By Wishtrend Acid-Duo 2% Mild Gel Cleanser is a good one ladies and gents. I chose to use this low pH cleanser mainly in the mornings. It is by far the most gentle gel cleanser I have ever tried. I was able to keep my eyes open while using this cleanser (no burning whatsoever). I couldn't detect an odor and the gel foams up super quick. I let the bubbles do their work for about a minute and then rinse it with warm water. By the end, I've got soft skin. I will say that it does dry my skin just a touch, but I'm guessing that this is due to my faucet giving off hard water and not from the cleanser. I also want to warn against using this cleanser with By Wishtrend Mandelic Acid 5% Skin Prep Water, you will experience a tingle!😱 Don't do it guys. One last thing, the reason I decided to use this cleanser in my morning routine is because I noticed it wasn't cutting it to get rid of the oily feel from my first step oil cleanser. I use what's considered a light cleansing oil, but I don't feel like the gel cleanser was removing enough of the first cleanser. Now, that I usually use my oil cleanse for my night routine; so this shouldn't be a problem. I give this cleanser a 4 star 🌟🌟🌟🌟

👍💓👍The first time I tried this cleanser was a day that I had few blemishes pop up. I was curious to see if this would help clear them up. To my surprise, the blemishes stopped growing immediately. After just 2 days, my skin was completely clear again. My face was looked better than just being back to normal. It was healthier, more vibrant and it wasn't shiny or oily.👍💓👍 🏆💘🏆This cleanser isn't too mild for my oily skin or too harsh for my sensitive skin. I'm incredibly impressed by this. Trying to find great cleansers for oily but sensitive skin hasn't been easy. [REVIEW] BY Wishtrend Acid Duo 2% Mild Cleanser . I got this at the same time or as the Polyphenol ampoule because PHA DUHHH. I apologize in advance for the quality of photos. . My skin loves PHAs in general. They really have changed my life as someone with dry, temperamental skin. I’m usually game for anything that has them. I picked this up from @08Liter because I wanted to see how it compared to the D’Alba Peptide Mild Gel cleanser I reviewed a few months back. . Key Ingredients: 1% (PHA) Gluconalactone, 1% Caprolyl Salycylic, Panthenol. . Claims: Cleanses the skin from dead skin and impurities . Thoughts: So how do I feel this stacks up against my D’Alba cleanser? Tbh I think that for me, it has just nudged it out of it’s spot in terms of effects on MY skin, and price point. My skin feels slightly less dry than it does after cleansing, and any even small bit of moisture that remains in my skin the better. I love PHA anything, and this is another fantastic formula by Wishtrend, as it include many other acne fighting and skin soothing ingredients. I quite trust that cleanser, after a few uses, and I use it 2-3 times per week only, as it is plenty for any skin. It is easy to foam, pleasant to use cleanser (and you want to avoid eyes area) that super gently cleans skin without irritating it or drying. I love how gently this cleanser is! I have tried so many different cleanser over time and for the most part they are effective they tend to be very harsh and drying on my skin. I am extremely satisfied with everything I have tried from Wishtrend! It’s great to have a go to brand that caters to all skin types, recently I tend to break out but at the same time my skin is a combination of oily and dry. This cleanser is great to balance the pH therefore great for all skin types.

This is the Acid-duo 2% Mild Gel Cleanser from ByWishtrend. It is a low pH cleanser with salicylic acid (LHA) and gluconolactone (PHA). It has 1% of each, hence ‘2%’ in the name. It is recommended to be used 2-3 times per week as a cleanser in order to avoid over-exfoliation. I have been using it since I got it from @08liter, and I haven’t noticed any issues with the exfoliation. It does only want to pump out once, so it seems there are packaging issues despite how pretty it looks. I also find the bubbles to be quite large and aggressive. It doesn’t lather excessively, but the bubbles that form are just big... overall I’m enjoying this cleanser and plan to continue using it as my treatment cleanser. My pixi mud cleanser just bit the dust which is what I used for that purpose before so this was quite nice to get to review.

It really was about as silky as Simplistic, except it's an acne treatment cleanser! I have always found those too harsh and strippy (though we know by now that makes matters worse) until this one. And if you're hardcore or extra like me you'll use an acid toner afterward because the environment is so well-prepared 😍 and everything soaks right in after that quality exfo. . Bottom line? This is the good stuff. It made me feel clean and it made me feel soft. It may just be my new favorite! .

This low pH cleanser contains Capryloyl Salicylic Acid LHA and Gluconolactone (PHA). It mildly exfoliates while also preventing moisture loss. This is suitable for any skin type. The only caveat was with the pump. I had to pull up the top before pressing it down again to dispense more product.

I have an unyielding preference for oil based and balm cleansers. But they do need a second cleanser following. They tend to leave behind a residue from the oils. Acid duo 2 mild gel cleanser by @wishtrend makes for a great second cleanser! At first this was not my favorite cleanser mostly beacuse of the scent. It's a very chemically kind of smell. But I've come to really like the feel of my skin after using. Contains LHA and PHA (gentle exfoliants) with pH 5.5 and unlike most foaming cleansers it doesnt leave my skin dry. I wouldn't say this is a great makeup remover but it's a fabulous cleanser nonetheless. Also contains hydrating ingredients and herbal ingredients like jasmine, thyme, rosemary and lavendar. . . . By Wishtrend  Acid-Duo 2% Mild Gel Cleanser @bywishtrend  This is a gentle cleanser containing Capryloyl Salicylic Acid (LHA) and Gluconolactone (PHA) that claims to cleanse the skin from dead skin cells and impurities. It claims to help with acne and blemishes, dryness and oiliness. To use, just dispense an adequate amount and lather, gently massage onto the face and rinse with lukewarm water. This product comes in a metallic pink box, inside is a light pink pump bottle. The product is clear and like it's name, has a gel texture. Although it claims to be fragrance-free, you can't help but assume you can smell something slightly floral. The pump bottle was a great idea, but the only downside, is that the pump doesn't work that well. I think the texture of the gel might be a little too thick for the pump. So, after every pump, you have to manually lift the pump back and pump again.  I use this once a day, at night as a second cleanser, since this is still considered an exfoliator, I didn't want to use it twice a day. After washing my face with it, my face feels smooth and squeaky clean without feeling dry or tight. After using this gel cleanser, I have seen many improvements, my complexion is brighter and texture is smoother. My acne disappears a lot quicker then normal. By Wishtrend Acid-Duo 2% Mild Gel Cleanser It's a mild facial cleanser with capryloyl salicylic acid and gluconolactone that will clean the skin well without drying out the skin for even the sensitive skin. It's quite a thick consistency which makes it difficult to pump out smoothly and for the dispenser to reset is like a snail. One pump gives you less than a dime size amount, which is fine for me. I make sure my skin is wet and the cleanser is lathered really well on my hands, then I apply to face. I mainly concentrate on my T-zone area, where I get the most congestion. I rinse throughly with warm water. After use, my nose top skin layer is so soft and exfoliated, the congestion just pops right out with little effort. The scent might not be everyone's cup of tea. It has the medicinal sulfur smell, which I don't mind. For myself, I wouldn't use this everyday. I don't need this mild peeling action every night especially in the winter month. I'll definitely use it more often during the summer months.

🛁 WISHTREND Acid Duo 2% Mild Gel Cleanser Impressions: I am a BIG fan of Wishtrend so I had to jump when 0.8L offered the Acid Duo Gel Cleanser for a trial fee in exchange for a review. I love their awesomely effective products and this is truly no exception. This is an extremely deep cleanser that leaves my pores looking visibly cleaner. No kidding. With a mix of acids including capryloyl salicylic acid & gluconolactone, it fully blasts out the sebum so don’t let the “mild” part of it fool you. The formula is a thick clear gel that comes in the most beautiful pink packaging - seriously, 😍. It only takes one pump to lather up into a rich, unscented foam. Normally my skin has a good relationship with acids when applied to completely dry skin. The issue with washing with acids is that they’re even more penetrating when applied to wet skin. That being said, I don’t advise using any added stimulation (i.e., manual brush, washcloth) when using this cleanser. As long as I used as directed - lather between hands & gently massage into skin - and quickly rinsed without leaving it on my skin too long, I had no issues. Anytime I used a washcloth, I ended up with irritated patches so like I said - just don’t. The balance of ingredients - beta-glucans, panthenol, willow bark, lavender & more are meant to further condition & optimize skin. It’s not the kind of cleanser I can use daily but it definitely has a place about 2X weekly in my routine. It’s great for a deep exfoliating clean, to address breakouts or to give my skin a quick blast when its feeling dull & congested. Recommended to normal to oily skin types looking for a deep exfoliating cleanser. Sensitive skin types are advised to patch test first. Possibly drying for drier skin types. Manufacturers retail is $19 for a 150ml bottle. I could see purchasing this again although this bottle should last me a long while.
