Atopalm Real Barrier Extreme Body Oil I must admit I’m not usually a fan of body oil - mainly out of laziness, I prefer a quick swipe of fragrance-free body lotion and that’s me done. However, this light, non-greasy oil is definitely the one to make me change my ways. With only 10 EWG green grade ingredients including coconut oil, jojoba seed oil, hazel seed oil, macadamia seed oil for moisture and lavender oil which provides a natural, calming effect. Best of all, the texture it isn’t in the slightest bit greasy - very thin and instantly leaves skin looking healthy and radiant but not too shiny. I get dry skin when the seasons change so I was excited to try this Real Barrier Extreme Body Oil, alot of oils either leaves residue behind or just doesn’t work at all...This had a lavender scent that took me a little while to get use too but now I love the smell...It left my skin hydrated and nourished...I even noticed that after the 3 weeks my skin had a nice glow, I highly recommend....

Pat skin dry after applying all over. ☔️PROS: - great brand with quality products - suitable for all skin types - love the smell; hints of lavender, Hazelnut - went on easily and helped my skin retain its moisture after showering - mid range price (retails for $25/bottle) - a little goes a long way! Im quite tall (5’10) with longer legs and I personally only need 4-5 pumps for my entire body - skin felt really soft and not dry! Lasted for 1-2 days until the next shower - cut down my after shower routine by HALF; it may seem different to use the oil on wet skin (as opposed to lotion after drying) but this was much quicker and you do get used to it so it’s easy to incorporate into your daily life ☔️CONS: - didn’t work as well if there was hair on my legs, it seems to just stick to the hair and not my skin - you will notice a slight greasy residue right after towel drying BUT it soaks in quickly - Oil is a little on the thin side and you do need to take take when using this as floors/tiles/etc can become slipping hazards. ☔️OVERALL I really liked this product! I’ve tried similar after shower oils before but this one smells the best and had the longest lasting moisture. On to the claims of this product: 💜patented ceramides promote skins natural moisture retention 💜contains natural calming oils, coconut oil, jojoba seed oil, hazel seed oil & macadamia seed oil 💜all ingredients are EWG green 1-2 grade Atopalm Real barrier is one of my go to brands for dry/sensitive skin. They use pure, natural ingredients which my skin loves. As many of you know, my daughter suffers from eczema and real barrier does wonders for her skin. This oil has a lavender scent and absorbs into the skin very quickly. There’s no oily residue nor stickiness left behind. The lavender scent is very soothing and it isn’t overpowering. I’m very impressed with this oil as I’ve tried others that just seemed to sit on top of the skin. I recieved Real Barrier Extreme Body Oil from .08ltr in exchange for my honest feedback. I am pretty happy with it. II tend to have dry sensitive skin and using an oil on it irritates me. That was not the case with this product. It left my skin smooth, silky, moisturizer and soft. It did not irritate my skin at all. Even after I shaved I could use this product without getting any type of irritations on my skin. IT TRULY DOES LIVE UP TO ITS NAME. It creates a barrier on my skin that helps protect it from outside pollutants. The only issue I did have was that the expiration date is 2/2018 which is a lot older than when I reviewed it. 8/2018

Honest review for Real Barrier's Extreme Body Oil which is a try for $3.99. This is an ultra-moisturizing, skin barrier-protecting body oil formulated with a minimal number of ingredients. This body oil is developed with the patented Ceramides and Natural Calming Oil that promote the skin’s natural moisture-retaining function, in combination with the MLE® skin barrier formula that fortifies skin barrier to leave the skin plumped and smooth. I do like using Real Barrier's products and this is one of them. I was hesitant about using a body oil but it turned out pretty good. You take a shower and put this on when your skin is still wet. Don't use too much, just a little amount and massage into skin. Pat dry with a towel. It has a nice scent to it, not too strong, just light. I was hesitant because I was worried it would be to greasy or sticky afterwards but it isn't as long as you don't use too much. And you don't need much, very little to work in the skin when it is wet. I think this product is definitely perfect for people with dry skin. I know it would be perfect for winter time when my skin gets dry!

I literally can't stop touching myself. My skin is ridiculously soft and smooth. Longer and more dignified review. The Real Barrier Extreme body oil lives up to its name. No hype about it. I apply this after a shower while skin is still damp.  There is a light film that forms over the skin, doesn't feel tacky or oily. It absorbs into the skin quickly. Scent is lavender which is quite lovely and calming to my senses. Ingredients are coconut oil, jojoba seed oil, hazel seed oil, macadamia oil and lavender oil. As I said earlier, my skin becomes smooth and amazingly soft. No dry spot at all. I intentionally didn't reapply and after 24 hours, my skin is not dry. My skin that is like the Sahara, has become an oasis thanks to this. Because I didn't want this review to be a case study of one. I applied this body oil to all members of the family and everyone had the same result. My husband's elbow was particularly rough like sand paper and even that was conquered by it. I admit I've never tried body oils before so I have nothing to compare to. But I am so impressed with this that I've given away the other body lotions and creams that I have. It just can't compete. It absorbs nicely and leaves a light moisturization layer with a non-greasy finish. It imparts a subtle glossy sheen to my skin that fades over the course of the day. My skin stays moisturized as with regular lotion and I don’t need much to cover my body (1-2 pumps each above and below my waist - same amount as lotion). It's insatiable I believe. I am constantly battling itchy thighs, I have eczema there and it's enough to make me lose my mind. So I have to try anything I can get my hands on that might soothe the eternal itch. ___ Enter this body oil. It is a blend of ceramides, jojoba, coconut, hazelnut,macadamia and lavender oils. They had me at ceramides, and I'm happy to try any Real Barrier product because I find them to be very reliable. ___ It comes in a pump bottle as you can see , which I love. It absorbs fast and spreads easily which feels great after a shower or bath. It is oil, so it's not totally non-greasy, but you don't look like an oil slick or feel weighed down. It doesn't make my hands all slippery either! It does smell strongly of lavender, which I enjoy. It makes this a relaxing bedtime step. ___ Overall, this has been working really well. It's not perfect, but I think this oil works best when you are fresh out of a shower and you lock in all the hydration. The oil soothes my itch very well, though it's not the longest lasting soother. It layers well so that's great for winter when I need a need a 10 step routine for my body😆. I have loved everything that I've tried from Atopalm to the degree that usually when I see an item from them available on the 08L platform I want to try it out especially their new products. So when i saw the body oil I thought I'd give it a go especially with the dryness of winter approaching. . . . Claims: A rich skin barrier strengthening body oil developed with 10 minimal safe ingredients to protect sensitive skin without causing irritations. Infused with natural origin calming oils and ceramide to help transform the dry and damaged skin into soft & glowing skin. . . . Ingredients: cetyl ethyhexonate, capylic/capric triglyceride, cocos nucifera (coconut) oil, simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil, corylus aveliana (hazelnut) seed oil, tocopherol, macadamia ternifolia seed oil, myristolyl/palmitoyl oxostearimide/arachamide MEA, ceramide NP, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil . . . Impression: I haven't had this one for very long either unfortunately, but I do think I've used it enough times to give some overarching thoughts. With this product you use while your skin is still wet when you are getting out of the shower or bath. You just pump some generous amount into your hands and then rub it all over your skin. Immediately upon use you are met by the most soothing scent of lavender. The oil sinks right ingot your skin leaving only that soft scent behind so when you towel off all you are left with is nice soft skin without oily residue. I tried this on my legs since they have the driest skin on my body & it made them feel silky smooth, I've even seen a few reviews where they have used this on their hair. I think I will be using this often & it should last me quite awhile. I would recommend this for anyone that is looking for a light body oil. This is a fabulous oil. Certified organic coconut oil, jojoba seed oil, hazel seed oil, macadamia oil and lavender oil. It’s very light weight and absorbs quickly without a greasy sticky residue. It leaves your skin with a healthy sheen. I also used this as a pre shampoo oil treatment in my hair and it’s amazing for that as well!
