Immediately after application I can feel how soft and supple my skin is. It also looks much more radiant, healthy, even dewy! It could be a little bit heavy during the summer (because of its oils-waxes content), but now it works perfect. It also calms stimulated and sensitive skin. 🌟Notable Ingredients: Pleurotus Cystidiosus Ferment filtrate, Bulgarian Rose Oil, and Arbutin. 🌟Scent: Rose 🌟Use: Apply it on the face and neck area and softly pat it on. This lotion smells lovely and it's very moisturizing. I apply a pea sized amount for my whole face and that's enough. I made the mistake of adding like three pumps the first time, and yeah I looked like an oil slick. Good thing I did it at night so it was all good. I like using this lotion in the morning as the last step before I add sunscreen. The sunscreen I use is pretty matte and this lotion helps. The lotion absorbs quickly and I don't feel like it just sits on top of my skin. That's one of my pet peeves with creams and lotions. I love that the lotion contains nice humectants to help with any dry skin patches. One thing I didn't like about the lotion is that it can feel pretty heavy on the skin if you add too much. Since my skin is combo and this lotion is geared towards dry or sensitive skin, it can be a bit much. As long as I use a small amount I can get by using it. I like this lotion but I don't love it for my skin type. However, if you have dry skin or live in an area with cold weather this is great. This is the @Isoi_official Bulgarian Rose Intensive Energizing Lotion from @0.8l_usa getting a first impressions review! ~ FIRST IMPRESSIONS This lotion claims to be good for hydration, brightening, and wrinkle reducing. It’s a thin white lotion that smells mildly like a rose. The scent is not strong and dissipates after a few minutes. I happen to love rose products, so I love the scent. It contains a lot of different natural ingredients (swipe to see the full list). A few interesting extracts listed are: willow bark, baikal skullcap, chestnut shell, licorice root, pagoda tree bud, and common self-heal leaf. It absorbs very nicely into the skin leaving you with a nice smooth glow. I didn’t notice any brightening, but my skin is moisturized. And as for wrinkle reduction, only time will tell but nothing noticeable right away. Moist skin always helps plump up any fine lines. ;) I’ve tried a few other Isoi products and I’m really liking the brand so far. I also love that their products are EWG verified. I tried the isoi intensive energizing lotion for a trial fee of $3.99. I have previously tried two other isoi products and was very happy with them so I jumped on the chance to try another. The isoi intensive energizing lotion is an anti-aging lotion that hydrates skin and replenishes moisture. The lotion helps brighten your complexion and gives a radiant look all day. One of the reasons I love isoi is because they are EWG verified. Being EWG verified means that the product is free of any concerning chemicals and meets the strictest standards for your health. The energizing lotion is best used after cleansing your face. I used the lotion both in the morning and night. The isoi intensive energizing lotion has a beautiful scent. If you enjoy scented products you will really appreciate the lotion. Even with the heavy scent the product is safe for sensitive skin. I can see instantly that it brightens my complexion after I use the lotion.It also is very nourishing to my skin as well. I have not noticed any results in less wrinkles but overall I am happy with the intensive energizing lotion.

Rarely do I want to quit using a product unless it gives me acne or causes irritation, however, I actually considered stopping the test of this product, simply based on the fragrance alone. Generally, there is only one fragrance that I cannot STAND (Korean red ginseng) however, this lotion was so heavily fragranced that I really hated putting it on my face every day. Rose is not my favorite smell, so maybe it was my fault ordering something advertised as #BulgarianRose, however, it was just so overpowering that I just couldn’t handle it. In terms of how it worked, I think that it was pretty good. This is not a lotion in the sense of Japanese lotion, which is a watery, moisturizing product used in the beginning steps after cleansing, this is a lotion in the traditional, western understanding (felt most like an emulsion, which is how I used it). I experienced no breakouts or irritation and it soaked in pretty nice. I was worried that it wouldn’t be moisturizing enough since I wasn’t laying a cream on top of it, but my skin actually felt very comfortable all day long. The bottle is totally lux. It is a heavy, frosted bottle (my fav) with a beautiful gold pump, keeping things very sanitary – much appreciated. The clear plastic lid is very hardy as well, and I actually have to pull hard to get it off. Overall, the esthetics of it is lovely and it looked great on my counter (I absolutely am a packaging person). cosDNA gives to a pretty good rating, with just a few things that could cause irritation like fragrance (YUP). I think that if you were a person that loved the smell of roses, this is your ultimate lotion, but for someone that is sensitive to fragrance or does not favor the smell of roses, stay very far away. Bulgarian Rose Intensive Energizing Lotion Love the light rose scent and its hydrating effect. As always, the packaging is neat and has product information in English. It claims to work on dry and sensitive skin. It contains many natural ingredients and free from parabens, mineral oils, synthetic colors and fragrance, chemical preservatives, and so forth. I can’t conclude its anti-aging effect ‘cuz it takes times to see it. This is still a great product to try out.

1st Bulgarian Rose cream is fantastic!!! Wow!! I have dry and sensitive skin, and this product has been a miracle. This product provides intense moisturizing and hydrates extremely well. My complexion has improved since I started using, and my skin is much more smooth. This product also provides anti-aging benefits which is definitely a plus! I HIGHLY recommend.

This is my review for isoi's Bulgarian Rose Intensive Energizing Lotion. I received this product from 0.8Liter for review purposes. I researched this lotion a bit while I was waiting for it to arrive. I had high hopes for it, being that it normally has a $40 price tag. I saw some really positive feedback in other reviews. It has some really good ingredients, but sadly water is the first ingredient. The product claims that it hydrates, has anti aging capabilities, and nourishes skin. I have used it for a few days now. It has a nice, light, fresh rose scent. I am a huge fan of the scent. As far as the lotion goes, it is nothing special. It is average. It feels very watery to me.
