This toner has a super simple ingredients list: rose water, witch hazel, and rosewood essential oil. It smells very pleasingly of roses. While that might seem like a "duh" thing to say, what I really mean is it has a naturally sweet rose scent unlike some rose products I've used in the past, which kind of smell like old mushed petals that's been sitting out for a while. Helps that they have actual rose petals suspended in the product. It really does feel like water. No extra slip or anything like that. For that reason, I didn't find it hydrating at all. I definitely had to follow up with hydrating serums and essences to pick up where that lacked. But I did find slightly brighter skin and it calmed down some of my acne. Rose water has some generally brightening properties, while the witch hazel tackles the breakouts. It's no overnight miracle, but it certainly helped. Overall, I liked using this product, and while I might not necessarily grab this particular toner again, I'm definitely more curious about the brand now.

I tried to capture the floating rose petals in this organic Rose Water Toner. Hard to see. I love the scent of roses and this smells so pretty (it smells better on than in the bottle as it absorbs into skin which lightens the scent). What I noticed the most was it shrunk my pores and soften my skin which I don’t usually get from a toner. I had use different brand that advertises use of rose water for moisture and it kills me to say but it seems like honeybelle’s organic rose toner didn’t really provide that boost of hydration that I expect. What this toner is excellent with is it helped minimize the appearance of wrinkles and pores and tightens skin effectively. 🌹Observation🌹 I've come to love something I never truly knew I needed.. toners. Honeybelle's Organic Rose Water Toner is gigantic splash of moisture packaged in a glass travel sized bottle with a dropper applicator. It even has rose petals floating in it. After cleansing, I dispensed 5 or more drops into my hand and gently pressed it into my face. It absorbed quickly. My skin was left feeling hydrated and toned. I have an active break out the is healing faster than usual. I'm not sure if it will reduce the scars because I have been scratching my face in my sleep. My feels clean and is less oily. If you look the second photo, you will see something inside the bottle. Those are rose petals, & this stuff actually has a light scent of roses. I like it. . The name of this product is Organic Rose Water Toner by @honeybelleshop. . As a toner, this is fits the bill. watery-goodness that absorbs into the skin well. You may need to pat it in more than the usual, because there will be tiny droplets of liquid on your skin if you rub it. Patting it helps it absorb even better without having to wait for it to dr, whicb I’ve tried btw. . This is hydrating and helps with the oiliness that is my T-zone. It is refreshing and, although it came in a smaller bottle, I only need a half-full dropper. . I haven’t had any bad reactions, despite it having actual rose petals in the bottle. You name it I got it or some type that I vary from day to day. I try to keep myself slightly controlled by not having too many open at once, but I'd say currently I have about 8-10 open and unfortunately my eye is always roving. And so it was my eye roved over the Honey Bella Flora Toner and before I knew it it was winging its way gently toward my mailbox. . . . Impression: So I've been using this in the morning mostly for the last 2 weeks. Its a nice toner. Not nearly as hydrating as some of my favorites like my Purito Calming toner or my Mizon AHA/BHA or Acwell Black Licorice etc. The inclusion of witch hazel for me personally is a bit of a turn off since I find that continued use of that product over time can become a bit drying to my skin. Nevertheless I haven't had too much dryness with this likely because we are still in the summer temps here in DC. This toner smells wildly of fresh roses but fades away very quickly. I also haven't experienced any purging or outbreak while using this. I find this to be a "nice" toner, but for me personally there are other toners that give me more glow or more plumpness right from 1st use. Ultimately I'm like meh. If I was running out of my faves & had this one only I wouldn't oppose it, but it would not be my most reached for toner. Ah and I forgot to add I apply all toners with my fingers & tap them in. . . . Cost: $12 / 0.5 fl oz or $22 for 2 fl oz . . . Repurchase: Meh probably not. Its not that this is a bad product, but when I use up a toner & I don't absolutely love it. I have recently discovered the power of a good toner. When I was in my 20’s I never used one, thought it was an extra unnecessary step, oh how times have changed! Not only do I love toners but especially rose water infused ones because the have such a calming effect on the body but also the mind. Honey Belle has captured the scent perfectly in this travel size organic Rose Water Toner. It does leave my skin a tad bit on the dry side but I just make sure I use an equally good moisturizer afterwards 🥀💕

I have been looking for a toner for sometime now, that would clean my skin, while maintaining hydration, without feeling too heavy. 🤷‍♀️ Honey Bells Flora Organic Rosewater Toner does just that. Upon first glance You can detect a subtle pink color and some rose petal inside making the product look pretty. I like pretty 💓 but I wanted to make sure the visual attributes didn’t take away from the functionality of the product. The first thing that caught my attention was the perfect rose smell that reminded me of Whamisa toner, ( a personal old favorite of mine). This provided an aromatherapy experience for me too. I choose to apply the product directly from the dispenser to my skin. Since I had the mini size I didn’t want to waste product using a cotton pad. The consistency of the toner is very watery; No viscosity whatsoever. (Contrary to Whamisa) My skin absorbed this instantly! It was, well, like water! I absolutely love the feeling of refreshed, clean, soothed skin the toner left. Ingredients for this toner are very simple and very effective as it seems 😉 Handcrafted Organic Rose Water, Witch Hazel Extract and Rosewood Essential Oil. Absolutely love this toner. First off a little goes a long way. Second its adorable with a real rose petal inside of it. I was so excited when I received this because my skin had been breaking out because i had gotten a cold. This toner worked wonders. It cleared up my breakouts in less than a week and it did not dry out my skin. It's moisturizing but not oily. I would recommend this to everyone.
