This cleanser left my face feeling fresh and clean. It has a light citrus scent that is very pleasing. The phone feels light is there yet your face feels so much cleaner and fresher after using it. I definitely would recommend this film and cleanser

This is my review for Huangjisoo's Pure Daily Foaming Cleanser with Peppermint. I scored this product on 0.8Liter, during a try now campaign. This is my forst experience with this company. They are already above and beyond many other Korean skincare brands, in my eyes. This is because they have instructions/ingredients/etc in English, as well as Korean. That is one of my biggest complaints with other companies. This cleanser has some ingredients that I love! Examples are amino acids, cucumber extract, lavender, silk acids, ginseng, and quite a few others. As the product states, it is a foam cleanser. I have had bad luck with these in the past. They never seem to clean as well as liquids. Unfortunately, I noticed the same with this cleanser. It only removed about half of my makeup. I know that nobody wants to have to wash their face at least twice just to have clean skin. With all of the delicious oils in this cleanser, you would think it would moisturize. It left my skin so dry and depleted of moisture. The cleanser has an amazing scent. I definitely smell the lavender, which is one of my favorite scents. I love the bottle and the packaging. It would surely catch my eye if I saw it at the store. Again, though, it does a poor job of cleansing. I have to give this product a negative rating!

I think it’s the mint opening up my pores so it can get in there to get a deeper clean. I didn’t mind the feeling. Once I washed it off, it felt really clean. It just felt fresh and clean. My skin was a little dry after awhile, but this is for deep cleaning so I expect it to strip my moisture a little bit 🍃Rating: Interesting face wash. If it’s super hot and humid, I would use this cleanser to give me a fresh squeaky clean feeling of getting rid of all the sweat and oil. I wouldn’t use this in the winter time. On Monday nights, the @08L_usa social media manager does an IG live previewing that week's products. When everyone freaked out over this cleanser, I knew I needed to try it. I selected it to go with the #PurePerfectCleasingOil as a double cleansing duo. Once the cleansing oil removes the makeup and gunk from my face, this water-based cleanser scrubs my pores to ensure a deep but gentle cleanse. When I use the 2 cleansers together I'm blown away at how clean and tight my face feels. It is so satisfying! There are a few other versions in this line and I'm curious to try those, too. I seem to prefer foaming cleansers over creams or bars. This one is so gentle and nourishing. Since I sampled this at a discount in exchange for my review, here are the details and my score: -Peppermint stimulates the capillaries to expand for deeper cleansing and gives a refreshing tingle. Cucumber softens and soothes the skin. They threw in a few samples of their Pure Oil Cleanser too which was a nice surprise! I wasn’t expecting to like it as much as I did. Mostly great ingredients but did include a few glycols towards the end of the list. Benign scent and peppermint wasn’t overpowering at all.

Huangjisoo Pure Daily Foaming Cleanser - Deep Clean (courtesy of @0.8L_USA) This cleanser is for deep cleansing of your pores and is for oily skin. It is 99.5% vegetable origin, gluten free, with no palm oil, artificial fragrance, paraffins or PEG's ingredients. It has a lot of good ingredients in here, such as cucumber, cinnamon (good for pore and oily skin care), lavender, licorice, amino acids, ginseng, propolis, beta glucan and other good stuff, but this is a foaming cleanser, so it will get rinsed off. . . This does contain mint in it, which has anti-bacterial properties and deep cleans pores. The bottle has a pleasing pear shape to it and the liquid in the bottle is pumped out to a nice soft whipped foam, which has a floral scent to it (I thought it would be mint!). I didn't really find this cleansing foam to be very minty refreshing on my face either ~ it was a bit of a disappointment as I thought I would get the nice cool tingling feeling, but I did not. It cleans well, doesn't strip my skin; however, I didn't find it to be WOW, exceptional. It is a decent cleanser but I felt disappointment in the lack of minty fresh goodness with this cleanser. This has a pH level of an 7.5 to 8, so it could be high for some people. Yet another quick cleanser review for @huangjisoo_us and this time what won me over what the purple chubbly packaging and the promise of mint. Speaking of mint I think the winter this year killed my mint plants 🤔 or maybe I just need to speak their names and they will return back with a weedy vengeance. . . . Like the other magnolia berry cleanser this one is also low pH, around a 6. Seems to be a sweet spot for being able to maintain a foam, but is still on the low side. The scent is quite interesting, it doesn't contain lilac, but that's mainly what I get. Kind of a herby lilac with a minty finish. It could be that maybe they included Korean mint or that the mint listed on the ingredients has a more lilac-ey fragrant aroma. They do include a lot of herbs in the formula which could also contribute to the au naturale scent. . . . In terms of efficacy these are true second cleansers. Good for no makeup days but I still think that you need to do an oil cleanse or at least some micellar water if you want to remove makeup/sunscreen. If you like brands that don't use added fragrance and are chok full of plants check out this one! I purchased the @huangjisoo_official pure daily foaming cleanser: deep clean at a discounted price from @0.8l_usa in exchange for my honest review. On to the claims of this product: 🔹removes makeup, dirt and pollution 🔹balances, tones and soothes skin 🔹infused with peppermint, lavender, cucumber, wheat seed and grapefruit extracts This foam cleanser hypo-stimulates for a deep cleaning which helps with pore care. I tend to like my skincare products on the natural side, the cleanser is EWG verified and free from any harmful substances. When the product is pumped out it’s already in foam form and smells like lavender. Once applied on the skin I felt a cooling sensation from the peppermint. My skin felt clean and hydrated and not stripped. I definitely recommend this cleanser for all skin types.

The Deep Clean Pure Daily Foaming Cleanser is the 3rd product by huangjisoo I have used, and I think this company has some great things going for itself. In my experience, I have found each of the 3 different facial care products by this brand to be free of added fillers, mineral oils, & irritants. Instead, this company seems to go to great lengths to use great natural ingredients, ingredients that are not only gentle on the skin - but also, helps to support & renew healthy glowing skin. Of the 3 products I have been able to use by this brand, this is my 2nd Foam Cleansing Type Product, & I have enjoyed them both. Foam cleansers are kind of fun to work with, esp a nice higher quality product like this one. It feels very soft on your face & hands. As you massage into your face, it works to gently loosen & free pollution, dirt, & bits of makeup you maybe missed with a makeup wipe. And when you rinse it off, you are left with really fresh clean skin without that tight drying feeling that facial soaps often create. 💦However, I will add that anytime you work with products that require water 💧at least to rinse the product off - such as cleansers, exfoliating scrubs, or mud/facial masks - you will likely be drying your skin out a little bit. Water 💦 just has that effect on skin, which is why facial care usually always has 3-4 + steps. The additional steps after your cleanser are SO important especially as your skin starts to age. So, recently I’ve had a couple people ask me about skin care routines, and I thought I would go ahead & post the info & steps for anyone else that may be interested. 📝My🌙 Nighttime✨ Skin Care Routine: 1. Clean off any make up (esp. around eyes 👀 & any mascara) using specific makeup removal wipes & or makeup removing wash cloth. 2. Nice quality cleanser that does not have a bunch of harsh chemicals, preservatives, or added fragrances. This can be anything from a Cleansing Oil, gentle facial soap, gritty type cleansers, or creamy lotion like cleansers. ————— OR—————- *2. Every 3 days or so... I use a great quality microdermabrasion exfoliating product! The days I exfoliate, I kind let this step take the place of my cleanser step. And doing this every few days, makes all the other steps ⬇️ SO much easier & allows for more of the product to properly absorb into your skin. Also, this step makes your face much smoother & helps even more problematic areas, which helps makeup go on smoother & look nicer! 3. Toner, Toner Toner!!! Years ago, I did not believe this step mattered at all. So, I would just jump from Cleansing to throwing on some moisturizing lotion before bed. Over the years, I more diligently followed steps outlined by whatever skin care brand I was using at the time like Rodan & Fields. Most routines include a toner, which I would use. But it has only been recently that I have come to discover the amazing power of great quality toners! Seriously! Now, I use toner multiple times in a single setting. I start by placing some on a cotton swap & going over my face to get any left over dirt or make up off. Then, I use toner a second time (sometime alternating different toners depending on need like moisture or an acne related one for a small breakout). I pore some toner into my clean hands & using my finger tips, I lightly tap, tap, tap across my face. Next, Apply any serums, spot treatments w acne, or specialty products. 5. Apply eye cream, usually a de-puffing & anti-aging cream! 6. Apply great quality gentle moisturizing cream all over face AND neck!
