I was really hoping my 5 year old son would love this coding game, since he likes playing games on my iPad. I really want him to like educational games instead of mindless shooting games. At first he thought it was fun, but he became disinterested once we got to the cards in the level 2. It started to get too hard for him. He had trouble figuring out the correct code, and there wasn’t a help button that I could find. Both my 3 and 5 year old really liked the change buttons which can change the character into a bird, fish, or mole. They really thought the digging mole was funny. However there is a little lag once you put the coding buttons in and hit play for it to start. My son also keep wanting to control the character on the screen, like touch him to make him go. Overall, I thought the game was cute and educational but I might try it agin once my son turns 6. Cubico Kids Coding has to be the amazing kids game on Earth. I was given to me at a very low cost in exchange for my honest review. I gave it to my Goddaughter who understands how to perform the action better than I can. I highly recommend this game

Learning through playing is the underlying idea of Cubico. Cubico will help kids to learn important concepts of algorithm and develop computational thinking. My Review... I really like this Cubico kids coding. It’s fun and engaging it keeps the kids interacting for hours and what I love most about it, is that it makes kids think what to do the next step. The graphics are so cute, fun and educational. I know first hand that coding is now and the future and having this is so much more fun than typing the codes itself. The command buttons are easy for kids to understand and follow, it’s very entertaining and I enjoy learn and Playing along with them....I’m a fan!!!

I received this Coding game from Cubico Kids and 0.8L, to review. Compliments of 0.8L. This is a little confusing at first to understand but, I looked up how to play it on Youtube. I wasn’t thrilled that it requires a person to download an acpo in order to play this educational an, fun game at first. But, my grandchildren absolutely loved it. It was great for different age groups to play. I recommend this to anyone who loves playing games. It teaches kids to do math, as well as being patient and, play as one. My grandkids are 1-7 and most of them understood how to play. I was given the opportunity to test out this coding set for kids for a small fee from Cubico and .08 liter. my 7 year old was excited to try this out. he's all about everything tech, and it looked fun to him. I downloaded the app to my phone, and when we tried to pair the keypad to Bluetooth, it asked for a code. beyond the irony of a coding game asking for a code BEFORE starting, I couldn't find one anywhere. we tried everything, but we're unable to get it to pair to that phone. I downloaded the app to my other phone and it connects no problem. not really sure what the difference is, but I will contact customer service when I have the time. anyways, he plays this thing for about an hour before he gets bored, but honestly, that's good. he hasn't asked to play again, but he also is older. maybe I will remind him in a week or so to see if he is still interested in it. kids forget, after all.

I’ve been curious about my kids learning coding skills for awhile now and with many options out there for toys and apps I didn’t know where to start. Once the heavy Cubico box arrived on my front porch and I opened it up I felt a bit overwhelmed with all the small boxes and pieces. After reading the user manual and getting familiar with everything in the kit it was pretty easy to understand. I had gotten this box (at a deeply discounted price) for my 8 year old daughter to review since my 2 year old son isn’t old enough yet. The box states 4 and up and 1-2 players. While I see how you can do this with younger children because you would be playing with them, I think an older child would have more success in the long run as it became a bit challenging for my 8 year old. The graphics are cute and the music keeps little ones engaged. Unlocking fun content and being able to purchase customizations for your character was a big hit with my daughter. Once you play around with and figure out the game pieces the game is fun and challenging for 4 and up. As a mom, I like being able to put everything back in its box and store it away easily. The box does state you will need 2 AAA batteries to play. I guess my complaints are having so many pieces you might lose and that the box is already tearing on each corner. Everything inside of it makes it so heavy and the box cannot support it very well. I’d love to see a toddler version with a lot fewer pieces and something to grab their attention as well. Other than that, we love it and we’ll continue to play to the end. I think this will be perfect for a rainy day or sometime during break when someone is bored. The teens might even enjoy playing.

My niece really liked using this product. I was kinda worried because I thought it would be a little too advance for her. I was so wrong because she plays with it every time she gets the chance to. She really enjoys this product.

I love giving my niece and nephews educational toys! The Cubico Kids Coding system is a fun and hands on way for young children to learn how to think like a computer and understand algorithms. I received it for a trial fee for the purpose of review. 🤔 This system really helps kids understand the basics of coding and I think it's such a smart idea. When we are little we have the ability to soak up loads of information and this program really helps teach kids for tomorrow. It states it helps eith creativity, problem solving, critical thinking and computational thinking. 😀 I was hoping the timing would work out and I'd have my youngest nephews here for my review. I still have so much more to explore and can't wait to dive into with them. This program is a great way for parents and loved ones to engage with kids and learn as well! Games like this weren't available for my generation and I think it's so smart to teach kids about coding. It's the kind of education that will pay off for their futures.

We were really excited to try this STEM product with our preschooler. The instructions were very simple. You'll need to download the Cubico app and Bluetooth with the game board to play the game. There's 20 levels to play and each one gets harder. My daughter got up to level 8 on the first day of playing. Each level contains a cardboard game board that aid in figuring out which action you'll need to use in order to get to the end. Then, you'll put the same pieces on electronic game board and press play on your device to see if you've passed that level. It's a great STEM tool for beginners. They play songs in between levels to make it more fun.

I got this for my 4 year-old nephew and he hasn't had the chance to use it quite yet but I'll try to update the review when he's used it for a bit. He really enjoys using his tablet so hopefully this'll give him something fun and interactive to do when he's out of school.

I bought this kids coding for my friends son. He is 7 and very smart boy. He loves playing this game. He was doing again and again. The coding game comes with pretty vivid color blocks. I'm pretty sure kids over 4 can enjoy with this kids coding.

My daughter loves shape, cubes and colors. She can spend hours playing with them. I find out this Cubic Kid’s coding is a great gift for her birthday. It helps her to learning new stuffs while playing. It also a tool to practice memorizing and team-working. It takes time at first to figure out how it works. But it is easy to follow step-by-step paper instructions. The kit includes 20 stages with 5 step of coding, includes sequence, loop, code simplification, variable & advance level of algorithm design. I was able to receive this Cuboco Lids Coding game for my kids. My kids are 5 and 6 and I thought this would be a little hard for them but they picked it up fast and easy with the games interactive app. This is a learn to code game which apparently you need to know all about in this day and age. It comes with everything you need to start learning the basics and includes a bluetooth enabled coding board, coding blocks, a cubico marker, 5 different stages of boards with 20 total levels, and more. The app is easy to download and navigate and downloads on both Android and IOS devices. My 5 year old loves playing with it and it's great it teaches in such a simple way. They even learn about Algorithms. They use this all the time and even their kindergarten teachers asked what I was teaching at home!

I received the Cubico Kids Coding game at a reduced price in exchange for an honest review. I really like the game, it is very educational and the kids really enjoy it. The only problem I had was it is a little difficult to understand how to start the game. It took me a couple days to get it going. I got slightly frustrated a couple times and just had to quit. But once I was able to understand how everything worked it was great. The kids enjoy playing it and I know they are helping to develop creativity, critical thinking, problem solving and computational thinking.

Since I saw Cubico Kids’ Coding it called my attention to check what was about and if you are a parent I think you won’t regret to purchase this product because it is fantastic. It can be used by children 4+ take in consideration that you need to have an adult checking on the app download and some other adjustments like the batteries but out of that it is awesome. I am sure this would definitely will help your children’s skills on how to solve problems by critical thinking, because that is the essence of this game. First of all they can create their own avatar then it provides multiple scenarios where they have to think how to reach the other end by using the tools or commands provided. The more you reach a new level the more complicated it gets and I think that is phenomenal.

I bought this for my niece to try out. It is actually a lot nicer than what I was expecting. It's easy enough to learn for the younger kids (4-5 yrs) but still challenging enough for kids a little older (6-9 yrs), all while enjoying themselves.
