I use many kinds of exfoliator & when my skin is entering the 'sensitive season' or when I only need gentle exfoliation, I always turn to the gommage type exfoliator. The exfoliator is a gel substance with vitamin capsules that help soften the skin and brightens it. The instructions says to put this on after washing your face and making sure face is dry. I took about a quarter size amount and covered my whole face with the exfoliator. The smell is kinda citrusy grapefruit mostly,but it came out more of a chemical smell. This doesn’t bother me since it didn’t give me a headache. I liked it,it left my skin feeling soft and very smooth to the touch. With the Vitamin C that I’m using and other peeling and brightening serums I feel like my skin sometimes needs that good scrub just to get all the little pores cleaned out. Gross I know,but satisfying to see all the dry skin falling off my face and clinging to the product. I also didn’t break out or had any allergic reaction so great product for me. This is a honest review for SKINNLAB's Dr. vita clinic gently vita exfoliator which is a try for a cheap price. I haven't been able to use this product long enough to see if it works and does all they say it does for whitening and brightening. I do like how this product when you put it on and massage your face with it, it pills up and takes the dead skin cells off. It does have a light scent to it and leaves the skin smooth feeling.

(This could be from the excessive amount of "scrubbing" that I had to do to active the peeling process). This just really isn't my type of exfoliator. 🧡Dr.Vita Gently vita exfoliator 🧡 I thought I would post a cute video of me washing my face but I couldn't. The reason I couldn't is because this video started from being cute to being gross. This exfoliator took off a layer of my skin lol. THIS PRODUCT IS AMAZING. It really did exfoliate my skin. When I first applied the exfoliator(after washing my face), I thought the gel type texture wasn't doing anything. The gel has little orange dots in the formula and I thought those were exfoliating beads. They were just for show. I then realized that it's a chemical exfoliator when chunks of skin were being removed from my face. I rubbed my face for about a minute before I washed my face. My face was left soft and smooth and I loved it. I also love that the directions were clear . This is not a face cleanser this is strictly an exfoliant. Skin & Lab Dr. Vita Clinic Gently Vita Exfoliator can remove dead skin gently and has vitamin capsules to help soften and brighten the skin. This exfoliator can also calm skin, cleanse pores and soften the skin. This gently exfoliates sensitive skin without overdrying it. This does not have any ethanol, paraben, silicon, and steroid. This is very good to use for winter and lately, my skin has been either really oily or really dry. This is great to remove dead skin cells so it doesn't cause blockage in the pores and create pimples. The scent does remind me of dish soap, it has a strong scent for me and I'm not sure if I like it or not. It says to first cleanse the face and then apply the vita exfoliator. I did notice a mild exfoliation and wasn't harsh or irritating. Once, I finished exfoliating my face for 40 seconds, I rinsed the rest off and patted my face dry. I did notice a softer feel and moisturized skin. It's not 100 percent perfect but does an okay job at removing dead skin and leaving it soft without overdrying it. I give this a 7/10. I was excited to try this product when it arrived however, after a few uses (you can see I did not stick with it long) I didn't notice any change in my skin. The consistency is gel like and doesn't apply well to the skin. The texture is slightly sticky and while you can feel some small beads, it was not enough to exfoliate my skin. Now, that's not to say that this might be the perfect fit for someone with sensitive skin for a light exfoliation, however, as someone with oily skin, this product simply did not work for me.

The exfoliator is formulated to be moisture rich and keep your skin from feeling dry. The exfoliator itself has a strong scent that reminds me of pine sol. I am not a fan of the scent. The exfoliator has a nice semi-opaque orange color. The directions say to cleanse and dry your skin and then add the exfoliator to your skin and massage for 20 seconds. As you massage your skin the exfoliator will pull up taking dead skin cells with it. I have to say that this exfoliator has a texture and works similarly to a peeling gel. I was hoping that this exfoliator with the vitamin capsules would have a grit to it to help remove dead skin cells but it sadly did not. I recommend this exfoliator to someone with sensitive skin since it can leave your skin smooth however, I prefer an exfoliator that has grit. I purchased this product to test out for a small trial fee from Skin Lab and .08 Liter. I've been using this for the morning 2-3 days a week for about 2 weeks now and I've noticed a difference in my skin in terms of smoothness. it's kind of crazy. when you put it into your hand, it almost disappears, but when you rub your face, you see the skin from the top start rolling/beading up and when you wash it off, you notice smoother, softer skin right away. it smells decent as well. I love this, as some exfoliant products really hurt to use sometimes. this is gentle. I would recommend this, especially if you have more sensitive skin.

I used this on my husband's feet because his heels is so bad. I couldn't believe how much dead skin came off. We did this to his foot three times and it still kept peeling.
