My Review.....I absolutely love love any and everything Heather Marianna (Beauty Kitchen) products....I’m never disappointed with any of her products...I used the Pomegranate Plum Skin Polish after either my bath or shower for a week and it was amazing, 1st the smell is divine, as soon as you open it, u can smell the pomegranate and plum immediately.. I scrubbed with the skin polish after I showered or soaked in the bath than I rinse off and it left my skin feeling amazing and baby soft to the touch!! The granulated polish really works into the skin and hydrates the skin back to health...I could still smell the amazing scent well after I used this product!!! I definitely recommend it!!!

I've always loved a relaxing me-time at Spa & wish that I could do that more often. But rather than getting myself broke because of that, I decided to get a more budget friendly alternative & use “At Home Spa” products. So, I really appreciate good “At Home Spa” products, especially those with more natural ingredients, like Beauty Kitchen by Heather Marianna. She started it as a YouTube channel where she showcased simple, do-it- yourself beauty recipes made with common kitchen household ingredients which generated a powerful following of more than 3 million viewers & now it has subscription service too.   The claim: Precious Pomegranate seeds and sweet smells of Plum permeate this exotic citrus scent. Crisp and complex, this fruit is sure to awaken your senses.   Directions: Scrub with Skin Polish at the end of bath or shower, rinse! No lotion needed afterwards!   Ingredients: organic fine sugar, rice bran oil, and Beauty Kitchens proprietary blend of oils.   The full-sized version is 16 oz, but I got the 4 oz size. The packaging is a nice resealable pouch bag, travel friendly too. It smells so good! So perfectly fruity! The scrub granule stayed as granule & didn't melt too fast, easier for me to rub & scrub around. It also didn't irritate my skin. I especially like how it cleaned the dead skin near my nails, great to use before manicure. After rinsing off, my skin felt soft & moisturized, like I've just used some lotion, perfect for lazy days 😁

Beauty Kitchen by Heather Marianna // Pomegranate Plum Perfection scrub // This scrub is pretty basic. It’s really just sugar, rice bran oil, fragrance, and essential oils. That being said, it is REALLY pleasant to use!! The scent is fantastic. The scrub is lavender tinted, and smells so good I want to eat it: fruity tartness all the way. The proportion of sugar-to-oil is perfect. Anyone who is familiar with sugar scrubs will know that it’s a pain in the ass if there too much sugar or not enough oil (because it rubs on too dry and you end up wasting half of it on the floor of the shower) or too much oil and not enough sugar (because the sugar dissolves too quickly and doesn’t “scrub” as much). Miss Heather Marianna (whoever she is? I dunno) got it just right with this scrub. It left my skin ultra smooth, hydrated, and smelling like what Katy Perry looked like for the entire year of 2011. Honestly if this were something I could just grab off the shelf at Kroger or in the Sephora checkout line, I’d be all over it as a self-care impulse buy. But I don’t typically use body scrubs often enough to go out of my way and order the product online, or subscribe to the monthly box from Beauty Kitchen. So Heather, if you’re reading this review, please get yo’ shit up in some retail stores. ✨✨✨

Today I took a little scrub a dub dub in the tub and tried this out. First off, it smells like candy. Heather Marianna always sends their packages so nicely. A++ for mailer packaging. The product packaging is simple and in a resealable pouch. I may transfer mine into a container for easier access in the shower. There’s only so much you can say about a scrub—this one definitely left my skin smooth and soft and didn’t burn when applied on freshly shaved skin. I would recommend this product because I like supporting smaller brands and it smells great! Thank you to 0.8L for sending this at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review.

I’ve been lucky enough to try out several products by Beauty Kitchen, and the latest product that I was able to purchase at a discount through @0.8l_usa was their Pomegranate Plum Perfection Skin Polish. It is a sugar based scrub that smells of Pomegranate and citrus fruits. I didn’t try it on my face, just my body, but I will say that it absolutely works to cleanse the skin & soften the overall texture of the skin! Pros: ✅ I love scrubs & microdermabrasion type exfoliation! If you have breakouts, overly dry skin or dry patches, overly oily skin, or just lack luster blah skin.... you really really would benefit from exfoliating well x 3 a week! ✅ This scrub feel like really fine sand or sugar, which in my opinion always creates the BEST scrubs & exfoliators. It can get to harder to reach places like around your nose without being so harsh & accosting your skin. ✅ My skin felt so soft without feeling dried out like many exfoliating products often do. Cons: ❌ The Scent was a little strong for me. However, I can absolutely be sensitive to smells at times. So, I feel that most people probably wouldn’t be as bothered by the bold bright sweet scent. 🙏🏼 Thank you to both companies for allowing me try this out at a discount! You rock✅

This is the @BeautyKitchenjunkie Pomegranate Plum Perfection Skin Polish from @0.8l_usa getting a first impressions review! ~ FIRST IMPRESSIONS This body scrub doesn't claim anything, just that it's good to use before shaving for a very close shave. It only has a few ingredients (swipe to see) so it is a very dry granular consistency. It smells like very sweet cotton candy to me, not what I had expected. I'm not a fan of overly sweet fragrances. I found this to be a nice body scrub minus the smell; my skin felt smooth after using. I think I could get about 4 uses out of the 4oz package; the 16oz size retails for $26. ~ This was sent to me in exchange for my honest review. As always, opinions are my own.

Are you looking for the perfect scrub for silky smooth summer skin? Well, I may have found it for you! 🌞 I was able to try *another* @beautykitchenjunkie by @HeatherMarianna product for a reduced price, in exchange for my honest review, via @08L_USA. The Pomegranate Plum Perfection Skin Polish is absolutely amazing! I have terribly dry skin and regularly use scrubs, exfoliators, lotions, body butters...you name it. I typically use more than one product after showering to lock in some moisture, so imagine my surprise when NO ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS were needed after using this scrub! My skin was soft and smooth all day! No dry patches or dead skin were visible. The blend of pomegranate, plum, organic sugar and rice bran oil is a pretty, purple, sugar scrub in a pretty, pink package. Best of all, this smells so sweet and fruity! 🍑Reminds me of candy🍭 As always, the package arrived in a beautiful metallic envelope and was wrapped with care in tissue paper. (Much to my surprise, included with this was the second pair of Pink Diamond Eye Gels that were supposed to come with my last shipment! *see previous review post* Thanks @HeatherMarianna 😍) My only issue with this product would be the packaging. It is a resealable zip lock pouch, but it's hard to manage without getting water into the package and ruining the rest of the product. I recommend transferring to another container for in shower use. If you have read my other Beauty Kitchen product reviews then you know they are always cruelty free and free of any harmful chemicals. This product literally smells good enough to eat! 🧖🏽‍♀️Review🧖🏽‍♀️ This was my 4th trial from #08L and 3rd from @BeautyKitchenJunkies that I paid $3.99 in return for my honest review. Again, sent in a fun metallic mailer and this time w/ my second set of pink diamond flake eye masks. As usual, my first look is always ingredients. This scrub is simple: sugar, oil, fragrance. The only potential 🚩is fragrance, as that can include some yucky stuff. The color was also a pretty plum color, and hoped it was reflective of the plum/pomegranate ‘flavor’ and not dyes, as none were listed. (I test products on my hand or inside of my arm the day/night before I fully try them on any more prominent areas) 👍The scrub was pretty great. Perfect sized grains of sugar that stayed grainy enough to be effective (vs immediately dissolving into a sticky mess) and the rice bran oil locked in moisture eliminating the need to slather anything on my body after my shower. The scent actually brought me back to my childhood- my Strawberry Shortcake figurines, each scented with a fruity sweetness correlated to their name (is that still a thing?) - delicious! @HeatherMarianna and #BeautyKitchen might be making me a #beautykitchenjunkie after all! There was one small 👎 When you use fresh ingredients, you don’t always remember that there are critters who might come looking at your skincare for a tasty snack once you’re gone. I just moved into a new house & after using the scrub (and thoroughly rinsing it off shower, etc) a TON of ants swarmed the shower in search of the delicious plum aroma. A Terro trap solved the issue but something to keep in mind 😂😂

With my Pomegranate Plum Perfection Skin Polish i also received another sample of their under eye product; one that I had previously reviewed but didn’t have great results with so I could try it again! Now how many of us can say that a brand we use does all this? 🌺HOW TO USE: use in-shower, scrub all over at end of shower then rinse off. No lotion needed! *PRO TIP: don’t take the plastic packaging inside the shower OR place it out of reach of the water 🌺PROS: - smells AMAZING, like candy! - attractive packaging and easy to read - mid price point (retails for $26/4oz) - makes my skin feel so soft and smooth - makes my skin smell like candy for hours afterwards - made with all organic ingredients 🌺CONS: - the only issue I had was with the packaging. At first I really liked the pouch idea- it’s how most of their scrubs & bath items are packaged- but this one turned out to be a bit of an issue for me. I took it in the shower and the pouch was awkward to utilize. It also didn’t close correctly and water got into the pouch which kind of ruined the rest of the scrub 😢 I attempted to dry it out but it didn’t work. 🌺 Overall I really liked this product and the results! Summer glowing skin is what I love to have all year long and I love to achieve this with sugar scrubs! You should always keep your skin exfoliated so that you rid it of those dead skin cells so new skin cells can form. So I had the opportunity to try out another product by a brand that I love by @BeautyKitchenJunkie called Pomegranate Plum Perfection Skin Polish courtesy of @08l_usa. I love how this product is packaged! I can tell that it is definitely personalized and wrapped with love! This Skin Polish smells Ah-May-Zing!! It smells just like its name, “Pomegranate and Plum!” After using this Skin Polish, I smell good enough to eat!! The Pomegranate Plum Perfection Skin Polish is made with organic fine sugar, rice bran oil, and Beauty Kitchens proprietary blend of oils along with Precious Pomegranate seeds and sweet smells of Plum Permeate. It was great to use on my skin because the grains are very fine which doesn’t scratch my skin. It rinses well and it leaves a nice oily polish on my skin where I don’t have to use a moisturizer at all! Every product that I have tried from this brand has not disappoint! I loved this Pomegranate Plum Perfection Skin Polish. It smells amazing although nothing like pomegranate Plum to me. It's a purple sugar scrub that scrubs off all your dead skin, dirt, and sweat from your body. You can feel the difference in your skin as soon as you wash it off. I hate how soap leaves a residue on your skin and this leaves your skin so soft and fresh! It's a skin polish for your body made with organic sugar and leaves you and your body invigorated!

First, the packaging for the Pomegranate Plum Perfection Skin Polish was super cute and fun! It made me really excited to try it. When I opened it my first impression of the scent wasn't great- It was almost too sweet, like candy but I did like that it was in a pouch verses a tub - it made it very easy to open, easier to use and seems to keep it well protected. It is very easy to use, felt nice on my skin and best part:: it didn't turn my shower floor a death trap like some messier ones I've used. What I like most about it was how the fragrance transformed once applied to my skin. It's super sexy, feminine and flirty and made my husband stop and ask me what I was wearing! I'd definitely use this product in the summer months for occasions like date night- I don't think its right for the dry winter season. Overall, this skin polish was an absolute treat and something I'd love to use occasionally!
