Thank you 08LITER and Stegall for sending me this webcam cover complimentary to review and give my opinions. This is an excellent idea to protect yourself from hackers or "big brother" as some like to group all webcam hackers or peeping toms under one name. This is definitely an affordable product that has great value as your privacy can be protected. Its even better for ypur child's laptop or smart tv to protect them from child sexual predators who would go far enough to use webcam hacking to invade that child or teenagers privacy. It ensures their safety from that and can offer the parents a peace of mind when they have those devices or use your devices. It is easy to slide to reveal the webcam when you are using the webcam and slide back to cover when not in use as pictured. The information and instructions are printed on the back of the bubble package it comes in and are pretty straightforward. This is definitely something we would like for each of our devices that have a webcam and would recommend especially if you enjoy your privacy and/or have kids allowed to use technology.

I was recently sent the @steagleit Premium Laptop Webcam Cover to try for free in exchange for my honest review. Since I recently received a Chromebook for Christmas, I was super excited to try the STEAGLE Premium Laptop Webcam Cover. It took a little time for it to arrive in a large manila bubble envelope which was quite surprising since it was so small. I opted for a simple solid black version. The simple solid black version has a rather large silver Steagle logo on it which makes it a little less stealthy than I preferred. The STEAGLE Premium Laptop Webcam Cover seems to be made of a thin sturdy metal material about a millimeter thick and half an inch tall by and inch and a half wide. The STEAGLE Premium Laptop Webcam Cover is very easy to use. You just peel back the clear plastic after removing it from the package (which you do need scissors for) and stick it over the camera part of your laptop. You could probably use it on a computer or another other device with a small camera that you don’t want to be able to be in use all the time. But be careful of placement because,  surprisingly, once the STEAGLE Premium Laptop Webcam Cover is on your device, it is very hard to remove. I really like that the black one blends into my Chromebook and is barely noticeable. It also looked good on my MacBook Pro. Additionally, I don’t recommend using on super thin laptops like a Chromebook or Macbook Pro because with the STEAGLE Premium Laptop Webcam Cover on either of my devices, it didn’t quite close all the way and that really annoys me. With people being so nosey and everyone thinking they could be hackers, I think the STEAGLE Premium Laptop Webcam Cover is a pretty good device to have. While it may not be a perfect fit for my device, I think that it is a really good idea and worth trying out if you are concerned about privacy issues.

You simply slide to the right and use the camera but slide to the left when your not using it gives you piece of mind that no one can see you.

Steagle web cover are the best. Myself and daughter are always worried if someone could be watching us from my laptop web cam. Thankfully steagle web cover put our mind at ease with these sample web covers I recieved from 08l to try and give my honest opinion. These web cam are so easy to apply. The adhesive tape is strong and won't harm my laptop. It easily slide to open when I need to use and easy slide for your privacy . Will not move until I move it. It's a perfect fit on my 10 inch Asus laptop. You might say you don't need a web cover but these hackers can be taking photos or videos with your consent. I feel safer. Now I recommend it.

the pros of this product are it give ur computer camera protected from being hacked an an open Zn shuts that's very convient . it also cones in two colors silver and black so it matches the computer. the cons are u can't use it twice once u put it on ur computer if u wanna clean ur computer lens an wanna remove it to clean the lens it's not reusable one time deal so hope it a little cheaper to purchase so u can buy more then one at a time to replace it especially if it fall off too. so its a thumbs up for me with this product today .@0.8L @steagle
