This duo by Apothecary87 is truly brilliant. I handed them over to my fiance after he hadn't shaved for the entire month of November. His skin has never been so smooth and the scent is lovely without being too strong.He is going to be using Apothecary87 for life,he claims he has never used such well made shave products. The Shave Oil is used to prep the face for razor blades and decrease irritation.The Shave Cream lifts hair,hydrates skin,and cuts down on razor rash. These products are made in the United Kingdom. The packaging is truly brilliant-all black and white,with old-timey pictures of tattooed hands giving straight razor shaves,butch-waxed mustaches,and the brands names and information in scrolling script. Apothecary87 Shaving Oil and Shaving Cream are both winners. I'd definitely repurchase for not only my significant other but for myself as well. The products work phenomenally well for shaving my legs. Both the oil and cream have a clean, light scent. It dissipates after rinsing off the products. The scent leans a bit masculine but is still unisex. Both products helped me get a closer, smoother shave. I enjoyed both, however, I think I prefer the oil for my legs while my significant other enjoyed both products equally for his face. He is really impressed with this line of shaving products and we won't be without these products again! Thank you Apothecary87 and 08liter for allowing us the opportunity to try these and ultimately fall in love with Apothecary87!!! We highly recommend.

A little strong from the containers but just right after used. Very manly man smelling with saddle wood and vanilla🌲🌳🌰These two together gives him a very close shave without the harshness of the razor🔪Leave the skin very smooth and moisturize. The oil does not leave the skin oily and let the shaving cream apply evenly. The shaving cream feels like butter. Since I don't have a beard, I had to implore hubby to let me take photos of him using this stuff... Now he has a safety razor that he barely uses... But this gives him the opportunity to actually use it since he has stuff... From what I noticed, this gives him the closest shave hes ever gotten... But that doesn't say much considering he usually is in a rush when he gets ready... The shave oil and cream smelled nice and masculine, musky almost. But it says on the product itself that the scent is vanilla and sandalwood. Even hubby could smell the oil, and he can't really smell... Anything. He's going to try to shave again with his regular razor to see if he can tell the difference but all in all, I like it. It got his face baby soft and smooth. :)

I got my shaving cream and oil in the mail, and I was happy to try it out immediately. The cream is very smooth and gives me a nice clean shave and a silky finish to it. I'm really impressed with it.
