SNP stands for Shining Nature Purity and, a Korean brand that specialized in sheet masks.  I got a chance to try this SNP Jeju Rest Volcanic Ash Mask & SNP ROSE Supercharged Mask at a discount & share my experience. SNP Jeju Rest Volcanic Ash Mask a purifying mask containing fresh volcanic ask from Jeju Island in Korea that removes skin impurities, sebum, and tightens pores. SNP ROSE Supercharged Mask is described as “Improves skin tone and texture with rose water essence containing vitamins E and K for revitalized skin”. The mask materials are almost the same with the other masks in the series, only the essence are different. The sheet mask fit is pretty basic, and it adheres & stay nicely at its place. SNP Jeju Rest Volcanic Ash Mask essence is very light compared to the others in the Jeju line and has some fragrance scent to it. SNP ROSE Supercharged Mask has a kinda strong floral scent. Both masks are refreshing & hydrating, but I especially like how it made my skin looks glowing & not greasy. As for tightening pores, I had no problem with large pores, so I couldn’t see if it works.   How to Use: 1. Cleanse face thoroughly and use skin toners to rearrange the skin texture. 2. Remove the mask sheet from packaging and smooth over face, making sure the locations of eyes and lips are well aligned. 3. Leave the mask sheet on for 20-30 minutes before removing. 4. Pat in the remaining essence with your palms for optimal absorption.

I kept this rose mask on for about 14 minutes, and then I had to take it off as it was starting to irritate my eyes. My skin looked hydrated, maybe *slightly* brighter, and was slightly tacky. I do think the Rose was irritating to my eyes, and although the mask was big and I had to fold the edges I think the eye holes were too small. I received this mask from 08liter and have more, but I’m not sure if I actually want to cut the masks to make them better or if I will just be super careful by my eyes and keep them on just for short periods of time. I’m lazy. The volcanic ash mask worked out a lot better for me. The fit was the same, but no ingredients irritated my eyes. The mask felt more cooling as I wore it but just left my skin hydrated after. This is the variant I prefer, but I’m not running out to purchase either.

🌋🌹[Review]-SNP Jeju Rest Volcanic Ash Mask & SNP Supercharged Rose Mask Set 🌋 SNP Jeju Rest Volcanic Ash Mask - This mask claims to be pore purifying as well as removing impurities & sebum. It claims to tighten pores while relaxing tired 💤, dry skin. As with most if not all sheets masks, the instructions state to first cleanse your face (duh), tone & then apply the mask for 10-20 minutes. Once the mask has been removed, tap/pat in the remaining essence, let it absorb & continue with your routine. Ingredients of Note - Each mask contains 45mg Jeju volcanic ash & 960mg polygonum multiflorum root extract. Polygonum multiflorum root extract, also known as Fo-Ti, is used in skincare for skin conditioning. It has also been said to be anti-inflammatory. Volcanic ash, a relatively new & super trendy ingredient, is ideal for those prone to acne, excess oil production or skin congestion. It’s superpower is its ability to draw impurities away from the skin. My Thoughts 💭 - This mask, like most of the SNP masks I have tried, with the exception of the “dot” masks which I love, is a fine, every day mask. I would give it ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ as it is nothing special. The sheet itself is on the thicker side, which I do not like because it makes adherence trickier. This mask did have a nice amount of essence & stayed moist for the entire masking time (about 30 minutes). It was a comfortable mask & did not irritate my skin in any way. Upon removal, I noticed that my skin was nice & moisturized. This mask did not fit my face well at all. Even my trusty scissors ✂️ were unable to fix the poor fit. Like I said above, it is a fine mask, but it did not stand out in my opinion. These masks run about $12 for 10 masks on Amazon which is certainly reasonable. I do not think I will repurchase these simply because I have other masks that are of a similar price that I like better. 🌹 SNP Supercharged Rose Mask - This mask contains Rose Centifolia Flower. I love anything rose. The rosier, the better, so this mask was right up my alley. Another name for Rose Centifolia Flower is the Cabbage Rose which hails mainly from Egypt, Morocco & France. ceramiracle.com rates this ingredient as good. Rose Centifolia contains vitamins & antioxidants. It is known to be moisturizing. It is also said to have antioxidant, astringent & antiseptic properties. It has also been touted as having healing effects. My Thoughts 💭- The fit & the adherence of this mask were better than the Volcanic Ash mask. This mask had a nice amount of essence, but was not drippy. It had a lovely rose 🌹 fragrance which I know can be bothersome to some people. I am a sensitive skin girl & am sensitive to added fragrance, but for some reason, rose never bothers me. It did, however, bother my mom causing her to have a headache & itching on her face & neck. I add this to say simply that if you are sensitive to fragrance, this mask might not be the best choice for you. This mask stayed nice & moist for 30 minutes. Upon removing the mask, I found my skin was plump, moisturized & my redness was calmed. I would give this mask ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. These masks run about $27 for 10 masks on Amazon. These masks were so great! Both of the masks came in nice packaging with easy instructions. The masks themselves were definitely pretty large, which was great because it allows anyone to be able to use it comfortably, although I did feel that they were a bit too big for my face and folded over a little too much. Regardless, I really enjoyed these and found that my skin was glowing and hydrated afterwards and wasn’t left with too much essence coming off of the masks. I would definitely recommend others to try this out themselves! I received these masks for a small fee of $3.99 in exchange for my completely honest review.

Updated Review: The volcano mask was saturated with a good amount of essence. There is a soft scent that reminds me of a very light floral scented soap. While applying the mask I noticed it seemed too big for my face. I couldn't get it to lay right and the entire time I had the mask on I was messing with it. The rose mask was dripping with essence. I like this because then there is enough to use on my hands, arms, and feet. This essence had a much stronger scent to it. I don't usually have problems with scents, but with this one I almost did. Luckily I was able to get use to the scent quickly though. This mask fit much better. On the directions for the volcano mask it says to wear it for 10-20 mins. Around 15 mins I noticed that the majority of the mask was dried up. Every other mask I've tried I ended up wearing for 10 mins longer than the directions because it was still saturated. The fact that it dried out so quickly was a disappointment. The rose mask stayed saturated so I was able to wear it for the full 20 mins. After removing the mask I patted in the essence left on my face. The volcano mask didn't leave much essence on my face, but the rose mask did. I am not impressed with the results I've had with the volcano mask. My skin doesn't feel or look any better. This mask is suppose to tighten pores and that didn't happen for me at all. This mask seems very mild so it may be good for people who are new to sheet masks and aren't sure how their skin will react to using them. I personally will not be repurchasing it because I haven't noticed any difference from using it. The rose mask was very hydrating and left my skin looking brighter. I liked it, but the scent was really strong. I've tried many masks and many don't have an overwhelming scent. For that reason I don't think I'd purchase the rose mask again either. That's only because of the strong floral scent. I will use the rest of the masks that I was sent because I'm not into wasting. If I notice anything different I'll update the review. 🎭 SNP's Rose Supercharged Mask & Jeju Volcanic Ash Mask Pack 🎭 Thanks so much to @snp.korea and @0.8l_usa for providing this item at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review. 🎭 This mask pack came with five of each sheet mask which is a really great value! The two #masks are a little different. The Rose Supercharged comes with a mesh overlay that allows for better essence retention in the actual sheet mask. I did notice a slight advantage, but I wouldn't say it's a feature I'd seek out in a mask. 🎭 Both masks came with AMPLE essence. Masks dripping with it plus lots left over in the packaging. I think it took me at least ten minutes to rub the excess essence in after removing each. They both soaked into the skin easily, I think the Rose Supercharged dried faster. 🎭 Honestly, I love both masks. They're both very #hydrating and made my skin soooft. The Rose Supercharged more so. It made my skin feel supple and moisturized. But the Jeju Volcanic Ash is definitely my favorite of the two. I felt like my skin looked better and more clear the morning after using it. It tightened my ginormous pores! 🎭 I only got a photo of me in Rose Supercharged which had a pretty bad fit on my face. Most sheet masks don't fit my monstrous cranium though. so happy to try out some face masks for a discounted rate to review them. Two masks this time one is rose the other volcanic ash. I was intrigued by the last one because it sounds cool. These masks have some similarities. Holy cow they are strong scented. Holy cow they are dripping full of essence . Let's talk about the rose one , the initial scent is intense. As I wore the mask I really didn't smell it as bad , a very nice cold mask. This mask is almost to the point of dripping in essence which in turn makes me a goop monster who can't keep the mask on well. I would say it lives up to the claim intensely moisturizing by a long shot! Overall hard to keep on but I love how soft my skin feels and how replenished my skin feels. The second mask was volcanic ash , I didn't think it would have a scent but think a trendy clothing store...that is what I smelled. This smell really lingered for me and was not a pleasant one for me. Like the rose one this sucker was full of essence and making me a goopy monster. I left this one on for about 5 minutes because I could feel that burning sensation creeping in and I am not a fan of that. It claims to tighten pores and remove skin impurities which I think is so hard to tell but after a little redness my skin did feel soft and refreshed. This one I'm on the fence if I would use/repurchase again because it was a little irritating.

First time trying SNP masks! I really like these. I thought I would like the rose one best since I have so many products with rose extract, but I actually liked the volcanic ash mask better. Plus it contains more interesting ingredients. Both are good for dry, combo, and sensitive skin. I feel my skin need extra hydration since I'm lacking of sleep and not drink enough water. These face sheet masks do help my skin look better and feel better. As you see, I'm been reviewing a lot of @SNP.korea face sheet masks. The Supercharged Mask Rose Centifoli Flower is one of my favorite regular sheet mask. There is full review about it in my previous post if you would like to see it. This time I will talk about Jeju Rest Volcanic Ash Mask. The sheet mask is made of special fabric with air pocket. It contains Jesu Volcanic Ash to remove sebum and impurities while it tightens the pores. It has high essence concentration to hydrate and moisture into the skin. Also, it formulate Jeju yuja, Jeju wheat grass, and Jeju beet are strength and keep skin healthy. . 🧖‍♀️ It's clarify my pore and brighten my skin. I really enjoy it . SNP Supercharged Rose Mask: I love SNP and they generally have pretty nice skin care and sheet masks. However, I wasn’t particularly fond of this one. The mask is too big that I had to fold down the edges and it seemed to dry out a little faster than other ones (maybe because it was thin?) I tend to lose track of time when I do my masks so I do prefer ones that you can leave on for a fairly long time so this mask wasn’t really my favorite in terms of that. But! With that said, the essence is super light and didn’t leave much stickiness so I guess in that way it was pretty nice. Still super moisturizing. I didn’t have to use any moisturizer after. SNP Jeju Rest Volcanic Ash Mask: Oddly enough, I didn’t have an issue with size for this mask. However, the fit is a bit off around the nose and eyes. Very subtle smell, and the mask didn’t slide. This is probably the only mask I didn’t have a problem with! I love it a lot~

🌟 REVIEW 🌟 I literally just got these in the mail today so my review is truly only on one mask, as I was not able to try both ☹️ The packaging is really nice on both masks 🌹 there were 5 of each. The mask itself felt like a good sheet mask. Not easily tearable like some. 🌹 I tried the rose because I know my skin just loves products with Rose ingredients. I left the mask on for 15 minutes and rubbed in the remaining essence. My skin feels really soft and it isn’t sticky. It did take a little while for the product to settle in though. I would recommend SNP masks. I really like the way my skin feels after first use so I can’t wait to try the 2nd volcanic ash one! 🔥

Love the texture of the mask itself. I haven’t noticed any change in pore size or cleanliness though. Also a bit bummed that despite my skin being dehydrated by the winter weather, this left a shiny film on my face that never absorbed. The initial smell was quite lovely but the residue that’s left isn’t the most pleasant, almost like an egg smell. I’m glad I tried it but wouldn’t repurchase. The rose mask smelled lovely and had the same nice texture as the volcanic mask. Since it’s for hydration, I expected a bit of the serum to stay on the skin and it did. It did not layer well under my sunscreen however.
