I love this serum, it makes my skin calm when I am struggling with hormonal breakouts and my skin is very sensitive. This has helped me with hydration and soothing when I am in desperate need.

A couple of weeks ago I had an allergic reaction to a medication which left me looking rosey which is new to me, the red nose enough but now also my cheeks, this Cica Relief has come im handy, it has definitely helped.

I found the serum just OK for me, it didn't wow me that much. Also, I didn't see any reduction in my dark spots. I feel it's great for normal to oily skin, my skin is very dry and it didn't hydrate for a longer period. If you like a non-sticky gel kind of Serum, you can try this. I personally prefer very hydrating serums. I will give this serum some more time to see the results. 💖💖

I was gifted another product from @realbarrier to give a try. This is not the first time I’ve got a product from them so I already had an idea what to expect & a thought of quality. If you’re not aware, they are a k-beauty brand. This time I got to try their Cicarelief Serum. This is a Cica serum for intensive skin care that revives dull complexion caused by external aggressors. This serum features pink vitamin & Calamine to help combat uneven skin tone while leaving sensitive skin feelin comfy & even. As far as formula goes, this is amazing. I’ve found it to be excellent after a charcoal mask or a product that upsets my skin a bit more than average. It soothes & evens out redness. It also absorbs quickly with no oiliness or cast left behind. I’ll tell you what though, I’ve been struggling with the applicator since I’ve gotten it! I for the life of me can not figure out how to get the product out of the dropper. So I have to do the dip & wipe method, I’m sure everyone with a faulty applicator at any point knows what I’m taking about. This serum has a silky, watery texture that absorbs quickly. It leaves skin feeling soothed, smooth, and moisturized. It doesn’t leave a greasy or oily feeling. My skin feels smooth, soothed, and hydrated after use.

This is the Real Barrier Cicarelief Serum!! This is a great serum!! I love all things Cica and so does my skin! The serum's texture has a thicker consistency ( I love that) and has a slight pink hue to it. It very hydrating , and feels silk smooth on the skin. When I applied to damp skin I felt no stickiness. It was very soothing to my red cheeks and my skin just drank it up! I really like packaging also, the dropper is great, I love how it pumps the serum up for you,unlike the traditional pipette dropper. First thing I noticed is that the dropper has a push button that pulls the serum up into it and I found that really neat and convenient. It works very well in dispensing the product onto my skin. The serum is extremely lightweight with a gel like texture that quickly absorbs into the skin. It is light pink in color and doesn't feel sticky at all. Real Barrier Cicarelief Serum - first impressions This serum promises to support a healthy skin barrier function, and I like to keep something like this on hand in case I experience redness or irritation. So far, I really like it. The packaging is beautiful (although I struggled way more than I’d like to admit with the lid. The button just would not pop!! But now that I figured it out, this is a lot more convenient than the traditional rubber pipettes). I can’t speak about long term results yet, but I do notice increased hydration and plumpness. The serum is medium-thick (thicker than water but still dispenses easily into hands) and not sticky. I don’t notice any scent. Stay tuned for a more detailed review once I’ve had more time with the product. I won this in a giveaway.

My skin has been very dry and irritated recently and this serum is a godsend. It soothes all the dryness and makes my skin plumped and nourished. I pair it with a reach moisturizer and my skin finally feels better.

the thickness of this serum could be a pro & con depending on the user. for me, i usually like thicker serums but for some reason because this one left a sticky touch, i didn’t much enjoy that. i did appreciate that this is fragrance free and would recommend this to all the dry, sensitive skin peeps out there!

This product is tricky when it comes to application. Use just a small amount & tap it into the skin instead if rubbing. It helps with hydration and strengthening damaged skin barrier. It’s definitely worth a try!

Everything I have tried from this brand has been a hit! This product is no exception. The Cica Relief Serum helps to strengthen your skin barrier. The serum itself has a beautiful rosy tint to it. I love the consistency of a slightly thicker serum. I had no issues whatsoever with absorption and my skin looks and feels more hydrated

I really wanted to love the Real Barrier Cica Relief Serum, but my skin did not like it at all. According to the package, this serum is "for dry and sensitive skin" which is my skin type. It is for "intensive skin care that revives dull complexion caused by external aggressors". This serum contains "pink vitamin and calamine to help combat uneven skin tone while leaving sensitive skin feeling soothed and comfortable". This serum has a gel like texture that absorbs completely without leaving any residue. The pump dropper is wonderful, convenient, & easy to use. I also love that the bottle can be recycled. I used this serum only at night on clean skin for 5 days and had to discontinue use. My skin felt tight, looked dry, dull, & textured, and itched almost immediately after applying it. I would not recommend this for dry skin, but would be fine for oily and/or combination skin.
