I had the opportunity to try the tea tree soothing mask in exchange for my honest review. This mask is a tad sticky, but covers the entire face quite nicely. My jawline doesn’t always get essence from masks due to size, so I was excited for that. I found the mask to be extremely hydrating and easy to use. This is very much a pattern with this brand - I’ve never received a bad product! Once again, very happy to have had the chance to try this thanks to 0.8L. Definitely recommend.

Milky white essence that is oily and leaves a residue that cannot be tapped in. Skin is left oily, slippery and pores feel suffocated. May be good for someone with very dry skin? 🍵🍵 Absorbability 2.0.. Essence does not absorb but rather sits on skin and doesn’t allow skin to breathe. This did not absorb well for me. While trying to get essence tapped in, it started pilling up. The essence was so oily and excessive, it basically smothered my pores. The oily substance just sits on top of skin and you can see it! I tried to leave the reminder on as long as I could stand but I eventually had to apply toner with a cotton pad to remove the excess residue so my skin could breathe! The mask itself was a good fit. It smells of tea tree oil and the scent is quite refreshing. There was ample amount of essence and the mask stayed quite hydrated while on. I just simply wish the essence weren’t so greasy.

I was really excited about trying the tea tree mask because I love tea tree products and who doesn't love a good mask?! It came pre-soaked, pre-cut mask. Perfect! It was dripping when I took it out of the package and unfolded it. It just laid perfectly on my face. I just has to push down and smooth out with my fingers and it was instant cool-ness! My favorite part of the tea tree! I chilled for 15 minutes and easily took off the mask and threw it away. Love the easy clean up and the results.... Fresh looking and smooth feeling skin! Loved it! Having acne prone skin tea tree products tend to catch my eye. So, when 08liter had these Huangjisoo Tea Tree Soothing Masks available for Try Now I jumped on the chance. Having quite a few notable ingredients like licorice root, mushroom and grapefruit extracts, propolis, ginseng root, and obviously tea tree oil! The essence is a slippery, milky type that smelled of tea tree and cucumber to my nose. A bit strong at first, but didn’t stick around from what I noticed. The mask fit was fantastic! Had slits cut into the sides longer than most, which made for a better custom fit. 👌🏻 Thin microfiber material that sat nicely on my skin. I’ve tried two of the masks, so far. The first time I tried it I felt there was a bit of residue left on my skin. Likely due to the tea tree oil, but could be other ingredients as well. Not necessarily a bad thing, but it was there. May have just needed to absorb longer. The second time I tried it, I didn’t really experience that since I left the mask on longer. Aside from that the mask soothes any redness, calmed my skin and some breakouts I had, sebum control (would be a great day mask as well), and felt moisturized.

Upon removal of the mask my face did feel a bit tight but I attributed this to letting the mask overdry a bit on my face. I patted in the skin & it dried down to a non-tacky finish. The essence itself is a milky essence which is interesting Fit: The mask has a slit in the cheek area so it’s good to adjust to small or bigger faces. I like this concept. The mask adheres very nicely to my face. Once you press down the mask, it will stay Smells: Pleasant smell of tea tree essential oil. No alcohol or excessive fragrance Results: I have some essence left on my fingers since I was adjusting the mask and it dried like an thick moisturizer. It’s not sticky, but it’s noticeably there. It feels really cool on my face and soothing. After 20 min of wearing the mask the essence hasn’t completely dried up, but you can tell it’s getting close. The extra essence on my neck clumped up like it’s too thick for my skin to absorb it all. My face feels really soft and cool. It’s not hydrating, just calming and smoothes out my complex. While wearing the mask it has a light tingle and it was very moisturizing. My skin was very soft afterwards. I’d definitely use the #huangjisoo #TeatreeMask in the future.

Huangjisoo TeaTree Soothing Mask (courtesy of @0.8L_USA) This is my second product from Huangjisoo and I was quite excited about it, as it is a tea tree mask pack. It is free from palm oils, artificial fragrance, phenoxyethanol and PEG's and is EWG verified. This mask is for blemish care, sensitive skin, oil control as well as hydration. This does contain tea tree leaf oil, which is a anti-septic, anti-bacterial ingredient that helps heal blemishes, trehalose is helps moisturize while providing anti-aging benefits and alas, hydrolyzed collagen. This is actually a great ingredient to help deeply moisture your skin and provide elasticity, but 99.99999% of facial sheet masks that have this ingredient, causes my skin to do one of two things. . . This mask has a great fit, but lots of stupid slits on it, which I hate. Makes it harder to unfold as this mask is soaking wet with essence, that does smell like tea tree. It isn't overly strong, but the scent is there. After 30 minutes, I removed it and this did leave an initial tacky residue, which I am surprised about for an oil controlling mask. Which this isn't. This is a moisturizing mask with tea tree toss in as an afterthought. There are a lot of hydrating, soothing and moisturizing ingredients in here, but oil control? No. In fact, even when the tacky residue went away, my skin did feel like I had a filmy substance over it ~ that is what collagen masks normally do on my oily skin. Collagen masks also normally cause me to break out, but I didn't ~ which I attribute to the tea tree and lavender in here. This would not be a mask I would reach in my morning routine, but for my evening routine as it is highly moisturizing and has that filmy feel to it. I think that if you have dry skin with acne, this is a good one for you. I purchased the @huangjisoo_official tea tree soothing m.a.s.k at a discounted price from @0.8L in exchange for my honest review. On to the claims of this product: 🔹contains tea tree leaf oil to soothe and hydrate sensitive skin 🔹great for dryness, redness, excess sebum, acne prone skin, dullness, uneven texture and lack of moisture If you know me, you know I love me some sheet masks. I have oily combination skin so a sheet mask that help control my sebum is always welcomed. This mask is nicely soaked with essence so their isn’t much left in the package. It’s soothing and has a faint smell of tea tree. I left the mask on for 15 minutes as it suggests in the packaging. Once I removed the sheet mask, the essence left on the skin is supposed to be patted in. The remaining essence didn’t seem to absorb into the skin quickly. My skin felt tacky from the left over essence, like I had a layer of film. I don’t recommend these sheets if you have oily skin.

Huangjisoo Tea-Tree Soothing M.A.S.K is for the sensitive and troubled skin. The mask soothes, controls sebum, keeps skin clean and clear. There are about 5 sheet masks inside the box. All individual in their own packet. This mask is dermatological tested, gluten-free, 99.5% vegetable ingredient, palm oil free and free from any harmful substances. The mask only uses vegetable/botanical ingredients. I like using this mask when I have blemishes or when my skin is acting up. I do my regular routine of washing my face and then applying a toner. Next, I apply the mask and leave it on the skin for 20 minutes. After the time is up. I remove the mask and pat in the remaining essence to absorb in the skin more. I did notice my skin looking less red and blemishes also looking less pronounced and inflamed. I give this mask a 9/10. It's a great mask for problematic skin and I would recommend this for someone with mild to moderate acne or someone with the oily type of skin.
