I had break out and my friend give this toner for me, after 3-4 days my skin was calming from redness and my acnes were not active anymore. this toner is my breakout savior, with watery but a lil bit thick texture, lightweight, no greasy feeling. I use cotton for toner exfoliating and doesn't make my skin feel dry. this toner is so mild for exfoliating. I love this. I've repurchased it for many times

I have only been using this for a couple of occasions so I haven’t gotten to form a very comprehensive opinion about this. However some first impressions are that it is a very light watery toner. Not super hydrating as it’s more of an active than a rich hydrating type of toner. I appreciated that it didn’t seem to irritate my skin and my skin can be a bit sensitive. In terms of clearing acne or blackheads, I haven’t used it long enough to determine effectiveness.

Benton’s Aloe BHA Skin Toner is an acidic toner that claims to provide soothing hydration while gently exfoliating and treating acne-prone skin. This contains natural ingredients including aloe water (first on ingredient list!) to soothe and moisturize, BHA (salicylic acid) for mild exfoliation, reduction in sebum and anti-inflammatory properties, and snail secretion to help condition and hydrate skin. . This toner comes in a green, see-through plastic pump bottle.  The toner is easily dispensed and 2 pumps is enough for my face. The toner itself has no color or noticeable scent. It has a thicker serum-like texture that absorbs quickly into skin without leaving any greasy residue or tacky feeling. I’ve been using this toner for the past 2 weeks and it is gentle enough to use daily, even alongside other actives. . The formula feels amazing on my skin, as it is immediately hydrating and feels soothing upon contact. The toner is a thicker texture but it doesn’t feel heavy and it absorbs completely. I’ve noticed an improvement in texture, less facial redness, and no new clogged pores popping up. And I’ve had no irritation or other adverse side effects since adding this to my routines. This is the perfect toner for my dehydrated combination skin and I can’t recommend it enough, especially for those with acne-prone oily skin. . this is Nuna giving you my review for the Benton Aloe BHA Toner given to me by @0.8l_usa and @bentoncosmetic. this toner certainly thick in consistency but not heavy on your face. definitely very hydrating and keeps you moisturized all day. good for people that have acne and oily skin. i have only been using this product for one to two weeks but i have definitely seen the impact. i would highly recommend for someone with acne or oily skin. thank you to @0.8l_usa and @bentoncosmetic for letting me try this great toner for a small fee. 🌱 BENTON Aloe BHA Skin Toner Impressions: New toners may come & go but BENTON Aloe BHA Skin Toner will always be a solid favorite for me. It’s soothing & comforting and can double as a pH balancing & a moisture toner. A simple mix of ingredients work well for me. .05% BHA creates a neutral pH while helping to keep pores clear & control sebum. Aloe is healing & cooling and gives the solution a viscous quality & a nice bit of slip. Hyaluronic acid provides hydration while snail & beta-glucans are both soothing & healing. It really feels refreshing & hydrating going on. I love the slightly slippery texture & cooling effect and the neutral pH won’t interfere with the absorption of essences or serums. I’ll always be one to experiment with new toners. I love the watery delivery system & the hydration it provides but I think I’ll always have a bottle of BENTON Aloe BHA Skin Toner around. It just feels so good going on and so cool & calming to my skin, really a Summer favorite. Highly recommended.

So I got the Benton Aloe BHA Toner to review and honestly don’t know what to say about it. It’s a watery texture, but also a little moisturizing/gooey, and feels fine when applied. The ingredients list includes things like aloe, snail, and hyaluronic acid. It seems to be a nice product that will be hydrating and light exfoliate, but I haven’t seen a difference yet in the short amount of time I’ve used it. I hope to see more results over time with continued use!

Snail Secretion Filtrate Hyaluronic Acid Beta-Glucan . . #review At the beginning of my skincare journey I was confused as to what the purpose of BHA and AHA were in some products. After a lot of reading and experimenting this is what I have learned. They are basically both oil loving Acids, however, one is preferred for oily, acne-prone skin and for treating blackheads and whiteheads. That is the job of the Beta Hydroxy Acid or best known as BHA. Now, because I have rosacea and used to have very dry skin (not anymore 😬) I tried different products containing both acids like for instance Cosrx AHA/BHA Toner. That one in particular broke me out terribly. BHA alone on the other hand, has also anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties and has worked better on my skin. Because of this BHA’s are sometimes preferred for those struggling with rosacea, however, not everyone with the condition can tolerate these type of exfoliants so it’s best to experiment first and see how your skin responds. It is likely you’ll see less redness and a smoother, even skin with fewer breakouts with a product containing just BHA. With that said (sorry for the long intro, as always trying to be thorough and helping others with same condition) this toner is very lightweight and free of chemical fragrances. Reminds me a lot of the HG toner of so many here, the oh so lovely Supple Preparation Unscented Toner by Klairs. The Benton Aloe BHA Skin Toner comes also in a plastic bottle with a pump (be aware though pump is powerful and might squirt everywhere if not careful) and is as well transparent and free of chemical coloring. The toner absorbs rapidly and leaves my skin feeling fresh, less red, and without any tackiness left behind. . . RATING AND FINAL THOUGHT: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! If you are looking for a toner with natural cosmetic ingredients to help with breakouts and that is also dermatologically tested, this one is definitely worth trying. I must admit that I had been a bit spoiled by the spray toners when this one came along. The tall, dark green, shiny, plastic bottle of liquid, scentless aloe goodness had yet a different delivery mode.. a pump. Ugh.. pumps are for serums, essenses and such. But I digress, this toner is really awesome even with the pump. I am kicking myself for not trying the @bentoncosmetic Aloe BHA toner sooner. Granted I learned about this amazingness back when there were some benton dramz, but at least for now things seem on the up and up. . . . Back to the toner, it feature two ingredients my skin dry loves: aloe and BHA. Aloe starring products always works well for me in keeping my skin irritation free and the BHA helps me with my blackheads which is really the only acne I commonly suffer from. And on top of the blackhead clearing, BHA is anti-inflammatory as well so I am soothed at the start of my routine. I like that there's no added fragrance or color and the formula isn't too off the wall, although there are a lot of added plant extracts so if you're skin is sensitive you might want to test it first. I am really enjoying the slightly thicker texture altho I do wish they went with a spray pump since I find it more convenient for watery products. The pH is low, somewhere between a 5/6. And the price isn't terrible for 200ml at around 19usd. . . . I say give it a shot, especially if you like cosrx but are wanting some salicylic acid in lieu of betaine salicylate. Aloe and BHA are the (super)stars of the show. They have just about every variation of aloe vera that you could ask for in this toner! Aloe vera has only recently made its way into my skincare but I love love love it. I am admittedly more wary of BHA. I have sworn off Salicylic Acid as my enemy for years now. The notorious purging halted me from continuing every time as I was sure my skin was just too sensitive and wouldn't improve. But I stuck it out this time and am happy I did!! 🍂 Sooo I really love this toner. I did get some mild purging, as you can see clustered on my cheek. But it was short-lived and not terrible at all. The aloe vera and snail slime calmed my skin, reducing the irritation and inflammation. Marks faded really nicely and active spots healed quickly. My skin drinks up this toner when I apply it at night and my skin looks more refreshed and supple in the morning.
