I had the privilege to try Osulloc Natural Green Tea from Jeju! 🍵 The lovely tea bags come in a beautiful, very well made box that store 10 Pyramid tea bags each individually wrapped. I love the box so much I plan to keep it to store some of my small items! ☺️ OSULLOC Sejak is a traditional, high-quality, organic green tea made of young, tender tea leaves grown in OSULLOC's tea garden on Jeju Island. Picked around *Gokwoo (Gokwoo: one of the 24 seasonal divisions around April 20th), tea-masters employ a special OSULLOC method which blends *okrok-cha (a tea made of lightly steamed and roasted young tea leaves) and pan-firing green tea! 🍃🌱🌿 As the favorite tea of the Korean people, Sejak possesses a savory flavor, a beautiful, light fragrance, that I smelled immediately when I opened the first bag of tea ☕️ I enjoyed this tea both hot and also cold. Each way it was prepared was delicious. I have tried many different brands of green teas, but never one like this. The quality, ingredients and the special process that went into creating this tea has made me only want to purchase Ossuloc tea from now on! Got this fancy Korean tea to try! It’s tangerine and fermented! It also costs $28 bucks for a box! I tasted about as yummy as you’d hope for that price and the flavors were bright and smooth! Thumbs up!

Osulloc Natural Tea from Jeju This tea is really delicious! So much so that I’ve drank all of the box already haha It has a citrus smell and mild citrus flavor that I love! It is really good mixed with a little bit of lemonade too. My husband really likes it too. So excited to try Osulloc Natural Tea from Jeju & share my experience! I've heard a lot about tourists visiting their museum & plantation in Jeju, and somehow almost everyone (as far as I know 😁) who's been to Seoul has found his/her way to the famous Osulloc Tea House. Really wish they got some here in U.S. 😍 But for now I guess I had to content myself with enjoying their tea bag at home. I try the said masterpiece of Ossuloc, The Samdayeon, Cedar variant, because I want to know the original taste of this unique post-fermented tea made with Korean blending technique. Osulloc brand, being one of the major tea exporters from Korea, known for using technology for planting, producing and packaging. Samdayeon, made with Korean tea blending techniques, fermented with the strains that originate from traditional Korean refinement techniques. Depth is added to the taste and the flavor of this post-fermentation tea as it matures in the container made of natural cedar from the Jeju Island. With the delicate cedar flavor as its forte, Samdayeon delivers a deep taste. Its flavor lingers in the mouth for a long time, and it has a bitterish aftertaste.  What is special about the post-fermentation tea from  Osulloc is its safety and high-quality tea leaves. The selective cultivation technique using the hay bacillus, separated in the traditional Korean refinement techniques, prevents the growth of contaminants, and the tea is manufactured safely through the anti-bacterial processes, so that customers can drink it with peace of mind. Moreover, the ingredients for the Sulloc post-fermentation tea is 100% native to Jeju Island, and all products manufactured by Osulloc are verified for their strict safety management through the Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) certification. Jeju Island is said to be the best place for tea cultivation as its geological and climatic condition such as soil, temperature, daily temperature range and precipitation, etc are very good for it. Osulloc uses the high-quality tea leaves which have been cultivated organically, not using chemical fertilizer or agricultural pesticides.  Summary: (1) Post-fermentation tea manufacturing process: Post-fermentation tea is completed after long periods of waiting. Once the tea is inoculated with the strain, it undergoes 7 days of incubation at a temperature appropriate for fermentation. After that, the tea is matured for about a 100 days in a cave on Jeju Island. The core of the post-fermentation tea manufacturing process is in the maintenance of the appropriate amount of sunlight, humidity and temperature. Once the tea fulfills its maturation period in the perfectly-sealed cedar container, it is reborn as the post-fermentation tea that embodies the gift of nature on Jeju Island, with its rich taste and delicate cedar flavor.  (2) Taste: No bitterness even when steeped in boiling water. The taste is fresh and not as strong as Chinese post fermented tea like Pu Erh, but it's still deep & rich. (3) Color: turned from light green to more reddish.

I LOVE TEA!!!! And I was lucky enough to receive the tangerine flavor of Osulloc Nautral Tea from Jeju. It is a blended fermented tea with tangerine peel in it. the smell is phenomenal! It literally smells like a tangerine when you open the package. I prefer my tea unsweetened so I did not add any sweetener. Brewing was easy and simple. If you follow the temperature directions you will make a lightly flavored tangerine tea. I would prefer it a bit stronger in flavor but even a little weak it is delicious. I hope I can find this online when my box is empty. ****I received this product for free for my honest review****

Osulloc Natural Tea: The first thing you notice is how luxurious the packaging is. It’s made in Korea so the label is completely Korean but it was not hard to find an English translation online. When you first open the tea packet you are instantly hit with a mild citrus scent. My favorite part about this tea is actually how amazing it smells. This is a loose leaf tea so it’s not ground up like some teas, you could even see dehydrated tangerine peel which really brought the “natural” feel. The taste was very mild but enjoyable, if you aren’t a regular tea drinker you might like some sugar in it but overall the taste wasn’t bad. For the price I can’t justify this as an everyday tea but for a treat here and there instead or as a gift. Disclaimer: I received this product at a trial price in exchange for my honest review.

@osulloc_official Jeju Samdayeon Tangerine  Samdayeon is a post-fermented mature tea made out of cedar wood and blend with Tangerine from Jesu Island The package is pretty and high quality. When I opened the package, the fresh of fruit citrus and Tangerine scent are really nice. I really enjoying refresh Tangerine flavor alot. It's smooth and hint of Tangerine flavor without bitterness. I love to drink strong tea, but this one is between light to medium fermented tea. Overall, this really nice and high quality tea with luxury package. It's about $28 for a box of 10. I have always enjoyed tea 🍵. I don’t know if that comes from growing up in the South, but I do love a cup of warm tea or a glass off ice cold tea! Thanks to @0.8l_usa I was able to try a new tea I had never heard of for free, more specifically the Osulloc Natural Tea from Jeju is a Korean-style fermented tea blended w the scent of Jeju cedar. The flavor is heavy - but nice. I put cream in my tea - though I’ve heard that isn’t necessarily the best thing to do w/, but I just LOVE it!!! So, the cream, I’m sure, mellowed some of the boldness of the flavor a bit, & left me feeling warm & cozy from the inside out just before bedtime. I found this tea 🍵 to be very enjoyable! 🙏🏼 Thank you to both companies for allowing me to try this yummy tea for myself! 🍵😘

I won the chance to try Osulloc Natural Tea from Jeju thanks to 0.8l_usa and Osulloc. Here's my experience: 💚 I woke up one gloomy Sunday morning thinking about self care 🧖🏾‍♀️; decided to cut my BPC☕ cause I wanted to decrease my caffeine intake and of course I thought of this special tea. This could not have come at a more opportune time. 💚 Boiled my water in a kettle and picked up one of the pouches and proceeded to remove a triangular/pyramid shaped tea bag. 💚 Poured the hot water over the tea bag and allowed it to steep for the next two minutes. I ended up with this pale delicate greenish infused water. 💚 I decided not to put in any sweeteners, no lemon, nothing. I wanted to get a sense of the tea solo. To me it tasted mild, earthy, and healthy. 💚 This is a nice brew. Soothing in fact. I have to admit, I didn't think I'd enjoy drinking tea. Osulloc Organic Sejak Tea 🍃 Tea fanatics unite 😂 My parents have instilled in me, since I was very young, to enjoy tea. There's always tea brewing at my house because we drink it like water! This organic green tea from Jeju Island is so light and refreshing. It's mades from young green tea so there is an amazing fragrance, good for those who do not enjoy strong, bitter teas 🍃 Osulloc is such an amazing brand , they pick their tea leaves during Gokwoo, which is the 6th of 24 seasons. It translates to "grain rain" and signifies the time of rainfall for grains 🍃 I highly recommend trying this brand of tea, and I'm excited to try out their other flavors

Osulloc Natural Tea is fermented tea from Jeju, I chose the Samdayeon Jeju Tangerine flavor. Straight out of the package this has a very song citrus herbal fragrance, it smells amazing. It doesn’t take long for the tea to become strong and can be quite bitter, honey adds amazing flavor to this tea. This tea is very different, it has a strong aroma but also a strong citrus flavor. It’s really good! This tea warms my body and makes me feel good. I highly recommend if you love trying new teas!! **I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion.

Steep for several minutes then enjoy! *PRO TIP: the longer you steep the tea bag in the water, the stronger the flavor will be ☕️PROS: - attractive packaging - easy to open container and packaging - nice tea bag with attractive herbs inside - has three flavors/varieties to try - I tried the blended tea, which had green tea with some hints of tangerine. It was a nice light tea with a very mild taste and scent ☕️CONS: - mid to high price point (retails for about $28/pkg -packaging is mostly written in another language so hard to decipher ☕️Overall I was pleasantly surprised by the scent and taste! Osulloc Blended Tea Samdayeon Jeju tangerine tea is Jeju fermented tea with Jeju tangerine. This tea is a post-fermented tea that is matured in a cedar barrel. This tea is an Oolong tea with a bit of a tangerine taste. The taste is a combination of floral, citrus and little bit bitter. This taste is a bit unique and usually, oolong tea is more on the floral taste but the tangerine rinds give it a little bit of citrus, not too much but the right amount. The scent smells amazing too since this just smells more like fresh tangerines. The color of the tea looks more of an amber color. I really like this tea since it has different notes of taste and you can taste different flavors with this tea. I can tell this is more of a high-quality tea since the pyramid shape bag is made of high quality and the tea itself looks and taste high quality. I think this tea is a great gift for any tea lover. I give this a 9.8/10. It's a great tea for relaxing and better for overall health too.

I will not pretend to be a tea expert, my palate is not good enough to be one. But @osulloc_official is something I have been very interested in trying more of ever since I saw and bought the green tea milk spread (seriously if you ever get the chance BUY IT IMMEDIATELY DO NOT QUESTION IT 😋🤤🍵) And my friend @neeru_beeru actually brought me a tea sampler which I have been hoarding since it is too precious, I'm basically Wang Lung's dad and treat tea like eating silver (I hope someone is familiar with Pearl S Buck). . . . Anyway I googled how to review tea since I know nothing and here's my best attempt at relaying my experience. . . . Based on the amber color and more subtle aroma I would say this is a more light/medium fermented tea, so similar to Oolong I think. While dry the leaves have a brighter fragrance and you can definitely smell the tangerine skins. Once brewed/steeped the scent seems more floral, but you can still pick up some tangerine. In drinking the tea there is no bitterness at all, but the tangerine flavor is so light it's hard to remember its there. I think those of you more experienced with tea would enjoy this a lot, looking online it seems like osulloc won a lot of North American awards. . . . The Samdayeon Jeju Tangerine Blended Tea contains ten 18 gram (0.63 oz) pyramid tea bags and each one is individually wrapped. According to OSULLOC, this tea has been fermented in a cedar barrel. It delivers a refreshingly clear taste of Jeju Island with the combination of verdant hints and the tangerine’s juicy essence. Brewing instructions: heat water to 90C (194F), add 150 ml (5 oz) of water and steep for 2 minutes. Reuse the tea bag for a second cup. My thoughts after, this tea has beautiful packaging and smells amazing, if you love citrus. The flavor isn’t overly sweet and it has a pungent taste very similar to pu’erh tea. I personally loved the tea and the presentation. I was surprised by the similarities to pu’erh flavor-wise. If you’re a pu’erh fan, this should be right up your alley. What I like: this tea has a very rich tangerine scent and brews to a very beautiful color. The quality and the design of the packaging and tea bags is very sleek. This tea is very smooth and has a unique flavor, you can also re-steep this tea at least once more. What I don't like: this tea is very expensive and if you've never tried fermented or aged tea, this tea might not be easily appreciated. Rating: 9/10

I love to try different kind of teas and enjoy drinking it. I got chance to try out Osulloc Natural Tea from Jeju island. This tea seems very high quality and expensively packaged. When you open the tea bag, it gives full of citrusy tangerine scent. It doesn’t have bitter taste. I like to enjoy my tea as it is. It is one of the reasons why I like mild fruity teas. I really enjoyed drinking this tea.

This Osulloc Tea is sooo goood and tastes so fresh. It’s a “Samdayeon” (Korean post-fermented tea, matured for a hundred days in barrels made out of cedar wood from Jeju Island) blended with Jeju Tangerine 🍊. Out of the bag , you could smell the fresh citrus scent and the tea bag just screams quality! It has very refreshing clear taste, and I love to match it with LatteMiel Cookies (Honey Milk) . It’s available on Amazon for about $36 for a box of 10 , so this is definitely up there! But it’s worth the price because this a definitely a High End delicious tea.
