The OG Snail Bee was decidedly mediocre for me, but I thought I would give this new fancy formulation a try when it popped up in the 08L campaigns. It has snail. It has bee. It has niacinamide and adenosine. It should be a powerhouse of baby smooth, crystal clear, wrinkle free skin. The Ultimate Savior Serum. But in reality, it...was slimy and still very mediocre. YMMV obviously; I know this is one of those cult faves, but it just didn't impress me. I also want to point out something that is petty but made me salty nonetheless: the packaging. In all of the photos, this looks like a luxe, gorgeous glass bottle with a sturdy dropper. In my hands, the bottle is cHeaP pLasTic and the dropper is stiff and annoying. I was very disappointed by this. Small complaint, but I felt it was worth noting. There's nothing wrong with the serum itself. It's a little too slippery for my tastes (I assume this is the snail part), but it's scentless, lightweight, absorbs nicely and doesn't pill when I pile more skincare or makeup on top of it. I didn't notice any significant improvements in my skin after using about 90% of the bottle, so I don't plan to RP. I'm curious about your experiences though! Have any of you tried this and liked it? I got to try some Snail Bee serum from Benton and I loved it! Don't worry, it's Gary and Spongebob approved! 😆 It has snail filtrate essence and bee venom in it, as well as other great ingredients like aloe and tea tree water! This is great for sensitive or dry skin, and I'm especially glad I'll have this for the winter months coming up. It's very moisturizing and makes my skin soft!

🐌🐝 BENTON SNAIL BEE ULTIMATE SERUM 🐝🐌 This is the newest addition to the Benton Snail Bee line, a new ultimate multitasking serum. I really love Benton products and I love the Snail Bee line. It's great for my combo and hormonal breakout prone skin. I was really excited to try this new addition to the line! This serum has the bee venom, the snail filtrate, and now tea tree leaf water. The snail filtrate has been fermented in this serum to help absorption. The tea tree leaf water helps with breakouts and oil absorption, and the bee venom helps to plump the skin, tricking it to think you've been stung and sending more blood to those areas, causing a plumping result. There is also niacinamide, willow bark, and hydrating humectants in this serum. Also Benton says that this has a mildly acidic ph level of 5.5. The serum comes in a plastic amber colored bottle that looks very nice! It has a dropper applicator. The consistency is thicker than most serums but not like a gel, it's also not stringy or very slimy feeling. There's no scent to this serum. 🐌🐝 MY THOUGHTS 🐝🐌 I love this serum, it's a great addition to the line and goes well with the other products in the line that I already use. Also it does well with other serums and moisturizers. This serum absorbs quickly into my skin, leaving it very slightly tacky but nothing that's bothersome to me, once you put your moisturizer over it there is no sticky/tacky feeling. I think it definitely delivers the moisture, the slight plumping effect, and helped with my breakout. I had recently switched a medication and the side effects had caused quite a breakout on my chin area where I usually always have breakouts. I feel this has helped that alot, calming the area, and shrinking the breakout. Overall this serum delivers on it's claims and I'm so happy to add it to my already well loved Benton products! As it happens I had been aware of this particular serum since before it launched I'd wanted to quite badly but didn't win the original try it campaign with Benton. Here's my review for @bentoncosmetic Snaill Bee Ultimate Serum 35 mL. Benton has been releasing an array of great products this year! I'm ecstatic to find out what they'll be releasing next and I'm not complaining! More benton products released makes me happy. First Impression The first thing I noticed about the packaging is the brown luxurious looking bottle. It looks expensive and high-quality, at first I thought the packaging was made of glass, but instead it's made of dense plastic. The ingredient list is very promising, no fillers, fragrance, or silicone. It's all safe ingredients that my face can use. The snaill filtrate is fermented, thus making it more effective and bee venom is used for the botox-like effect. My thoughts I've always been a fan of snaill filtrate due to its healing, soothing, and hydrating properties. My oily skin loves snails and absorbs all the goodness, leaving a fresh, dewy healthy looking skin. Other notable ingredients include niacinamide, tea tree leaf water, and green tea water. These are great ingredients known to be effective for the skin. I apply 3-4 drops of the serum and it glides on your face seamlessly. It's not tacky and has no fragrance. I felt no irritation and I was left with plump supple skin. Only qualms I have about this product is the dropper. It's hard for me to dispense the essence since the dropper is too small for me to squeeze and it's fairly sturdy. Overall, I'm loving how this product makes my face feel hydrated and healthy. 🐌Benton Snail Bee Ultimate Serum🐝 I've reviewed this before, so if interested you can scroll on back and see what I said about it then. My feelings have not changed about this serum. That's why I of course had to get a back up bottle at the 0.8 liter trial fee. ___ This ultra silky and light serum is a staple in my routine because it's soothing, mega hydrating and gives my skin great bounce and plumpness. It contains snail filtrate of course, which I find to be to particularly good at filling out fine lines and speeding up any healing I may need, whether that is for a blemish or sensitivity from tretinoin or a weakened moisture barrier. Another favorite ingredient of mine is included, tea tree. The tea tree gives that extra calming boost, aids in keeping my skin clear and helps reduce any inflammation. The bee venom included is not high on my ingredients love list, but I think it helps smooth out those fine lines too, and perhaps even tighten up some pores. ___ What makes this a must have for me is it's incredibly fast absorption, the fact that it's able to add such a great amount of moisture to my skin without being heavy or sticky and it's just really well rounded for multiple skin needs. I find myself reaching for it throughout my entire monthly cycle, when my skin is dull and dehydrated or when I'm oily and broken out. Morning and night. ___ The serum comes in a generous bottle and lasts me about 2-3 months with twice daily use. I have used many snail products and have loved many of they but this is the first time I have used a snail serum. When I saw the ingredient list of this product I thought that I would really enjoy it so I jumped on the opportunity. This ingredient list says it has yeast, snail mucin, bee venom and tea tree leaf water to create nourished skin that is firmer, brighter and with less wrinkles. I can’t talk about what it would do to wrinkles as I don’t have any but I can talk about the rest. Now when I saw bee venom I was beyond excited, bee venom is an ingredient best known for plumping skin and normally found in lip products and I haven’t used it in a skincare product yet. Unfortunately, I didn’t see any plumping effects so I’m not sure the bee venom actually did anything in this. I really didn’t see any brightening effects from using this product either. I will say that it absorbed into my skin nice and easy pretty fast. I also liked that their wasn’t a scent. I’ve found that when serums are scented they usually smell like chemicals to me. The biggest thing about this product that I didn’t like was the texture. When I rubbed my hands together with the product it started to almost foam up and become more opaque when it is a translucent product. I’m not sure if that was the snail mucin but I wasn’t a fan of that aspect of the product. I do have to say that I love the packaging. The bottle is pretty heft and doesn’t fell cheap. The dropper part of the applicator is also pretty hearty which I love!

My skin is usually drier in the colder season so this serum will help with nourishment. I use it after the Snail Bee essence and these two pairs nicely together. It worked well under a moisturizer also and kept my skin hydrated all day. . In comparison to the Cosrx Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence I prefer the texture of the Benton Snail Bee Serum more because it’s not as sticky. I feel that the Benton Snail Bee Serum has a good texture balance for my combination skin type. Whereas the Cosrx Snail Essence is thicker in texture and breaks me out in my t-zone area. The only downside of the Benton Serum is the price and size. The Cosrx one cost less for more product. So it depends on quality over quantity I guess. I didn’t mean to turn this into a comparison post 😬. . In conclusion, another wonderful Benton product that I will continue using. I would recommend this product and I already have a backup 😁. . Review: Benton Cosmetic Snail Bee Ultimate Serum . . . 💛High content of Saccharomyces, Snail Secretion Ferment Filtrate, Bee Venom, Tea Tree Leaf Water for nourishment, hydration, and skin suppleness 💛Niacinamide and Adenosine for skin brightening and anti-wrinkle functions 💛35 ml/1.18 fl oz for $27 (retail price) . . . I didn't have a lot of time to use this because I was sick and had to skip all but the very basic steps in my skin care routine. Based on the past few days' uses, I do like this serum a lot! It absorbs very nicely and easily onto my skin, and unlike the essence, it's able to keep my skin feeling moisturized for a longer period of time. (On my skin, the essence feels fine upon initial application, but if I don't slather on some moisturizer within few minutes of it drying down, my skin starts feeling kind of parched.) With this serum, I feel like I can almost get away without a moisturizer! As for any brightening and anti-wrinkle claims, it is hard to say if this product does those things, considering the short length of time that I've used this product for. To be honest, I'm not sure if I will see any difference (and I guess I don't exactly have high expectations for it), even if I finish the whole bottle. I like the snail bee line and Benton because they're affordable, because their ingredients list is clean, and because I get absolutely no adverse reactions from it. But I recently finished the snail bee essence bottle, and really, it was difficult for me to say if it made any difference to my skin. So I'm curious if I'll be able to see visibly confirm any brightening or anti-wrinkle effects in this one of serum. Even if I don't, I still like Benton for the reasons I mentioned above and will happily continue using this product, specifically for its hydration benefits. . . I use this serum after a toner or a cleanser mask. It nourishes the skin very well and absorbs quickly. This is the new and update Snail Bee Ultimate Serum from Benton. I had used their original snail bee a few years ago and really liked it, so I was interested in trying the new and improved. I do like this serum a lot. It claims that it leave the skin with outstanding hydration, prevents moisture loss by protecting the skin barrier, contains niacinamide and adenosine which helps with wrinkles and brightening, has no artificial additives, and is slightly acidic to help with the cell turn over. I think this is a pretty lovely serum. It helps to moisturize my skin, and of course the other claims will really be a long-term thing, but I do trust this brand. They have a lot of natural ingredients, and is well reviewed online. This is another one I will use until it is gone, and I am happy that I got to try this from @0.8L_USA for a trial fee in exchange for my honest review. Thanks 0.8L and @Benton!
