A great cream. I prefer to use it at night, as it’s quite thick, and probably wouldn’t sit great under makeup during the day. But I notice it really helps lock in my other products that I apply before moisturizer, and I like that. Tube is almost empty, so I guess that speaks for itself!

Dr. Derma Solution Barrierderm Intensive Cream is a hyaluronic and ceramide deep moisturizing cream that truly hydrates. The cream is thick in texture a smoothes into skin leaving it super hydrated. First off I love that this is in a tube. The Dr. Derma Solution Barrierderm Intensive Cream is my preferred of creams right now. It seems to have little beads in it that dissolve with application, and is a nice last layer to seal in product. I don’t think this is anything fancy, but it is a nice basic product.

This high moisturizing cream helps extremely dry and sensitive skin to be moist and strong with FILA-SEED ingredients. .... 🧬Has essential proteins for keeping your skin layer protected to prevent moisture getting out. Contains : cetamides, fila seeds, hyaluronic acid, rosemary leaf oil, squalene, lavender oil, and olive oil. A long list of medicinal ingredients ass well. .... 🧬This has been a miracle this winter. It’s a tick white silky paste, smells kind of floraly medicinal and it feels medicinal on your face. My face literally feels like a protective silky film is on it, so that dry winter air can’t get in. It’s really quite lovely and I’m glad I tried it. I would not recommend for oily skin unless you have a issue with it! This is a great medicinal brand.

I absolutely love this cream by Dr. Derma. It can be used on your face and body, but I mainly use it just for my hands because it's a smaller tube of cream and I want it to last. My skin has become very soft and hydrated with just a couple uses! I like that this cream is thick without being heavy or greasy. It feels luxurious and melts right into the skin. After one use I saw a huge difference. The first morning after trying it I noticed my nails looked very healthy and my cuticles had basically disappeared. My nails have always been weak and brittle so I'm hoping they continue to improve. I occasionally use the cream on my arms, legs, etc if I have any dry spots and it starts relieving the dryness right away. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great moisturizer. The only thing I wish was different was the size of the tube. In exchange for providing an honest review and posting on social media, I received Skin & Lab Dr. Derma Solution Barrier Derma Intensive Cream at a reduced price. The dryness from living in AZ has left the area around my eye lids and the corners of my nose with dry patches. This cream has light herbal scent. The cream texture is not sticky, but can feel a bit oily. You can slightly feel the Fila-seed, but it disappears once you work the cream into the skin. The cream quickly dissolves into the skin and keeps it moisturized throughout the day. I even started applying some of the cream on my hands to help with dryness. Overall, I am impressed with the cream, as it did help with my dry spots and kept my hands moisturized. Will purchase in the future😊

I was very excited to try the Dr.Derma solution Barrierderm Intensive Cream and waited for it patiently to arrive. This moisturizer is a hydrating moisturizer meant for sensitive and dry skin. It contains fila seed, ceramides, and hyalauranic acid. it contains ingredients that are good for your skin barrier to be strong and resilient. The product has a soothing effect and is hypoallergenic. Unfortunately this has silicone or dimethicone in it so I won't be able to review the product sadly.

So after buying all of those Daniel Henney products (still no regrets 🌝) I promised myself I would take a break from 08L. But then I started to run out of moisturizer and this one happened to be the campaign. It was $3.99 so I thought why not lol 🙈 But I promise this is the last one (unless another Daniel Henney one comes out then no promises LOL) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This moisturizer claims to be light, not greasy, and hypoallergenic. I don’t really find it to be light like to me its pretty thick like Embryolisse. I tried it under my makeup anyways and it was quite thick but didnt pile. Then about 4-5 hours into my day, I noticed that my forehead and cheeks were a little oily (my skin type is pretty normal/sensitive and acne prone for reference). I don’t think it’s greasy though! As for its hypoallergenic claim, my skin is pretty sensitive but I didnt breakout while using this so I feel like it did deliver on that. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My skin is actually not that dry so I feel like Im not really benefiting from this moisturizer since its for dry and sensitive types. I think I confused dry with dehydrated and it’s not the same. I did try it on my elbows though which are pretty dry and crusty from the cold and it did help! Within like 2 days the rough patches were mostly gone. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Overall I feel just okay towards the moisturizer. I feel like its not meant for my skin type and isn’t really benefitting me the way it should. If you have dry and sensitive skin I would recommend trying it but not under makeup. It’s not light enough for that unless you’re just going to do like bb cream. If you’ve tried this moisturizer, please let me know your thoughts on it!!

This winter has been absolutely brutal on my skin - especially that -60°F stunt last week... I was thrilled to have a more protective face cream to test out during that time. ~ The Skin&Lab Dr Derma Solution Barrierderm Intensive Cream is a thicker, more occlusive cream designed to relief sensitive and extremely dry skin. It claims to be lightweight, however I find it does take quite some time to fully absorb, and therefore does leave a slightly greasy film on my skin for an hour or so depending on how dry my skin is. ~ While I do find that this prevents further chapping of my skin, and definitely relieves any dry or rough skin, the lavender and rosemary oils add quite a strong scent that gives me a headache when I use it on my face. This has been working absolutely lovely as a body cream though! ~ I purchased this item at a discount from @0.8l_usa in exchange for sharing my honest review.

This moisturizer is aimed to repair exreamly dry skin with an impaired barrier function. . . 🌿Ingredients It has some great ingredients such as Squalane, panthenol, ceremides, glycerin, hyaluronic acid and amino acids. . The unique thing about this formula are the tiny, white, soft beads in the formula. These are Fila seeds. Also called Psylla seeds. Inside them are capsulated Psylla green. . The structure of the stratum corneum or the outer most layer of our skin is like a brick wall. The water loving corneocytes are the bricks and water repelling lipids are the mortar. The lipids in Stratum corneum are made up with 3 components. That is, long chain ceremides, free fatty acids and cholesterol. . Psylla green is made out of a substance that is similar to the keratinocyte and inter cellular lipids of our skin barrier. It mimics the mortar of our skin structure. . Basically they are small lipid balls. Once you start rubbing the cream in, the beed meltes in to the skin with body heat. Since they are formulated to be identical to our own lipids , they absorbs easily. . . 🌿My experience This is a thick cream. It kinda becomes much thicker when you rub it in. The formula contains lots of emollients and also waxes so it's definitely rich. There is an immediate cooling feeling when you apply it. Similar to how you feel when you apply a water gel. It immediately provides comfort to itchy super dry skin. There is no argument about how moisturizing this is. It's incredible. I love it since I have super dry skin, but I can imagine this being too heavy for oily skin. 🌿Down side Even though it's an hydrating oasis, few minutes after applying my skin would tingle here and there. Specially on my neck and just around eyes. It's very uncomfortable. I blame Lavendor oil and Rosmary oil. This is fragrance free. But they somehow added these two irritants 😞😞😞. Since then I have been using this on my hands, elbows and everywhere that's dry and rough. I have to say I'm impressed. I can't tolerate this on my face, but it's amazing on my body. . Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this if you have sensitive skin. But it's one of the most moisturizing products I've used. . I was so excited to try this because I absolutely love Skin & Lab’s Red Serum and, so I had high hopes for products from their Dr. Derma Solution line of products, and this moisturizer in particular. It did not disappoint! This was a thick cream with a pleasant scent. Despite its thickness it absorbed really well. A little bit of this goes a long way so it’s a good value for the money. It left my skin soft and very hydrated. My skin felt amazing the next morning too. This may be a little too much for those with really oily skin, but my combination skin loved it.

I got to try this product at a discounted rate in exchange for an honest review. I'm so happy I had the opportunity to try this. This particular cream is geared especially towards those with dry and sensitive skin. When I saw that, I absolutely had to try that because that is very me. I've been having trouble finding a good moisturizer that's not too heavy, that actually moisturizes well, doesn't break me out, and doesn't irritate my rosacea. Well this one is a winner for me! It's a very rich cream but it's not heavy, it never broke me out or irritated my rosacea. In fact, it seems like it helped to actually reduce a lot of redness in my face as well as being very very moisturizing. I always use a good moisturizer in my night time routine oh, and this one did an excellent job of keeping my face fully moisturised throughout the night and into the morning. this particular moisturizer can also be used on the body, so since we are in the middle of our winter here I also used it to help with my very dry and cracking skin on my hands. Needless to say, it worked wonders for my hands as well! It's been a long time coming to find a really good moisturizer and I'm so happy I found this one!
