Yay for my first Nakeup Face review! This review is on their PHA Water-Tox Ampoule, a 3rd generation water shine (?) peeling ampoule designed to help improve resilience and keep skins natural glow. It also claims to provide a plumping effect and can help 'erase' pimples. Formulated with Volufiline - (Hydrogenated Polyisobutene + Anemarrhena Asphodeloides Root Extract) this is designed to plump up the volume and improve resilience of the skin, and PHA - which claims to be more advanced than AHA and BHA. My thoughts WOW, this is sticky! I read water-tox and was sold. I love a light, refreshing ampoule but I was shocked at how thick and sticky this is. It's very similar to honey once massaged into the skin. Upon first application, I used two pumps and it seemed watery at first but then became super thick and sticky on the skin. I learned my lesson and used only one pump the next time around. This still leaves my skin pretty sticky but atleast it seems to dry down. My skin is on the oily side and I do not think this is ideal before makeup for my particilar skin type since it really sits on the surface of the skin. I prefer this more for a night ampoule because once it absorbs, it leaves the skin feeling incredibly soft and plump and for all the stress I've been under, my skin looks pretty dang good. For testing purposes, I used this during the day and I've noticed using this while my face was slightly damp has made it a lot less sticky, I'd recommend this method if you can't stand the texture. Overall, this product is pretty good, no huge difference but my skin looks pretty damn happy. I just wish it wasn't so sticky. ***I received this product in exchange my honest opinion.

The PHA WATER-TOX Ampoule is designed to illuminate skin by deeply moisturizing, gently peeling and adding volume. The ampoule contains 33 ml (1.11 oz) and doesn’t have any discernable fragrance. The packaging is a very sturdy glass and it has a really nice pump. The ampoule has a thick but watery consistency. The texture is very gel-like and it’s very sticky. It absorbs quickly but leaves a very sticky finish. It’s amazing for dry skin. Recommended use is after toning skin, apply moderate amount gently according to the skin texture. After using, this ampoule is very easy to apply and is extremely hydrating and moisturizing. The ingredients are very interesting and I think this is a great ampoule to put on before applying makeup. My skin felt very plump and hydrated after applying and I didn’t notice any irritation like I sometimes get after using something like salicylic acid or glycolic acid. It’s extremely gentle and I think it’s suitable for sensitive skin. The packaging is very high quality and the pump works like a dream. It’s a very unique product, I would recommend this mainly to people with dry skin. What I like: the ingredients are very unique to anything I’ve used before and the ampoule is very moisturizing. I like how plump my skin looks and feels and how deeply hydrating it is. The texture is super sticky, which I love and it really has long-lasting effects. I also love how gentle it is and how it doesn’t cause any irritation. I think it’s also lovely for sensitive skin and I love the packaging. What I don’t like: nothing really, I really liked it. Nakeup PHA Water tox ampoule PHA ampoule helps deal with discomfort, stinging or irritation on the skin. It also help give maximum hydration leaving afilm on the skin to provide a moisturizing effect. It's a very thick ampoule, which I decided to use at night. I am still unsure of the full effects since I haven't had it for a week but I will say my skin feels soft in the morning and not greasy on my t-zone.

I’ve made more progress in 3 days than I had in three months. I can’t wait to see how much improvement my chin makes. I, also, have one enlarged pore on my right cheek. This ampoule is made up of primarily PHA. PHA is a mild exfoliant that can be used everyday and is best suited for sensitive skin. It also acts as an anti-inflammatory which helps with any breakouts you might have. I used this after toner and before moisturizer, the texture is very very sticky so that could be a little annoying but once it was absorbed into my skin and I put moisturizer on I didn’t feel any extra residue from the ampoule. I definitely recommend this to anyone with sensitive skin looking for a mild exfoliant.

I received this @nakeupface Ampoule in the mail last week and have been using it every morning since. I’m honestly really impressed with this product! This is a gentle pha peeling product that’s gentle enough for everyday use. I have sensitive skin and haven’t had an issue with it. I can’t get over how stunning the packaging is. It’s a pill shaped bottle that is made of frosted glass that gives it a classy finish. It’s contains 6% pha that helps make skin feel smooth and look vibrant. The consistency of this stuff reminds me a lot of a watered down version of Cosrx Snail Mucin. PHA Water-Tox Ampoule . This beautifully packaged little ampoules by nakeupface was provided by 0.8L for a massively discounted price. But what exactly is it? . 🍉 see that’s actually the problem, there really isn’t that much information on this product and it arrived really late so I have limited thoughts on it as well. But here is what I know: Its an acid peel ampoule, containing 6% PHA, which is a gentler acid than BHA/AHA. Therefore, it claims to be nonirritating and safe for daily morning use. It contains volufiline which is an ingredient used to plump the skin and fill in/smooth over fine lines and wrinkles. Basically it’s marketed as a gentle acid that will help the skin look glowy, plump and smooth to create a perfect canvas for makeup application. . 🍑 This is the exact texture of cosrx snail mucin in my opinion. I find the product very gentle, hydrating but I can’t really speak to the smoothing of wrinkles effect. It’s nice but I still don’t feel like I quite “get” what exactly it’s supposed to do for me. 🤷🏼‍♀️ maybe because I don’t wear much makeup. Idk. The packaging is awesome though!

[REVIEW NAKEUP FACE PHA Water Tox Ampoule] . This is the first product I got from @0.8l_usa. . I’ve only been using this for a week. It contains PHA, which is supposed to a milder version of a combination of AHAs and BHAs. It claims to minimize irritation or discomfort, despite the exfoliation, so it can be used everyday. It’s not sensitive to sunlight, so you can use it in the morning. It forms a hydra film on the skin face, so it has a long-lasting moisturizing effect. . Verdict👩‍⚖️: 🌸I had no stinging or irritation while using it, but I did see one big pimple after 3 days of use. I haven’t had one of those for at least 6 months, and since this was the only new product I was using, I assumed it was what caused it. However, it did go away pretty fast and it was the only one that I had. 🌸It is pretty sticky when you apply it, but the stickiness goes away after you apply the rest of your routine. 🌸I tried it both in my morning and night routine, but in the morning it made my face a little oily. No oiliness during my night routine though. 🌸I’m only using it once a day to avoid over-exfoliation. Also, I didn’t use it at all the days I was using my AHA toner, again for the same reason. 🌸Honestly, my skin does look a little bit more plump than before, but I didn’t see any major changes other than that. Still, I’m only using it for a week, so I expected it to be this way. . I’m still not sure whether I like this one or not, but I’ll keep using it, unless any more pimples show up again.
