08 liter Review: . . . If you all don’t know about 08 liter, it’s a Korean based company which sends sponsored products to normal people like me for review. The product I’m reviewing today is Dessert Table’s 5 Step Mask. To start I’ll say my favorite part of the 5 step routine would be the mask. It’s very hydrating but, not so much that a person with combination skin would get super oily. The second step in this routine is an essence that made my skin super silky soft!! If you are to ever buy this product, I’d recommend only using a 1/4 of the moisturizer given or else it might be a little too much. Overall, this combination left my skin flawless - I would highly recommend.

I received the Dessert Table very moist berry recipe 5 step mask from 08liter in exchange for my honest review and experience with the product. The packaging was unique and clever. Each package included five separate packets to clean, tone, and moisturize the face. Generous proportions of each product is included in each of the five packets. There were no directions unfortunately in English, but I started with the package marked 1 and continued in order. The fragrance in each packet was noticeably mild and pleasant, and there was no irritation at all to my skin upon applying each product. I think the lotion and the cream should perhaps be combined as they are very similar in consistency and intention. Overall, I liked the high-quality ingredients used for each step, so I would recommend this 5-step mask to others who like to take care of their own skincare.

All opinions are my own. 〰 Description: This 5-step, travel friendly mask pack comes with everything you need from cleanser, toner, mask sheet, lotion & cream. 〰 Benefits: Fortified with antioxidant rich superfood berry extracts which helps to strengthen, revitalize, nourish, increase blood circulation, maintain balance, & protect cells from free radical damage, making tired, dull skin appear healthy & luminous. 〰 Notable Ingredients: 5 Berry Complex (Blueberry, Acai, Rasberry, Blackberry, & Cranberry), Glycerin, Green Tea, Ginseng, Sodium Hyaluronate, Betaine, Niacinamide, Tocopheryl, & Allantoin. 〰 Step 1 - Cleansing Foam: I expected this cleanser to be dense but it was very light-weight. It foamed up easily & left my skin clean & refreshed without feeling dry/tight. 〰 Step 2 - Skin: This watery toner had a bit of a slip to it & a slightly oily sheen but did not leave my skin feeling greasy. It absorbed quickly & my skin felt nourished & hydrated with a satin finish. 〰 Step 3 - Mask Sheet: Fabric was very thin & soft & had a plastic backing to aid in unfolding. The mask fit my face nicely & provided excellent adhesion & coverage. The clear essence was somewhat jelly-like, absorbed quickly & dried down to a non-tacky finish, leaving my skin hydrated, smooth & supple. 〰 Step 4 - Lotion: I'm assuming this was more of an emulsion than a traditional lotion but I digress ... The consistency was very light-weight & almost milky. My skin drank it right up & it left my skin feeling moisturized with a dewy appearance. 〰 Step 5 - Cream: Light-weight, almost gel-cream like consistency that felt very cooling & refreshing when first applied. Initially my skin felt sufficiently moisturized but within a few hours my skin began to feel a bit parched & I needed to apply another layer. 〰 My Thoughts: I usually don't like multi-step masks but the pretty ombre packaging drew me in so I was low key obsessed with trying this mask. I read some reviews prior to using this mask & they were very mixed so I didn't go into this with grandiose expectations but I'm happy to say that I was not completely disappointed! First off, I really appreciate that there's more than enough product in each step, maybe even enough for two applications! Now imma break it down ... I really enjoyed the mask (my favorite step!), the cleanser didn't leave my skin feeling like a dead leaf (& it smelled amazing!), the toner was slightly above average, the lotion was completely unnecessary imo, & the cream started out with a bang but needed to be reapplied within a few hours & I ain't got time for that! Imho I think this mask would be great for normal to oily skin types but my dry skin requires a bit more moisture. 💜💙💜.5/5

@0.8l_usa has allowed me to try another product. I have grown to love sheet mask. This is a first that has all the steps from cleanser, toner, sheetmask, lotion and cream. Foaming cleanser, thin sheet mask but stays on great. These will be great for travel. Very moisturizing from start to finish. The lotion and cream feel a bit heavy but eventually absorbs some. [08L REVIEW] .. .. [PRODUCT] @desserttable_official Very Moist Berry Recipe 5 Step Mask .. .. [Scent] - All steps have similar scent. Fruity and fresh without being overwhelming. .. [STEP 1] - Cleanser: typical cleanser that foamed up nicely...my skin felt clean without any pulling sensation. I typically avoid foam cleaners because it tends to leave my skin stripped but this cleanser actually felt nice! .. [STEP 2] - Toner: I have a split opinion about this toner...the consistency is on the thicker side...similar to Klairs consistency. The toner did not irritate me in anyway but for me it just was not hydrating enough. Maybe it is because my skin has been more dry due to weather but it did not do much for my skin. .. [STEP 3] - Sheet Mask - The highlight! Thin cotton mask drench in clear, thick jelly like essence. Plastic film made it easy to unfold and the masks adhered well. Fit was really good (slight big on the side...but no biggie)...out of all the steps I actually did not like the scent. It had faint alcohol scent that lingered throughout the whole duration of masking. I had the mask on for 30 minutes. After removal, my skin did felt slightly moist with slight tackiness. I love that it stayed moist for the whole duration of masking without feeling dry areas or lifting. .. [Step 4] - Lotion - It has milky consistency that applied nicely. .. [Step 5] - Cream - I think the cream was my favorite step of this routine. The cream is light and sealed in the moisture nicely. The consistency is light and glides on well. .. [Thoughts] And can we just take a moment to admire the cute packaging? Lol...well overall really enjoy this set of routine. I thinking the routine as a whole work really well together plus they are travel friendly and on the side note...wouldn't they make great gifts? .. I love this mask! Five easy steps of fun pampering! 1-Foaming cleanser 2- Refreshing toner 3- Hydrating mask 4- Light nourishing moisturizer 5- Rich protective cream All have a light refreshing berry scent. The cleanser lathers beautifully into a luxurious foam. The mask is super saturated and cools your skin nicely. Both the lotion and cream (last two steps) are so smooth and hydrating. I tried @desserttable_official Very Moist Berry Recipe 5 Step Mask 🍒 This is the first mask, of this type I have ever tried . It’s a convenient 5 step all-in-one travel-size facial mask set that contains : 1. Foam Cleanser 2. Skin Toner 3. Sheet Mask 4. Facial Lotion 5. Facial Cream 🍒 You unwrap each step, in its own little pack 🍒 As I applied the foaming cleanser, I noticed the distinctive scent of berries, it smelled amazing 😍🍒 This scent continued through out 🍒 The mask, itself, which is made of pure cotton-seed, is by far the BEST sheet mask I have ever tried!! It was packed with essence, and it melted onto my skin. This 5 step mask from Very Moist Berry was AWESOME! The mask comes with 5 steps: cleanser, “skin” aka a toner/essence, the mask, lotion and creamer. The cleanser was your typical run of the mill cleanser as was the essence. The mask is amazing! It totally refreshed my skin, had a light berry scent, was soaked well in essence and fit like a dream. I would buy this just for the mask. The essence soaked well into my skin and it was so soft, even before doing the final two steps. The lotion and cream were nice finishing touches to the mask. My skin was noticeably hydrated and soft after doing the whole process. I definitely recommend this masks and would absolutely purchase them in the future. Starting to be into Korean Beauty and this is one of the first product I have tried. This mask smells so nice and makes my face so soft and smooth. I like this product, however the instructions are in korean and i think it will be better if there is an English one. The 5 step mask in general is unique and easy to use. It’s also good for traveling as I do not need to bring a lot of products. Overall, the products did deliver good results.

I must say this is my favorite product from 08L thus far. It comes with cleanser, toner, sheet mask, lotion and cream. The product offers a clean scent that doesn't linger too long. It cleans and moisturizes extremely well and is very convenient. I used this in the morning before getting ready for the day. It honestly made my skin look incredible, and after I applied my makeup it made my skin look 1000× better. You will get dewy skin in the most flattering of ways. I received a lot of compliments on my skin that day. The moisture can see seen and felt on the skin. I really enjoyed this product. it starts with a foaming cleanser, which is more than you need for just one use, then you have a toner, mask, cream, and lotion. the toner is probably easier to use with a makeup sponge or cotton ball but I used my fingers. once again, there was more than enough toner for one use. the mask felt great, with a cooling sensation. I didn't think it really had a scent, other than a soapy scent. the scent reminded me of other Korean products I've tried. the cream and lotion was light weight and blended nicely. First of all I would like to thank @0.8l_usa and @deserttable_official for the opportunity to try this awesome product. The Very Moist Berry Recipe 5-step Mask lives up to its name when it comes to moisture. I really enjoyed using this mask and really loved all the steps that were included. It really was the fastest morning routines I’ve done thus far when you take into consideration the number of steps involved. Step 1 Foam cleanser- The cleanser was very thick and creamy when removed from packaging. Once put under water and applied to the face it makes a semi thick lather on the face. The consistency stays more or less the same when in use. After I washed it off my skin felt refreshed and smooth. Step 2 Toner- The toner is just like any other when it comes to its texture. When I applied the toner my skin absorbed it very well and fast. It left my skin feeling cooled. Step 3 Mask- The mask is my favorite of all the steps. I really liked that the product stayed on the mask and not in the packaging; which is usually an issue with some masks. There literally is a visible layer of product all around the mask. The fit is phenomenal too, it’s made just for your face, not too big or small. After I removed it I felt my skin hydrated and the product dissolved into the skin fairly fast and did not feel sticky afterwards. Step 4 Lotion- The lotion had the same texture as an emulsion/essence. It was very light on application and smooth. Step 5 Cream- The cream felt very thick, creamy, and smooth when I removed it from the packaging. The application was smooth. At the end it didn’t feel heavy at all if you compared it to the texture and consistency of the product. I did notice that it takes time to absorb into the skin and leaves somewhat of a sticky feel but it’s bearable. Overall I loved the 5-Step mask because of everything that it includes and it’s the best when in a hurry and still want to stick with your usual routine.

This 5 step face pack is so nice. I love that the smell isn't strong. It smells like berries, but has a fresh smell to it as well. One thing i didn't like was that the instructions and writing were in korean, so it was hard to know what was in the products and how and when you should start the next step. It works very well to moisturize my skin without breaking me out. My skin was already broken out and this mask actually helped to heal my acne. I was very suprised because it moisturizers and most products make your skin worse but this product is definately my go to from now on.
