Instead of purified water, the product uses Aloe BHA leaf water with natural cosmetic ingredients such as BHA and snail secretion filtrate to help prevent skin damages from skin irritants and stress. . 🌿 Slightly thick liquid more watery than a serum but thicker than an essence. Starts off sticky and warm but then makes your skin feel moisturized. Gives a slight tightening to your face, and seems to help with sagging skin. I was worried it would sting or make my face red but no weird reactions so far. . RATING: 5/5 would purchase at full price and would recommend! ✨Benton Aloe BHA Skin Toner✨ ✨ Consistency - Noticeably thicker than water, but not as thick as other toners. It has great slip, but isn’t sticky like the Cosrx BHA toner. ✨ Scent - No scent ✨ Pros - • No added scent • Toner dries down matte • Non sticky • Gentle exfoliation • Large amount of product ✨ Cons - • Currently have experienced no cons. ✨ Overall impressions - When it comes to skincare I have two main loves; Face mists (yassss) and BHA and/or AHA toners. I have tried multiple different BHA toners of varyings and consistencies and I can say that I LOVE this toner. Let’s start off by talking about the consistency of the toner. It is thicker than water, obviously, which is nice because that makes it easier to apply. I would say it is even thinner than the Cosrx toner. I applied the toner using an organic cotton pad, and I actually only needed 2-3 pumps of product to cover my entire forehead, nose, and chin, which is where I treat my skin. The product dries down quickly and it dries down pretty matte, so it would be a good toner for the daytime. When compared to the Cosrx toner, I feel like this one actually sinks into my skin whereas I feel like the Cosrx toner sits on my skin and feels slimy. Don’t get me wrong, however. I do love the Cosrx toner, but in my opinion and for my skin it’s a nighttime toner. This toner is great for people who are new to the world of BHA because I feel like it is very gentle and non irritating. I have thoroughly enjoyed this toner! Benton has really been putting out some amazing new products, so if you get the chance I would definitely recommend that you try them! Ah! I really love this one. It is benton brand BHA toner but it's not watery like toners you use a cotton ball with. It is actually a serum textured toner with a pump. The BHA or beta hydroxy acid is for cleaning out pores and dead skin cells which is especially important for me as I have acne prone skin. It smells exactly like the snail and bee venom serum Benton makes, which has a very pure watery smell to it. I don't know how to describe the smell really, it's not a perfume just a neutral but fresh clean scent, like glacial water or something. I'm in love with this product, folks. This review is first impression due to time constraints but I am super excited to continue using it twice a day to see the results. This is one of the OG toners from Benton. It's a gentle BHA due to all the Aloe that's in the formula. This is a thicker toner so it can also double as an essence if needed. I will use a thinner toner and then rub 1-2 pumps on this toner into my face. It leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated. It's geared as an anti-acne toner so I use it during the summer months to keep my skin clear. This is gentle enough for everyday use without causing any excessive dryness or irritation. I have used this toner on and off throughout the years and I'm still a fan. It's lovely to use and leaves my skin looking bright and smooth. Will not stop repurchasing. Highly recommend.
