @0.8l_usa promotional sale. It’s a tea tree cleanser/makeup remover, with a formula to calm redness and revitalize the skin. Ive been using it only as a makeup remover and it’s fantastic. Removes makeup easily in only a few wipes and very gentle around the eyes. Has a light tea tree fragrance, not overpowering at all, and leaves a fresh, clean feel. I’ve had some stress breakouts lately and have noticed an improvement since I started using this. It has a very short list of safe ingredients, free of added fragrance and artificial colors. I would say this is great for all skin types! Super happy with this purchase, I would definitely purchase again.

Conclusion- This product requires a multi step cleansing process, unless you are using it as a toner/astringent which I highly recommend. It’s great to use throughout the day if you are going makeup free and need a quick pick me up. It removes the shine and leaves face feeling clean and refreshed. 🔸 Product Review 🔸 This is a first impressions review for @bentoncosmetic Tea Tree Cleansing Water. It was provided for free from @0.8l_usa in exchange for an honest review. # I love #cleansingwater so I couldn’t wait to try this campaign! My go-to is Simple’s Micellar Water, but I’ve also used & liked The Saem & Son & Park. I use cleansing water as my second cleanser in the PM #skincareroutine & my only cleanser in the AM routine! # What I look for in cleansing waters is pretty simple. I want something that does a good job cleaning up leftover grime or leftover makeup; something that doesn’t dry out my skin; and something that doesn’t leave a residue. This one was appealing b/c it contains 70% #teatree water, which is great for keeping skin clear. # I used this for almost 2 weeks in both AM & PM routines, with cotton pads. I also tested it once as my only cleanser at night, where it had to take off my sunscreen & makeup 😱 I have to say, it did a good job! Using only cleansing water for that isn’t something I would recommend frequently, but if you’re having a lazy day, it’s not bad! It also did a good job in the morning. After using it, my skin doesn’t feel dry or tight. It also doesn’t have a strong Tea Tree scent! # The one drawback I have with this cleanser is that it leaves a mild tacky residue on the skin. The product doesn’t contain sulfates (swipe to see the graphic from Benton with the ingredients), but I couldn’t move from this to my next step unless it included a clarifying toner with a cotton pad. While using this, I coincidentally was also using the Wishtrend Mandelic Acid, so that removed the residue. But sometimes I’ll use a cleansing water after a wash off mask, etc & the residue would be problematic. # Overall this is a nice choice for acne prone or oily skinned friends, who have a subsequent step to handle the residue. It’s available in Style Korean for $19/200 ml.
