Osulloc Natural Tea from Jeju

I received the Osulloc Natural Tea from Jeju. It’s green tea and it tasted very good. It has a nice pleasant taste and a light green color. I was skeptical at first, but it really tastes good. Definitely something I’ll buy again.

I am no tea connoisseur, but I do enjoy a cup most days.  I was quite excited that a popular, authentic Korean tea was offered in 08liter for a Try Now trial price.  Since I'm not a tea reviewer, all I can do is my best at describing what I liked or didn't about it. I chose the Osulloc Samdayeon  Jeju Tangerine , which is a fermented tea with tangerine from Jeju Island.  It's a blended tea, not sure what that means to be honest. Instructions say to brew at around 190° , which I luckily have an awesome electric kettle so that's easy to control.  I tend to leave my tea bags in my cups, but you're instructed to let it brew for 2 minutes. I drank this tea both hot and iced,  and it was delicious either way though I did find the iced particularly refreshing! As you can see,  it's a beautiful amber color when brewed.  It never tasted bitter and I never needed sweetener of any kind. It's a fresh, almost crisp tea with a light citrus flavor. The citrus isn't overpowering or false,  it's perfectly balanced. The packaging speaks for itself; a luxury box of sturdy cardboard and simplistic artwork worthy of leaving on your counter top for display.  Inside, individually wrapped packets that could withstand being shoved into a handbag or lunch box. The tea bags themselves are that nice heavy weight mesh in a triangular shape.  It never burst and the tag never separated from the string. Anyone else a tea fanatic? Green tea is one of my favorite types of tea. It has so many health benefits and I really enjoy the taste. Some people are not a fan of green tea but I suggest adding some honey,lemon or other flavors before giving up on green tea completely! Green tea does contain caffeine so I do not drink it past the early afternoon. I recently got the chance to try out Osulloc Natural Tea from Jeju for free from 08L. I was really interesting in trying a new brand of tea that is from Korea.Korea classifies green tea into different types and this type is Sejak which is best brewed at 70 degrees celsius.This tea is also organic which is something I try to look for when purchasing tea on my own. This particular tea is made from young green tea leaves. The presentation of the tea is really nice and comes in a sturdy box with individual packets. When I first opened the packet I noticed a really fragrant aroma. I could tell that the tea is fresh from the scent. The taste was so crisp and I would say it is by far one of the best green tea I have ever tried.

Osulloc Fermented Samdayeon (삼다연)Tea 🍵 Drinking tea is something I do daily. When I lived in S. Korea I was treated to a 녹차라떼 Green tea latte and I became hooked on Osulloc tea 😊. I'm not really a tea person so I didn't think I was going to care for this Osulloc tea but I actually really liked it. The tea comes in a nice box with 10 individually wrapped tea bags. The tea bags are made of a satin material and you can taste just a hint of Jeju tangerine in each sip. It's a great morning of afternoon tea and very refreshing!

From the moment I opened the package to that first sip - this natural tea had a sweet, light, & refreshing aroma and taste. I was completely blown away at only needing to brew the tea for 1 and a half minutes and how light the tea was compared to other green tea I’ve tried. I especially loved the see through triangle shaped teabags and once it started brewing you could see the tea leaves get really bright green. This indicated extreme freshness to me and I’ve never experienced such a freshly made tea before. Thank you Osulloc and 0.8L for giving me the opportunity to test the Osulloc Natural Tea from Jeju for free. I received the organic Samdayeon Jeju Tangerine Green Tea blended tea. This is the first time trying a tea from Jeju island and it was delicious. I love drinking all types of healthy teas such as green and cinnamon tea. Tea in general helps me to feel calm before going to bed and supports my digestion. Packaging: I honestly loved the simple and clean brown and orange box. Also, each individual tea pyramid sachet has good quality print and it seems that OSULLOC took the time to design and do research. One side of the tea sachet is in Korean and the other side is in English. Country: South Korea specifically from Jeju Island. Jeju Island is a famous touristic area and it is located about 282 miles from Seoul. Brand: OSULLOC was founded in 1979 and uses the Korean traditional fermentation science to produce their organic tea. Fact: AmorePacific in 2001 opened Jeju OSULLOC Tea Museum to show the world the quality of the Korean tea and the traditional fermentation process. Free admission and is open all year. Taste: Delicious! Smooth taste, a little bit of sweetness from the tangerine and a strong taste of green tea. The combination of tangerine and green tea are perfect in this Samdayeon Jeju Tangerine blend tea. Color and Aroma: Light green and aroma was 100% tangerine with a slightly aroma of green tea. I don't use sugar or honey for my tea because it takes away the original taste and aroma of the tea. Price: About $32.79 U.S Dollars, box of 10. I give this tea 5 out 5 stars! If you like tea I totally recommend this tea because of its premium taste and quality. I know that the tea is expensive but the quality is worth the price. Sejak is a traditional young green tea with a delicate scent which is described as samdayeon cedar. They come in 3 different flavors and I recieved samdayeon jeju tangerine. Samdayeon jeju tangerine is added to this post demented tea, which is matured in a cedar barrel. This tea is supposed to deliver a refreshingly clear taste of jeju island with the combination of verdant hints and the tangerine according to the description. 💙Review💙 This tea was very well made. From the packaging to the cloth that the tea is in. The smell when you open the package is so pleasant and relaxing. I love tangerines and it definitely had a hint of tangerine without being overpowering. I am not a big tea drinker but after some research I found that natural green tea is very good for you and your skin. I would definitely recommend this to any tea drinker. The only thing was the first time I made it I think I added too much water and it was very watered down. The second time was perfect. Thank you @0.8L and @Osculloc for selecting me to try your tea. Any huge tea lovers? I for one do enjoy a warm cup of tea every so often earlyin the morning or before bed. Osulloc has very beautiful packaging. It's so elegant and great to give as a gift to a tea lover. The individual packages remind me of sheet masks (😅). However, I prefer tea bags that don't have a lot of extra unnecessary packaging. I do love the cute tea bag (although not pictured), it's in a pyramid shape. I'm not too fond of bitter tastes so, if I want to drink the tea strong I prefer to add something into it. I loved the tangerine scent and hints of it when I drank it. I do believe a true tea lover would definitely love this tea that has been fermented for 100 days in a jeju cedar container.♡

This Osulloc Natural Samdayeon Jeju Tangerine Tea came in a box with 10 tea bags in their own individual foil bags which kept them really fresh and they smelled like a juicy tangerine when opened. You could see all the individual herbs and tea leaves in each netted easy flow through bag which had the Osulloc symbol on the end of every bag, and the bags let the flavor come through wonderfully. The flavor of this tangerine tea for me was very weak, but when I added a tad of honey it seemed to awaken the flavor, and the aroma was very heavenly! The only thing I really didn't like was the bitter taste that was left behind after drinking this tea that was very hard to get rid of, and I really wish the flavor had been stronger which is why I lean more towards coffee than tea anyway. I'm giving Osulloc Natural Samdayeon Jeju Tangerine Tea ⭐⭐⭐⭐ based on 0.8L criteria for Taste, Freshness & Quality, and I would like to thank 0.8L and Osulloc for giving me the opportunity to try this tangerine tea. This tea is AMAZING!, Naturally I thought because it was fermented that it would be good for you but not taste good. Boy was I wrong, this is the best tea I've ever tried! I've tried many teas over the years and this is by far the best! Would recommend this to anyone, even if you don't like tea, this tea will change your mind!!

Love love love this stuff! This tea is so fragrant, tasty, and high quality. Shipping was so easy and quick, and the box remained undamaged and sturdy. The box it came in looks great, is thick, and has beautiful details all around it. Each tea bag is individually packaged in its own little envelope. Even the tea bag itself is of a high quality and you can tell they really thought out every aspect of the experience of drinking this tea. The taste is quite similar to a black tea but it has that tang and refreshment of the tangerine. I like my tea sweet so I add sugar and it all comes together beautifully. I am absolutely loving it and will even be taking the extra tea bags with me on my travels tomorrow. Osulloc has exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend them to others!

I wish I could taste a real tangerine from jeju since the citrus smell coming of the tea is strong and sweet. Not only the smell is great, but the taste, oh don’t you dare add sugar to this! This is one of the best teas I have ever had! The packaging is beautiful; it comes with 10 packs, beautiful triangle pouch which lets you see all the pieces that make the tea and fruit. It maybe a little expensive to get, but is worth it not only for the quality but the taste.

I followed instructions on the box.
