It also claims to relieve irritation from insect bites and other minor skin irritations. The main ingredients are as follows (from her website): Lavender buds, lavender essential oil, organic sugar and rice bran oil. I appreciate that the sugar used is finely ground. Exfoliants with jagged particulates can cause micro tears and severely damaged skin. This is especially important if you have medical conditions that exacerbate sensitivity to skincare products. I have fibromyalgia sensitive combination skin. A quite complicated combination of issues. This product does what it promises and leaves a fresh and invigorating moisturized finish thanks to the rice bran oil. I also highly recommend this for insect bites The weather has been warm here as of late. 😂 I highly recommend lavender for relaxation and instant improvement of mood. Lavender has a magical way of uplifting my spirits. This product was purchased at a discounted rate in exchange for an unbiased review.

💜 I love having a million different things to use in the shower but @heathermarianna skin polishes are always a must have. This Lavender, Take A Breather is one of my fav scents and is best used at night being it's a calm and relaxing scent. 💜 This skin polish is made with organic fine sugar, Oryza Sativa (rice) bran oil, Lavandula Hybrida Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, and a sprinkle of Organic Lavender Buds for a gentle exfoliation. I love that its organic and only made with natural ingredients. 💜 The scrub makes your skin so soft and smooth and leaves a hint of lavender on your body. It polishes and hydrates your skin and also has anti aging ingredients which I think should be in everything 😉 It helps reduce inflammation and seconds as a antiseptic which is cool. 💜 I have about 30 of these @beautykitchenjunkie skin polishes and love using them. My showers are always invigorating and they don't irritate your skin at all so they're ideal for sensitive and acne prone skin.

My skin polish from Heather Marianna, arrived in a Beautiful little envelope with little animals all over it, Inside was my new Skin polish, the Lavender Take a Breather Skin Polish. Being the Heather Marianna Addit I.am, I had to take a quick peek at the clock to see how long until I could bath. I love all the body scrubs and polishes , this one contains mineral-rich salt crystals, that are infused with Organic essential oils to help replenish vital nutrients while also helping you to relax, help strained muscles, it's great for anti-inflammation, helps acne prone skin, overexposure to the Sun and helps with the pain of insect bites and rashes Lavender is known for relaxation, this polish does so much more. It contains dead sea salt, Epsom salt, pink Himalayan salt, French lavender essential oil, dried organic lavender buds. I took a bath and added some to my water and some to my scrunchie. I felt so relaxed. I had been working all day and my muscles were sore and it helped sooth the muscles, and ease the pain. I love the exfoliation of my skin when I rub it in a circular motion, as directed, for about 60 Secs. and the smell is so soft and it last a very nice amount of time, I went straight to sleep when I got out of the tub, the next morning I could still smell the soft scent of lavender. This is a very good body polish, bath soak. It's soft and comfortable makes my body feel great and relaxed, smell good help with muscle relaxation, it caused no irritation or allergies.. This is an exfoliating Scrub with natural properties of #Lavender. This #SkinPolish got rid of my dead and dry skin renewing it with a beautiful scent of lavender and shine. This lavender scented skin polish is great! I love the fact that Heather Marianna uses simple, natural ingredients in her products. This one contained fine grained sugar, a couple of lavender essential oils, and ground lavender buds for additional exfoliation. After using this product my skin felt so soft and smooth. Although the lavender scent is strong while using this scrub the scent left on the skin is very faint. No greasy residue was left on the floor of my shower after using this skin polish which is a huge plus in my book. Although I received this product for free my opinion of the skin polish was not altered as a result. I would definitely buy this again in the future.

This skin polish has a lovely lavender scent that’s not too overpowering. It scrubs the dead skin away to make your face feel fresh and moisturized all night long. It’s amazing. Definitely one of my all time favorite scrubs.

after bathing I put a small amount onto my hands and arms and Starting to Rub in to my skin. Iwas a bit nervous at first because the teXture was abit Rough in the beginning SO I didnt know what to expect. I must say the lavender smell is very refreshing and calming,

I have tried most of there body polishes and have liked most but not all of them. This one has a very strong smell to it just like the rose one did. This polish claims to help with body acne, anti-inflammatory, and anti-aging. It has the same consistency as there other polishes I have tried. However, along with the Rose, the Lavender Smell is just too strong for me. I ended up giving the Rose one to a friend and she loved it. So I will probably do the same with this one. Like I stated above I have loved all the body polishes except the Rose, and this one the Lavender because the smell was way too strong for me. So my advice is if you love lavender all lavender than you will most likely love this. If you just like lavender than this might not be the one for you. I do love this company and they offer many many different body polishes in many different fragrances. My husband actually loves one that he uses. So my advice is to check out the website www.heathermarianna.tv I am sure you will find one you will love. Their body sprays seem to be good as well and like the body polishes the scent is strong which is good in a body spray/splash but make sure you love the scent. Who doesn’t love a good scrub?! Especially with natural essential oils! Right? While this product never claims to use 100% pure essential oils, I think it’s aways assumed. Buyer beware, it is not a true essential oil, but rather a synthetic imitation alas. The smell is a strong fragrance. It stays on your skin for quite some time. All other Ingredients seem to veer the buyer toward thinking it is a great organic healthy product. Unfortunately I couldn’t find really anything that resembled lavender buds, it looked more like powder with maybe some lavender, but mostly the green of the plant. The scrub works like a normal sugar scrub. It exfoliates well, and the oil leaves a nice light moisturizer behind. I liked that the scrub seemed more dry than other scrubs I have tried. Would I recommend it to a friend? Not particularly. I personally bought this product at a discounted price for my honest review. The product contained 4oz of sugar. If a friend were to have paid full price, I would have thought they were mad. You can get a fair amount of fine sugar at the store for under $2.00. A 5ml of 100% pure Essential oil from Young Living for $12.00. (Approximately 80 drops),( member price) Organic rice bran oil 8oz is $8.45 on Amazon with prime. You could make batches of sugar scrub for a full year for a fraction of the cost. With adding the pure essential oil you are able to dilute the essential oil to your personal preference as well as making sure you’re reaping the benefits of the essential oil.
