I received Dr. Parkcell Moisturizing Serum from #08liter for testing purposes. This is a truly amazing bottle of serum. Usually in my routine, serum is between toner and moisturizer, but I have found that I can get away with this as an all-in-one after cleansing. It’s very light and absorbs quickly, leaving no greasy residue. My skin feels truly hydrated with this single product. I do follow with moisturizer on really cold days, but I’ve noticed I don’t have to every day and that’s awesome! I really like this product and recommend it.

Dr ParkCell Moisturizing Serum Brightening Serum, that is my favorite product from Dr. ParkCell Essential Line. There is something about that product! It looks like white gel, then when applied on skin it absorbs quickly leaving almost a visible barrier. What is unusual it fells sticky first and after a second it is just clean moisturized skin. Absolute love. It does not cloge, do not peel and leaves skin so glowy. I use it after toner and top it with cream, all from the same line and love the effect. It contains a lot of good ingredients, leaving behind all bad ones, making that serum (and the whole line) very clean product to use. It contain Fucose extracted from the mucus of brown sea algae to natural protection of skin barrier, Hyaluronic Acid to hydrate, Ceramide NP for best skin-oil balance and to prevent skin dryness, and Helichrysum Italicum Cell Extract to moisturize and skin cell renewal. Because this takes a few minutes to dry, I have been using it as a part of my nighttime routine when I have more time. It almost has a cooling effect & is very soothing. My skin is currently quite angry from overuse of Tretinoin & this does help to tame my skin. It also does not sting my raw, irritated skin. This serum makes my skin look dewy, luminous & healthy. I can definitely tell it has a nice dose of hyaluronic acid in it. I like that this serum protects skin’s fragile moisture barrier. I received the Dr. ParkceLL Moisturizing Serum from @08l_usa for $3.99 for my honest opinion. This serum fills rough skin with water and moisturizes it without stickiness. This is a light feeling serum and had zero smell, that I noticed. This moisturizing serum retails for $37.10 and is recommended for sensitive skin, it’s hypoallergenic, dermatologist tested, and had the skin clean formula. ~My thoughts- This is a very nice serum for moisturizing but there’s no other claims. If you have dry skin and are looking for something moisturizing, this would work great for you

The Dr. Parkcell Moiusturizing Serum is intended to provide lasting hydration to the skin and restore balance from skin irritation. I wasn't familiar with the Dr. Parkcell brand, before trying this and the Whipping Foam, and my first impression is that they excel at making gentle, hypoallergenic formulas that are good for sensitive skin. The Moiusturizing Serum is very light weight and absorbs quickly, and I love that it comes in a pump bottle which ensures the serum stays fresh and not in contact with air. I also love that the pump mechanism locks, which means you can travel with it and not worry about leakage. To use the pump, you turn the bottom counter clockwise and the pump on top comes out. I am finding that it does a good job of prepping my skin for other products, drying quickly and not sticky, and leaving it soft and smooth and pill-free when I use a moisturizer on top. The Moisturizing Serum comes in a 1.69 fl oz pump bottle, and sells for about $37 on Amazon. This price seems fairly good given how little product I need to use. I don't, however, think it is the most hydrating product I have in my arsenal and because of that I am not sure I would buy it again. I was able to try the Dr.Parkcell Moisturizing Serum at a Discounted rate of $3.99. It claims to hydrate and plump dry skin without the sticky feeling some lotions and serum leave behind. Dr. PARKCeLL Moisturizing Serum  I've never heard of Dr. PARKCeLL and I think I'm in love. This moisturizing serum is lovely, its very light-weight and hydrating.  Some key ingredients in this serum are fucose, hyaluronic acid, cermide NP, Helichrysum Italicum Leaf Cell Extract.  The product comes in a white rectangular box with measurments like on a glass cylinder. Inside is a slim white bottle, with the same measurements like on a cylinder. To use the pump, turn the bottom counter clockwise and the pump on top comes out. The product itself, has a light-weight formula, and is milky white in color and has a creamy texture that absorbs quickly.  I've only started using this for a short amount of time and it's already a star product. It instantly delivers hydration to the skin without any stickiness. I use two pumps and use additonal pump when I really what the hydration. But so far, I'm really enjoying this and would love to try more products from them.

I received Dr.PARKCeLL Moisturizing Serum at a discount in exchange for my honest review. The packaging of this product line piques my interest because of the clean white and chrome look, with scientific details like a thermometer-like print. The product dispenser is rather futuristic in look and function. You twist the bottom to rise the top, which allows you to press the dispensing button on top. 50mL / 1.69 fl.oz. Recommended for Sensitive Skin Hypoallergenic Formula Skin Clean Formula Dermatologist Tested Brightening There are instructions in English on the outer box, which I'll recycle if possible. Unfortunately English Directions are not on the product dispenser itself. Luckily they're pretty straightforward, as it's used like other serums. After cleansing, apply to face and neck in gentle circular motions. Use daily AM and PM. I used a cotton ball to apply, which I don't recommend, and I won't be doing again. It soaked up much of the product, so I had to use more than if I'd just used my fingertips. The main things I noticed about the product is it is a more of a smooth lotiony texture rather than sticky or thin and liquidy. When applied to my skin I feel a light tingly sensation like it's working. It moisturizes my skin and feels pleasantly medicinal. My skin looks nice after using. Works beautifully with the other products in this line. I give this 5 out of 5 stars.

AMAZING SERUM! Beginning off with the packaging, Id say this product is very unique and prestigious. I love how you can twist the bottom to open and close the dispenser and just have to push down to get the product. Very unique but great! The product is a clear liquid with a silky feeling. Blends very easily to the skin and feels refreshing. I have noticed my skin feeling moisturized and just way better than before . This was only after I used it twice ! I used it every night now after toner and am very happy with the results. Will definitely look into more of these products and repurchase !

This serum is an intensive, highly concentrated moisturizing serum that is recommended for all skin types and is highly recommended for sensitive skin. It is hypoallergenic and moisturizes without any stickiness. It is scent-free and appears to be free of any artificial coloring. The shipping on this item was fast, so I was able to try it for almost a month. I used it both in the morning at in the evening before bedtime. It left my skin well moisturized with no sticky residue or oily shine. Although I was impressed with this serum, I wasn’t wowed.
