Sejak _ Premium Green tea

A nice hot cup of tea is soothing and relaxing for me. I like to drink green tea in the morning. I had the opportunity to try Sejak _ Premium Green Tea courtesy of @08l_usa through the Try Now for a discount price. As you can see from the photo, the tea bag is small but it is packed with green tea leaves which are fresh (check photo above). I love the mesh bagging that surrounds the tea leaves which helps to allow the tea leaves to seep out more of its flavor. Green tea has so many health benefits and one is with weight loss. I love the packaging of this green tea! The box can be use for a keepsake to store small items because it is made of quality cardboard (check photo above). Each tea bag is individually packaged (check photo above) and you get 10 tea bags. It has a nice fresh taste and I just added one packet of stevia but you can add whatever it is you use to sweeten your tea.

I have to start this review by saying how elegant the packaging for this product is. It could make really nice gift for the in-laws or parents... lol... Now, let's talk about the taste and smell. I love the fragance it emits. I really wish I have the perfume with this scent, fresh, crisp, clean and sweet. The tea needs to be steeped for at least 15 minutes before you could fully enjoy it. It has a hint of tea bitterness on the tip of your tongue, then sweetness emerges as you swallow. It was very enjoyable and relax experience with this tea. This is my guilt-free pleasure when I want to wind down after a long hectic day at work.

The Osulloc Sejak Green Tea is grown in the volcanic soil of Jeju Island in South Korea. Upon arrival I was very impressed with the packaging of this product. The tea bags are wrapped in a silk see through material which is visually appealing. The flavor is very savory and slightly fragranced. If you enjoy premium/high quality tea I would high suggest trying this product!

time for green tea. Korean green teas are underrated compared to the Japanese and Chinese green teas normally found in stores. I found this tea to be quite delicious. Not too bitter but not too light either. It's loose leaf in a tea bag which is very convenient. I still prefer a stronger tea, but this is good for an afternoon pick me up.

Sejak Premium Green Tea . 🍵I've always been more of a tea than a coffee person, especially for mornings, and I've been hearing great things about osulloc tea for quite a while now . 🍵I've quite enjoyed the tea, it's light and the green tea flavor isn't quite strong when you leave it for the recommended 1.5 minute. I tried leaving it on for more and loved the stronger taste it has after the 5 minute mark. The only con I have for this tea is the scent. for the scent was quite "unique" for me, I'm not sure why my nose was picking up a more fishy plus herbal smell whenever I drank it in the morning, I always feel like I'm eating seaweed along with it 😅 due to this, I also made my family try it with me; only my brother and I could smell it but my parents said they didn't smell anything at all. . 🍵Either way if you are a fan of green teas or a beginner when drinking teas, I do recommend this one. If you like genmaicha, I think you will enjoy this tea by @osulloc_official: Sejak young green tea. It has a kinda toasted aroma and taste (until you over steep it like me) and that's because this tea has been toasted a bit. Which is fantastic that you could get that kind of grainy, toasted rice experience with tea leaves themselves. Compared to their black tea this one I would recommend not over brewing it like I always seem to do 🙈 because this definitely seems to get more astringent the longer it sits in water. But I am torn because I feel like I want every bit of the leaf to enter the water and my body for all those ~healthy~ benefits. And another thing, I'm not sure how caffeine content and teas work, but I feel like the fermented tea has a bit more kick than this one. . . . OSULLOC's Sejak Green Tea contains 10 1.5 gram (0.05 oz) pyramid tea bags. It contains 100% organic Jeju green tea. According to OSULLOC, this is a traditional young green tea with a delicate scent. Brewing instructions are as such: heat water to 70C (158F), add 150 ml (5 oz) of water and steep for 1 1/2 minutes. This tea is said to be picked around Gokwoo (one of the 24 seasonal divisions around April 20th), tea-masters employ a special method which blends okrokcha (a tea made of lightly steamed and roasted young tea leaves) and pan-firing green tea. My thoughts after, this tea is very light and tangy and has an almost sweet flavor. It lacks a lot of the bitterness of other green teas and it brews a beautiful vibrant green color. The scent is not light but not overly strong and it's very pleasant and vegetal. I also very much appreciate the high-quality tea bag and presentation of the tea. If you like matcha, this particular tea will really appeal to you. what I like: this tea lacks bitterness and is slightly sweet. It's tangy but not sour and it steeps beautifully. The taste is very pleasant and I really like the scent this tea emits. You can also really smell and taste the quality of this tea. What I don't like: nothing really, except that this is a little bit spendy for 10 tea bags. Rating: 10/10

Peeking in for a @0.8l_usa first impression in between work presentations and pilates/yoga - I don't even have time to wash my face! 😢 I've been enjoying @osulloc_official Green Tea, which I purchased at a trial fee in exchange for review, as my first caffeinated drink since February. I started drinking decaf coffee because I love the taste but can't handle the physical anxiety that comes with regular. Honestly I didn't know whether this trial would work out due to my caffeine sensitivity (tea is rarely decaf and it's not like I love the idea of processing) but I'm happy to report I haven't experienced any side effects. Oh tea leaves, how I've missed you! This is also the first green tea I can say I've really liked. Most are bitter from the beginning even with careful temperature monitoring, this one only goes better if it's steeped too long (read: if I've forgotten it, like every hot drink of my life). It tastes like sweet spinach to me (what? I love my veggies). I think this would make a great gift or guest treat and I can taste why it's priced higher than some other varieties. I hope to try more from Osulloc in the future!

🍵Review: @osulloc_official Sejak Premium Green Tea🍵 ⠀ I first heard of Osulloc from their famous Green Tea Milk Spread, so I decided to give this premium tea a try even though I generally drink black tea. ⠀ The tea leaves are harvested from JeJu island in Korea and come in a pyramid shaped silk bag. The tea bags come in individual plastic packets that are way too big for the tea bag. ⠀ The scent of the tea leaves before steeping is very lovely, and I had high hopes for the taste. I brewed it exactly as directed on the package - for 1.5 minutes in 150ml of 70C (158F) water. ⠀ With those directions, there was almost no flavor that I could discern. I let it steep longer, and even tried it with a bit of honey, but while the flavor deepened slightly, I wasn't a fan of the taste. ⠀ Maybe I'm just used to the strong taste of black tea and chai, but I just wasn't a fan of this tea at all. I'll likely give the rest of the tea away to someone who can enjoy it more than me. ⠀ I understand that this tea (and the brand in general) is very popular in Korea, but I don't think it's worth the $30 for 10 tea bags that it's retailing for on Amazon. Sejak green tea is made from young tender leaves and buds, hand plucked during the Gokwoo season ~ around April 20-21st. A special method designed by Osulloc blends lightly steamed & roasted young tea leaves together, called okrok-cha, and then pan-firing the tea. Green tea is high in antioxidants and is very healthy for you. I love drinking green tea as it will help lower my blood pressure and cholesterol, plus it can help with bone density (which women NEED) and helps keep the heart healthy. This tea comes in an amazing package ~ fully boxed, each pyramid tea bag is individually wrapped in a foil packet and the tea leaves are a nice green color. I would place myself in category: obsessed with green tea and I certainly tried a lot of them for years now. Osulloc Sejak Green Tea holds first place. It would be so easy to say that it is just a best tea. There is so much more. The color is the brightest light green with such clarity that you feel sorry that you are about to drink it. It does carry a beautiful scent, not to heavy, just right for you to enjoy aroma, and it does smell like fog on the field of Jeju Island tea! The flavor is divine, it is such a delicate tea. There is no bitterness to it, just light savory flavor. It is very unique tea. I am in deep love. There is no coming back and I already went through the Osculloc site (osulloc) and have full cart of goodies. Deep meaning of growing tea, the traditional methods incorporated, that taste that is so pure and beautiful fields of tea and roughness of Jeju Island, is what always brings smile to my face. I am super excited to tell you all about the first snack item I picked up from @08L_usa! Den & Ally have really stepped up their game to bring us all kinds of yummy treats. First up is this delicious sejak green tea from @osulloc_official. When I worked in the service industry, green tea was so important to my bosses that it was incorporated into the name of their business. I know my tea but I am new to the idea of reviewing food, so bare with me here. In Korea, tea is graded differently based on things like location and grow season. Sejak is a type of Korean green tea that is harvested between the end of the spring rains and the beginning of summer. This is known as the "second pluck." The leaves are smaller and more tender as a result. They then process the leaves using the jeung-cha technique. This means the tea is immersed in boiling water for a few seconds, drained and then roasted on a wok. Osulloc became a premier tea company by carefully cultivating tea fields on Seju Island where the soil is naturally acidic and the climate is humid. For the last 8 years, Osulloc has made a point to only produce tea leaves that meet the highest standards necessary to earn an organic farming certification in each of the countries it is sold. Combining traditional tea harvesting techniques with modern organic farming techniques allows Osulloc to ensure quality in every cup. WOW, this tea is absolutely phenomenal! This tea is what Green Tea is all about and I will say it's now my favorite! The package is designed so well, with each packet individually sealed. From the moment I opened it and the delicate scent reached my nose, I couldn't wait to try it! The taste is perfect and without any bitter notes.
