Another Manyo Factory product I recently got to try is their famous #GalactonycesNiacin essence. This one was FREE thanks to @08L_usa and @manyofactory_official! 😍 It was in Try Free campaigns for the longest time. I would always try for it and never win. I'm was glad to finally get my hands on it. Manyo Factory claims it "restores the skin's vitality, evens skin tone, fights pigmentation of various kinds, moisturizes, soothes irritated skin, minimizes pore size and prevents inflammation." I would agree with them. To be honest, though, I didn't feel blown away with this one. When I combined it with their #bifidaessense I liked it a bit more, but I still wouldn't give this a perfect score. One reason is that it applies and feels more like a serum than an essence. Another is that I think these fermented products might be too much for the oily spots of my face. I like it, I'm just not in love with it. -97% galactonyces (fermented yeast extract): Restores the skin's vitality, evens skin tone, fights pigmentation of various kinds, moisturizes, soothes irritated skin, minimizes pore size and prevents inflammation. -Niacinamide (B3): Addresses lingering concerns like large pores, wrinkles, post-breakout marks, and uneven skin tone. Before I forget to do this. I've been using Mangos Galactomyces Niacin on my face. It helps with blemishes, lightening dark areas of the skin and helps with hydration. Best used before a lotion to help absorption. No scent, no alcohol, it makes my skin feel good. I used 4 droppers half full if that. After I knew it had dried it still felt sticky and tacky. I did not care for this feeling on my face and neck. I actually thought it would dry exactly like it had on my hand. It definitely was absorbed into the top of my right hand completely. I felt nothing sticky or tacky only soft and very smooth on my hand I loved that,, soft and smooth the way it should feel after applying a serum. And then it DID!! It took about 30~45 minutes but there was no sticky nor tacky feeling left on what eventually became JUST my cheeks and forehead. That definitely lead me to the conclusion I had applied a little to much on these areas leaving a thicker coating. I definitely had smooth, soft skin after using Galactomyces Niacin Special Treatment Essence. Its made from Natural ingredients reduces pores and sebum without irritation, Brightens skin tone and improves moisture itself. Since I started using this product, my skin has cleared up, my acne scar faded some and my complexion is brighter. It did make my skin feel dry for a few days, I just applied some extra moisturizer. After washing my face and using a toner, I apply this essence to my face before following with a light moisturizer and sunscreen. This essence is very light and non-oily. It absorbs within 30 seconds and I don't have to worry about looking like an oil slick. It has no scent, and it actually reminds me of the smell of fresh rain (fresh water). I'll admit that I don't use it everyday because I'm trying to savor this essence. When it's a week before shark week though, I use this essence every morning and night. It helps tame my hormonal skin and acne without drying my face out. This is very important to me because I believe that ingredients like salylic acid and benzoyl peroxide are mostly harmful than helpful, and so I appreciate a good acne friendly product. The Galactomyces Niacin from Manyo Factory it's an essence that I love, it has become part of my PM skincare routine. It claims to improve skin texture, trouble control, and brightening. I have to say, it really does! I've been using it, every night, for about three months, after the toner, and I like how my skin looks and feels. When I first used it, I noticed a brightening effect right the next morning. The reason I only use it at night it's because the essence feels a little bit oily, so I prefer to use it before going to bed, and follow with my regular skin regimen during the day. Since I began to use the essence, I haven't experience any irritation and blemishes on my skin, it really has reduced the appearance of some dark spots. Plus, it has no scent to it, absorbs fast into the skin, and with no tacky feeling. Three drops are enough to cover the face and neck area. so make sure to use it every day because it expires six months after you first opened it.

I have really enjoyed using Galactomyces Niacin water I received free in exchange for my honest review. I feel like my skin is already pretty fair and bright so I didn't notice if my skin had gotten brighter or not. I did use it after I had exfoliated and noticed that it took away most of the redness that comes with exfoliating the skin...meaning that it does work to help brighten skin. I really like the packaging and the dropper. I think they were perfect and the dropper worked really well. I like the curve at the end. There was no odor and it absorbs into the skin really well. I found that 2-4 drops max worked best for my skin. Any more than 4 and it felt a little oily, but I also use a few more products in my daily routine which my have effected the amount of oil. I can't wait to continue using this product to reap all of its benefits.

Galactomyces is a type of fungi that in cosmetics is used as a moisturizing agent and has antioxidant effects. It improves the skin's moisture barrier, helping to protect the skin from environmental stress. It makes skin clearer, and reduces pore size. The essence is thinner than a serum and my skin absorbed the essence quickly. It is slightly tacky upon application, but it doesn't stay that way.
