I love this necklace. I haven't experienced any sort of reaction to the material itself and it hasn't turned my skin green! Even after being in contact with water. it's a simple design, so it really goes with absolutely everything. I got the short chain, and it is perfect. it sits just at the collarbone which is perfect for me.

I recieved this 92.5 Silver Byzantine coin pendant necklace by Jewel County from @08L_USA at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review. This necklace is 110 cm long and made of 92.5 sterling silver with gold overlay. Sterling silver is great for people who tend to have skin irritations from metals. The pendant I chose is oval adorn with gold crystals. On the pendant there is a picture of the Virgin Mary. There was also a circle pendant available. Both pendants had the option of black or gold crystals and an 84cm or 110cm chain. The pendant is made of high quality brass and crystals. It is hanging from what appears to be a diamond-cut oval rolo chain. These chains are great for small pendants and charms. The chain is delicate and needs to be handled with care. I have been really impressed with this necklace overall. The necklace is simple enough to wear with a tshirt, but pretty enough to dress up as well. It has a beautiful, dainty chain that reflects light. I'm always worried about wearing necklaces because I break out all along the back and sides of my neck. This is caused but the friction between the chain and my skin. This has happened with nickel free chains, hypoallergenic chains, and silver chains in the past. Another thing that tends to happen is that any sweat on my neck will cause my neck to turn green no matter the type of metal. With this necklace I have had absolutely no problems. I can wear it all day long and have no irritation. This is a huge plus for me. The only negative I have about this necklace is the picture on the pendant is not clear. If people aren't familiar with the medals of Mary they may not know what they are looking at. The back of the pendant is blank which is unfortunate considering that Byzantine coins and religious medals are two sided. It would have been nice and more authentic with a double sided medal. ⭐92.5 SILVER BYZANTINE COIN NECKLACE ⭐ This is my new favorite necklace! Ever since it arrived in the mail I've been wearing it constantly. The length and design are perfect. Just what I've been looking for in a necklace. It sits perfectly, and it doesn't stand out too much. Just the right amount of gold. Also, it doesn't irritate my skin like a lot of jewelry does. I usually can't wear a necklace for more than a few hours if it's made out of nickel. This is made from silver and brass so it is perfect for my skin. There are two different designs to choose from a round pendant and an oval pendant. They are both very pretty. I choose the round one in the shortest length because I like to have necklaces that sit right on my decolletage. You could choose a longer length in both styles or the shorter length. Short length is 84cm and long is 110cm. You can also choose to have black or gold accent crystals. I chose the gold option. I currently have an overflowing jewelry box. And I have been working for almost five years at a luxury jewelry company so I know just a biiiiit about various jewelries. 🏅 21.5" sterling silver (plated with brass by the look of it) chain. That's puts it on the longer side which I love. It hits the perfect spot for this pendant type. 8 black little faceted ball #crystals give a wonderful shimmer and bit of movement. The spring clasp is strong and comfortable and doesn't tug on my unruly hair. My skin didn't have any adverse reaction. 🏅 I'd say the only negative is the actual "coin" design. The #pendant is thin and honestly not at all coin-like. It's more of a #Catholic #Saint vibe (I'm assuming the lady depicted is Mother Mary???). I'm an atheist, but I can appreciate a nice anqiuated aesthetic. The black markings are a dark tarnish that CAN be removed. 🏅 This #necklace is a good value for the price, it retails for ~35$. 92.5 Silver Byzantine Coin Pendant Necklace in 110cm with Black crystal oval shape. The image is of the Virgin Mary in a Byzantine frame with crystals surrounding the imprint. The crystals make it look bad. They are not pretty. The medallion is a good weight though and I like that. It doesn’t flip around so easily. The length of the chain was just right for me. It’s a lovely chain that isn’t to delicate that it would break on you. Now the image imprint could be improved upon. Just a little bit deeper would be nice. I recently received this Silver Byzantine Coin Pendant Necklace, and I’ll keep it short because this is one of the most disappointing things I’ve received from 0.8l. I was really excited to receive this necklace because the picture looked beautiful and it said it would come with a gift box. When I received it, it was just in a plastic baggie. The necklace itself was supposed to be 84 centimeters long, but in reality it is much much shorter. It lies right below my neck but should lie below the collarbones. The coin pendant itself should be a Byzantine coin, but it is really hard to see any design in it because it is so small and the details are barely noticeable. All in all, I probably won’t be wearing this necklace much in the future because it didn’t meet my expectations. Sent to me by @0.8l for review purposes.

I picked the 92.5 silver byzantine coin pendant necklace in a oval design with black crystal. I like the shape of pendant and the black crystal looks great. The chain is long enough and is sturdy enough. I can't tell what the face of the pendant looks like since it isn't really detailed. I can guess this is suppose to be Virgin Mary but I am not sure. The back of the coin isn't really made well and I can't see some of the gold paint stratched off and you can see the black marks. On the website says the price is around $39,000 won which is close around $34. For that price alone is too pricy for me since the coin pendant isn't really detailed enough for that price. I give this necklace a 6/10. If this was cheaper I would of raised the rating but you can find better accessories for that price. I received the black 92.5 Silver Byzantine Coin Pendant Necklace. I chose the 110 cm (43.3 inches) chain and I think this necklace is gorgeous. It's very elegant and beautiful and the quality is really there as there's some weight to it. I don't really wear many necklaces anymore, but this is one I think I'll wear quite often.

The Necklace I Recieved is a 92.5 Silvet Byzantine Coin Pendant Necklace. It comes in. Gold, or surrounded buy small block gems. It is oval in shape very delicate, the chain is very small and delicate but is also very sturdy, and the clasp, which I took a picture of is small and delicate. but surprisingly was not hard to put on, and it did not tangle in my hair, which is a big plus for me. A Byzantine coin is from the Byzantine currency, money used in the Eastern Roman Empire after the fall of the West, consisted mainly of two types of coins; the Gold solidus and a variety of clearly valued bronze coins. By the end of the empire the currency was issued only in Silver and minor copper coins with no gold issue. My thoughts are I love this necklace, because first I wore it for several days and had no allergic reaction, I am allergic to nickel and this necklace did not irritate my skin at all. Also because it is so dainty that it can look fancy with a nice blouse or you can wear it with a sweater and, I like the idea of wearing something that represents history, the fact it is a duplicate of currency that was used in the past. I know I value mine and I would love to have more of their jewelry at Jewelcounty.com, as it is a bit out of my price range I will purchase it when I win the lottery. @jewelcounty 92.5 Silver Byzantine Coin Pendant Necklace Not long ago, I purchased the Princess B. Earrings. I absolutely loved the earrings. When the necklace was offer, I didn’t hesitate to purchase. Two types were offered, a round pendant or oval pendant in black or gold color. I selected the round gold pendant. According to the original product description, item comes in a gift box but it didn’t. No mention of gift box in the description now. Was it removed? Additionally, the description shows for the round pendant, the length is 84cm. To my surprise, it measures only about 42cm! It’s too short to layer. The design is nice but not as nearly as lux as the earrings. I find that it looks really nice with my red shirt but not as nice when I try to layer over a sweater. Purchased from 08l.usa and @jewelcounty through their Try Now campaign. All opinions are my own.

As it's getting close to Christmas we all start trying to find that perfect gift and the rush it on! This is the Byzantine Coin Pendant Necklace from Jewel Country. It's a high quality pendant made of brass and crystal. I didn't have high expectations with this Necklace.. I usually don't have luck with Jewelry that not real. It will usually turn colors or stain my skin. So I wanted to really put this to the test as it says this won't happen. I have worn this every single day and haven't taken it off even when showering and I'm happy to report that it looks the same as it did the day I received it. To me the chain itself looks like real gold. It sparkles when the light hits it. It is very lightweight and I hardly know that I'm wearing it. I did expect that the chain would be longer than what it is. In the photos it shows you being able to wear over a sweater. I felt like it was way too short to do that.
