These are fantastic! I am curious as to how it works so well though, considering that the main ingredients (the first five, usually) are very standard conditioning agents. The nourishing oils that they list on the front of the package are not main ingredients. Oh well, it works great so I'm not complaining! Not sure if I would re-purchase simply based on the price, which is around $100! (Surely for a full size pack though, not for the little trial pack of three that I got though, right?)

This hair mask duo came with three pre-filled masks and three Protein Boosters. The protein booster can be applied on the hair before putting the mask on. . I had my mom use this mask first since she has color-treated hair and uses a lot of heat so lately, her hair felt very dry. The mask claims to moisturize, repair and strengthen hair and hair cuticles. It also contains natural organic ingredients rich in vitamins and proteins! . After using this hair mask, my mom felt the difference right away. Her hair felt very soft and it wasn't as dry like before. Her hair also looked very smooth! I think after using the three treatments, her hair will feel a lot better, so it's worth continuing to use.

I was really excited to try this hair mask cap for color and damage hair. I dye my hair every two months and puts strain on my hair. This hair mask cap from Somerfield was easy to use. It didn't really have a scent to me. It also came with a protein booster cream to put on after you use the hair mask. After using all hair mask caps within a 3 week period my hair felt super hydrated. Leaving it soft. The protein booster was a add plus leaving my hair feel extra healthy.

It took a whole month to get a true feel for this product and I'm in love. My hair has always been slightly damaged from straightening it or from dying it, but Somerfield honestly made it feel like it did before I ever damaged it. My dry, hard to comb ends felt so silky again and it would literally last 5 to 7 days, and then I would put another mask on. The trick is to keep using the protein booster in between those days. As you can see in my pictures it's simple. You wash your hair with shampoo, put the protein booster on, and then the mask. You let it sit on your hair for 10 to 15 minutes and rinse. There's no greasy left behind feeling at all and the smell is very enjoyable. I highly recommend using this a couple times a month, especially when your split ends start showing themselves.

Somerfield 30 day restore hair mask is an all natural ingredients that can bring back the life of your damaged and color treated hair. I colored my hair recently so pretty much my hair is dry and just ok. My main concern really is hair loss. So the product it self ok, the scents is not so strong. The instruction is clear to follow. You can either use the protein booster to a dry or damp hair. I didn’t wet my hair and didn’t do the first step to shampoo my hair before using it since I did it a night before. I just damp my hair then I apply and massage the protein booster onto my hair. After massaging then I cover it with the hair cap which has another product in it. Safely tape it to the size of my head then continue massaging it to make sure of the absorption of the products. Wait for 15 minutes. Then rinse it with a warm water. Voila!!! My hair became so easy to deal with. It’s so light. The products didn’t make my hair so heavy. Easy to manage. I like it. From the score of 1 to 10, I give it a seven.

I like the mask but I hate the cap that comes with it, I've used two of them so far and the cap was terrible, it slipped constantly and didn't stay on my head. The mask, however, was amazing! it smells good and makes my hair look so good, it been a while since I color treated my hair but my hair shows lasting damage and this mask has helped reduce the look of the damage.

First let me start by saying I love the hair mask. It made my hair feel so soft, hydrated and moisturize. After using the hairl mask, I applied the protein booster and it made my hair feel even more hydrated and very soft and moisturize for days.

I've never used a hair mask like this before, and as I was using it, I was thinking that it was pretty ridiculous and pointless. You need to wash your hair, wring it out, put the mask/bag with the product over your hair and leave it for 10-15 min, then rinse. Then there's a leave-in protein treatment (in the tube). I'm a bit lazy for things that require me to get in the shower, back out, and then back in again. However, as you can see in the second photo, the conditioner made my hair really silky and shiny. I'm definitely curious to see what other products from this brand (ideally less gimmicky) can do.

I don't remember if there was an option for natural or colored hair but I received the colored option even though I would have liked natural since my hair is not colored. That said, I'm sure there is no huge difference. I've never heard of Somerfield prior to this trial but after using the hair protein booster and hair mask cap, I'm curious about any of their other hair products. I got two packs each containing three samples. The hair mask was a bit tricky to wear as my long, wet hair strands kept escaping. I wore it right after shampooing and left it on for 10 minutes. It's no different than a conditioner except you wear it a bit longer. After removal, I felt like my hair full of product was exceptionally smooth. After rinsing, my hair was feeling quite sleek. I liked the scent from the product as well. I then followed up with the protein booster hair cream which you apply as your hair gets damp. I brushed it through without much tangling. So far I'm pretty satisfied with the product and results. The protein booster is said to hydrate and nourish damaged hair from bleaching, straightening or curling. I had stopped straightening for a while due to heat damage so I'll be further using this to see the long-term effects after use. I would recommend this for anyone wanting to try a new hair repair system. Overall, I give this a 4/5.

I received the Somerfield hair mask and treatment from 0.8L and man was I excited! I've never tried a hair treatment for them before, and since this one was particularly for people with coloured, damaged hair, I was really hoping it would do wonders. I do colour my hair and then ends are usually dry and feel damaged. The kit comes with three washes worth of product - three treatments and three hair caps that also have product in them. The kit says to basically coat your entire shampooed and washed head with the product from root to tip, then cover with the hair cap for 10 mins. I kind of found this annoying because this means I'd have to hop in and out of the shower, comb any tangles out, then coat with the treatment, top with the cap, wait 10 mins, then shower again to rinse the product out. The tube also came with a lot more product than I'd need for my head, so thank goodness I could close it back up. I can probably get about 3 washes out of one tube of treatment. I did notice that once you put the cap on, there is a slight warming sensation. The treatment does have a slight sent to it, but it wasn't unpleasant. The cap that comes with this kit is huge but does have an adjustable sticky tab at th back that you can use to tighten the cap and make sure it fits well. After waiting 10 minutes and spending quite some time making sure I washed out all the product, I can honestly say that my hair felt super moisturized and felt healthy. But my problem was that because I used a full tube of treatment, my hair also felt quite heavy and also seemed to get greasy a lot more quickly. Im hoping that this will get fixed by using less of the treatment next time. Overall I liked this hair kit and will continue to use it but with less product in the future.

I really enjoyed using the Somèrfield Restore hair mask cap for color treated hair. It’s fast and for the most part easy to use! I love using the combination of the protein booster and hair cap together. The fragrance isn’t overwhelming and it’s actually quite enjoyable. My hair is now soft, shiny, and well hydrated. The only issue I seemed to have while using this was getting all my hair in the cap and to stay in the cap while I taped it down.

I know I’ve shared this with you beauties before but I have LONG color treated and heat exposed hair and am always looking for ways to fight damage and help maintain healthy locks. I’ve tried all kinds of sprays, masks and deep conditioners to do so but I have to say that this Sommerfield Professional Hair Mask kit really impressed me.
