My thoughts 💭 All of their products use a base of Centella asiatica extract, (good for anti-aging and acne prone skin) an amazing good for your skin plant ingredient, and feature the optimal ratio of sea daffodil and marine bamboo, which they source off the coast of France. They carefully select these often rare ingredients that soothe dry, stressed skin while delivering nutrients and hydration leaving behind a youthful and radiant glow. It is able to calm irritation and reduce redness. I’m absolutely in love with the pink & blue packaging on both the box and bottle. It’s so girly and fun! The heavy glass bottle reminds me of the classic medicinal bottles in apothecary shops and I’m fond of it. The toner itself is being added to my new favorites. I do prefer to use this on a cotton pad as this is more of a gentle follow up after cleanser toner that can be used to make sure all of your makeup is off. But you may simply splash onto skin. It is ideal to use as a daily toner to balance your skins Ph, keep moisture levels at an even keel and well prepare your skin to absorb oncoming skincare. I highly recommend this! ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

Toners are my go to products whenever my skin feels dull or dehydrated. I recently picked up this toner and I was impress by the fact that it claims to have 70% Centella extract as the first ingredient in the list. Base on first impression I can honestly say I like it. From appearance alone it looks like a clear watery toner among other toners that look the same. The packaging is simple yet youthful. The glass bottle is heavy and I have to keep a firm grip to avoid shattering it 😰. The toner is transparent in color with a watery texture that hardly feels viscous. It feels very thin and perfect for the 7 step layer method. It provides hydration and soothes my skin. ... 🌱Conclusion: I didn’t expect much from this product and thought I would use it a couple times for review purposes only. However, I’m quite surprised by how much I like it. The toner’s thin texture is hydrating without my skin feeling suffocated. I’m going to keep using it in my daily routine. It’s main ingredients include sea daffodil (helps with hydration), centella asiatica (helps with acne), & himanthalia elongata (helps restore the skin’s moisture). It’s paraben free, scent free and safe for sensitive skin. ❤️ The toner is lightweight & absorbed quite well into my skin. It left my skin hydrated & super soft. I had no cons for the product & I plan to continue using it as part of my daily skincare routine. ❤️

Thanks to @0.8l_usa & @intermission.korea for allowing me to try the Rest-up Toner for a trial fee. 🦋 This toner is made to be a Balancing, Multitasking Toner that moisturizes, brightens, softens & whitens the skin. Pretty big payload. 🦋 Main ingredients include a Centella Asiatica Extract Base with Sea Daffodil, Niacinamide, Marine Bamboo and Hyaluronic Acid. 🦋 Directions are to use on cotton round and smooth over face to absorb all hydrating toner. The bottle is made of heavy glass with a control pour top (pictured above). 🦋 I found no scent at all when i used this toner. I prefer this. The toner is liquid, slightly viscous. The control top lets you generously shake contents out. 🦋 Upon application there is a general soothing feeling of the skin. There is a little slip to the liquid while patting in. The time to fully absorb is longer than your typical alcohol based toner. I geel the skin is slightly tacky after application. I didn't love this. But once serum and lotion are applied its not bad. I am very oily and can usually wash, tone ans serum/essance-done. I can't be as minimal with this product. Which is fine for night or not going out days. 🦋 I consider Intermission Rest Up Toner to be a actual representation of a Korean Toner comparied to the Astringent type Toner of the USA. You can find it on Amazon from Intermission for $25. Considering it is so multifuntionl, its not a bad price. I haven't used long enough to say i saw whitening, but my skin is baby soft!❤ 🦋

Intermission Rest-Up Balancing Toner Review I received this product at a trail rate in exchange for my honest review. The balancing toner from brand Intermission is a soft toner containing ingredients Sea daffodil, Centella Asiatica, and Himanthalia Elongata. This product is good for all skins types ranging from normal to dry or oily. The texture is a transparent liquid and is easily absorbed by the skin. Effects of the product include: awakening of the skin, brightening, moisturizing, smoothing, and balancing. Pros: the product is light weight and is easily absorbed when applied to the skin. I recommend applying the product to a cotton pad and then then gently swiping onto the skin. The product isn’t harsh and doesn’t irritate the skin. There is also no noticeable scent or fragrance which can be great for sensitive skin. I used the product with my morning skin routine as the toner boasts claims of awakening tired skin. Once absorbed, my skin felt refreshed and ready for my moisturizer. Cons: I didn’t have any cons regarding this product. If I had to pick one feature I didn’t like, I would pick the packaging. The toner comes in a heavy glass bottle which isn’t ideal for travel and can be tricky when storing. Overall, I really enjoyed this toner. It hasn’t replaced my main toner but I will continue to incorporate it in my morning skin routine to rejuvenate and start my morning.

Review: @intermission.global Rest-Up Balancing Toner. • • 🍃 Package: I don’t know what it is but I love this packaging. The pink background with the clean fonts are so aesthetically pleasing. The glass bottle is quite heavy so I don’t recommend traveling with it. • 🍃 Scent/Texture: Upon initial impression, I didn’t detect any fragrance. But when I sniffed it really hard, I smelled a very very faint herbal/floral scent thread. Also, the liquid is completely watery. • 🍃 Ingredients: please see the third picture for a complete list. However, I do love that this product included Centella Asiatic extract (which is my jam!!) and Niacinamide (to help my PIH spots). • 🍃 Performance: the instruction suggested to use a cotton pad. But I didn’t want to waste product so I just shake about 3-4 dabs onto my palm then apply it straight onto my face. • I’ve used it as one layer application after I washed my face, and it helped with the tightness of cleaned skin. When I applied multiple layers (giving each layer time to absorbed and dry, of course), my skin felt hydrated, soothed, and prepared for further serum/ampoule/cream steps. I also noticed the redness on my cheeks were slightly calmer. Additionally, I did not experience any irritation or clogged pores. • I’ve been using it for about 1.5 weeks so I haven’t seen any brightening effects yet.
