I received this Rest-Up Oil Serum for #free thanks to #Intermission via #08L so that I could provide an honest review. I was very excited to win this, as it states that it assists with relaxation (who doesn't want that?), brightening, is anti-wrinkle, moisturizing, nourishing, and energizing! WOW. Plus, is recomended for almost ALL skin types except oily (and I personally am quite dry-skinned). The main ingredients are sea daffodil, which is reported to have delicate flowers which offer a pleasing, exotic, subtle lily scent. The extract assists in reducing the appearance and formation of dark spots. Centella asiatica and himanthalia elongata offer anti-aging properties and himanthalia is packed with amino acids. I can't state that I have witnessed all these benefits as I have only used the product a few times so far. As you can see in my picture below, although it initially seems like a thick serum, it spread easily. I left a thin layer visible on my hand for the picture but it rubbed in very easily. It asorbed quickly without leaving a sticky nor oily residue on my skin. I am very excited to continue to use and recommend it for anyone with dry skin!

I used this for a few days and immediately noticed my dry spots drink it up with out feeling oily. I can definitely see it being an issue for those who have oily or acne prone skin with it being an oil serum. I keep it away from my oily areas. I experienced zero irritation and the smell is pleasantly clean, not overpowering.

Absolutely no cons, pros all over. I just literally started using this, it shipped kinda late, but better late than never. But since I’ve started using this, my skin is soft, even toned, healthy feeling, even my acne scars are fading. I will continue to use this daily, and nightly. I love the lavender fragrance, since It has lavender oil. I love lavender oil, and the consistency is perfect, like a watery cream, very light and just perfect. Thank you!!

This is the @INTERMISSION Rest-Up Oil Serum from @0.8l_usa getting a first impressions review! ~ FIRST IMPRESSIONS This is a serum that claims to be good for brightening, moisturizing, nourishing, and anti-wrinkling for dry and combo skin types. It is an opaque white emulsion that has a very faint herbal floral smell, it’s very nice. I couldn’t find a complete ingredients list but the company seems to avoid to many chemical and 'bad ingredients’. This has key ingredients of sea daffodil, centella asiatica, and himanthalia elongata. I’ve used this a few times over the past week and so far I enjoy it. It’s been pretty warm out and this has been good for me instead of a cream. In the summer I tend to use less products during the daytime, so I’m curious to see how this holds up. I just tried #intermission Rest-Up Oil Serum 🌿 The concept is that it works as both an oil serum, and a moisturizer 🌿 It has a lightweight texture, so it doesn’t leave a sticky, greasy residue. 🌿 It doesn’t have any toxic ingredients such as parabens, mineral oil, or any artificial colors. 🌿 Some of the ingredients it does have : Sea daffodil Marine Bamboo Centella 🌿 My impressions : It doesn’t feel like a regular serum, as it did have a creamy texture. 🌿 It absorbed quickly on my skin. 🌿 It did brighten my skin tone, and diminished my redness. 🌿 It left my skin looking matte all day. 🌿 Overall, I was impressed. It worked great for my oily skin. 🌿

[08L] Intermission Rest-up Oil Serum . [Review] I received this @intermission.korea Rest-up Oil Serum from @0.8l_usa to test for free in exchange for my honest review. These are my initial impressions. . This lightweight oil serum is said to protect skin moisture and provide nutrition by forming an oil barrier. The main three ingredients are Sea daffodil, Centella asiatica, and Himanthalia elongata. Dermatologist tested and recommended for all skin types except for oily. . Claims: - True relaxation - Brightening - Anti-Wrinkle - Moisturizing - Nourishing - Energizing . This applies as a semi-thick white mixture with a no real discernible scent. It does not immediately absorb into your skin. It took about 8-10 minutes to absorb and was a little tacky to the touch. These are not qualities I normally think of when I am applying a serum. Once it absorbed though my skin was very moist & soft and I then applied my regular lighter moisturizer. You do not need to follow this with a thicker moisturizer as it is very moisturizing on its own. This is my first Intermission product and I hope to try some others. So far this is a thumbs up for me. . Can't think of a witty catchphrase so we will just dive in with First Impressions of Intermission Rest-up oil serum from 0.8L Try Free program. First up is the packaging.  Wasn't wild about it until I realized it told you everything you need to know about it. What it is, what skin type would benefit from it and how to apply it. Surprise! Surprise, that same info is on the bottle itself. The only thing missing was the ingredient list. The product comes in a dropper bottle. Surprising since the product itself is a thick milky serum. It has the consistency of a light cream or an emulsion. You'll see in the photos that even if I tilt my hand the emulsion doesn't drip down. It really makes more sense for this to be in an airless pump bottle. I forsee that once the product is down to low, there's going to be plenty of wastage since it'll be hard to get to the product.  It's thick enough that it will not decant. This has an unscented scent. Smells like vegetal type soap. It absorbs quickly.  No oily residue. Minimal tackiness. Not much of a glow with this product but my skin does appear to be very even toned. It has more of a matte finish. I felt I really didn't need to use a facial oil after this. The odd thing about the serum, I felt my skin a bit more dry after this but a quick recheck with Wayskin 10 minutes after application showed it to maintain whatever hydration level I was at. I am unsure whether I like it or not after only 4 days of usage.  But, I do like it enough to continue testing this until it's all gone.

I have been using the Intermission Rest-Up Oil Serume for 5 days and so far im loving it. The consistancy is light and absorbs quickly into your skin. It has a very subtle smell of baby lotion which smells amazing to me. It has made my face feel extremely moisturized and the brighten i can see it a little, but not a whole lot. Take in mind i have only been using it for 5 days. It does say it anti-Wrinkle which is great! I am 35 years old and love using products that have anti-wrikle capabilities. *Both pictures i had just applied it to my skin not even 1 min. prior to photo.

I received this for free from #08L in exchange for my honest review! This really is a lovely, nourishing oil serum! It uses a French Conplex of pure plant energy from sea dffodil which provides moisturization and fades dark spots, plus marine bamboo which is rich in nutrients and essential amino acids and helps maintain elasticity. This has a base of centella asiatica extract instead of water, and makes use of a double oil barrier of olive and macadamia. Also inside this bottle you will find niacinamide and rosehip fruit oil, both are excellent at helping to even skin tone, texture and overall brightness. That's just naming a few of my favorites! This oil serum delivers too. I have used this in my p.m and a.m routines. Under makeup and not and I personally love how this goes on. It's a thicker, milky consistency but still sinks in rather quickly and is super moisturizing. It sat well under makeup and actually seemed to help my foundation go on more smoothly and there was no dryness after using powder. I give it about ten minutes before moisturizing to let it fully absorb and so it's magic, then voila I have the most gorgeous, glowy complexion!!

I quite like this serum! I haven’t had too long to test it out, just about a week because the shipping took forever, but I will continue to use it because it is pleasant. I was initially confused about this product because when you look at pictures, you assume that it is in a white bottle and that what is inside the bottle is oil…however, the product is actually white! More like a lotion than an oil, but I really love the way that it makes my skin feel. The box and bottle design are so cute as well, I love the script and the task list design!! I have been battling some really bad breakouts for a few weeks, thanks to something that I cannot identify, so I have had to change my routine up drastically. I was worried to add this product to my routine and decided to just test it on the one side of my face that had the least amount of breakouts, and I did not experience any problems. Because I have been attempting to treat these breakouts, my face has become extremely dry. This oil serum has really helped to keep some moisture in my skin during this time. This product contains sea daffodil extract, which is designed to hydrate and brighten skin, as well as marine bamboo which they claim contains an abundance of vitamin A, C, and E. I have never tried sea daffodil or marine bamboo, but my skin does seem to do well with sea-based plants, so I am very pleased. I will probably start to use this oil serum on my whole face since the test period has been positive. My newest product to try for free from @08l_usa is a serum made by Intermission and it is their Rest Up Oil Serum. It comes beautifully packaged and you can drop the serum right on your skin with the dropper style tube top so the product stays sanitary inside the bottle. It is milky white and instantly hydrated my skin and it wasn't greasy feeling when applied it. It is EWG Verified, Dermatologist tested, and is EWG Green. It has Sea Daffodil, Centella, Marine Bamboo, and Oil from Macadamia Seed Oil and Olive Oil. It can be used on all skin types and also in warmer months without breakouts. It did hydrate my skin well and it brightened and whitened my skin too. I didn't notice a scent and I enjoyed that a lot because sometimes scented items give me really bad headaches.
