I had high hopes for this to help hydrate & nourish my dyed hair. I used the happy mask first and allowed it to condition my hair for 10 mins then rinsed. Afterwards, I used the protein booster in my damp hair and let it dry. My hair felt a bit nappy the next day from the protein booster. After washing it off the next day, I really didn't notice my hair being any more hydrated than it was before. For the price of the product, it didn't give me the results I had hoped. I got this free from the company in exchange for my honest opinion.

I recently tried the Somerfield hair mask, and was pleasantly suprised. It made my hair smooth, soft and silky. I haven ot colored my hair in a while, but I would definitely use this product if I ever start again.

I really enjoyed the Somerfield hair mask. I loved how soft it made my hair feel after I washed it out. It definitely added a lot of strength and conditioning to my hair, it doesn't pull like string cheese anymore lol! I would definitely recommend but probably wouldn't pay as much as the product is sold for. That's my only problem.

I absolutely love this hair mask! First off, I dye my hair red & red is one of the hardest colors to keep in because it washes out. So usually I won’t use hair masks because it strips the color like crazy. Wellll, this mask is AMAZING & is for COLOR TREATED hair! It DOESN’T strip the color, it feels amazing & I am sooo happy I found this! I totally recommend whether you have color treated hair or not!

This was unscented so I appreciated that. The cap fit perfectly and was comfortable. I was able to relax with it on. It made my hair very soft and silky. The best thing about this product is that it left my hair so straight. I’d been having very frizzy hair from the humidity and now it’s sleek.

Somerfield 30 Day Restore Hair Mask For Color Treated Hair Review-- I received this a few weeks ago. I wanted to try it because my hair has been color treated in the past and I thought that this would be good. I also saw that these products were natural and had certified organic ingredients. I was excited at first. When I first used the hair mask, I noticed that it had fragrance in it so I wasn't able to leave it on my hair for long. My hair appeared to be softer but nothing significant. After I dried and straightened my hair there was a little bit more volume to my hair. Other than that my scalp became really itchy and my hair started to curl back up a bit. The rest of the time my hair was unmanageable and felt a bit dry. To me these products didn't work well on my hair. Everyone is different so how it works on mine might be different from yours. I want to start by saying that I didn’t think this product was going to give me the results it did. I’ve used several deep conditioners and have never been left with a salon quality (if not better) results. My hair loved this stuff. The instructions say to use on towel dry hair but I actually did this in the shower. I squeezed out the excess water, put on the protein,combed it through with a shower comb and then put the cap on. The cap comes with a deep conditioning treatment already in it and once it was on, I massaged it to ensure it was fully dispersed. Rinsed after 15 min. After blow drying and straightening, my hair was so bouncy, soft, super shiny and smoothed out. I’ve never gotten a keratin treatment at the salon but I imagine it is exactly like this. The results I always hear are the results I got. After seeing a bunch of YouTube reviews, the people who let their hair air dry, found their hair with significantly less frizz and didn’t not need any product to tame it. You’re supposed to use it once a week but I have used once and the results have lasted a little over a week so far. Haven’t felt the need to use another. Though I have color treated hair, it is not super damaged so that’s probably why. I could definitely see this doing miracles for severely damaged hair. One box contained 3 packets of hair mask caps and the other box contained 3 tubes of protein boosters meant to be applied after the use of a hair mask cap. Several ingredients that can be found in both sets of products includes hydrolyzed silk, hydrolyzed keratin, hydrolyzed collagen, avocado oil, jojoba oil, camellia japonica seed oil, macadamia seed oil, sweet almond oil, royal jelly, and shea butter. These ingredients are all useful for repairing, protecting, and moisturizing hair. There are also a few different kinds of silicone ingredients which can be found listed. Although my set of products is for color treated hair, the Somerfield Professional Hair System also makes a set for normal hair condition. The hair caps are wrapped in individual packets and is meant to be used after hair has been washed and is slightly damp. It was one of those rare days when I didn't mind a picture I took on Instagram stories. I was testing the @somerfieldbeauty protein boosters and mask caps for color-treated hair. I've known about somerfield products for about 2 years now but just couldn't spend the money until I got some from @0.8l_usa. having tried this set, I now know I will keep repurchasing it and recommending it to others with dry hair. My hair LOVES these products. I've tried it 2 ways: Protein booster + hair mask cap - loved it. My hair was so soft I actually had a dream about having soft, wonderful hair that night. My hair remained soft for a week or more. Protein booster alone - still good but not as great as with the cap. I would repurchase the set rather than the protein booster by itself. . . If you swipe left, the first picture is of my hair before I used the set and the picture right after shows how it changed the ends of my hair. They we're smoother, more hydrated and just felt softer and less dry. The next 2 pictures are of the section of my hair colored blue before and after using the set. My blue hair was even softer than the purple section. In the second picture it looks more hydrated and the curls look more defined. . . Overall, I really love this set. I saw that @somerfieldbeauty also has a conditioner and I really want to try it!

I really liked this hair treatment, I believe there should have been more product in the cap as there wasn’t anywhere near enough to coat my hair, but it really made my hair feel great

It's for color treated or damaged hair. The protein boosters were amazing, left my hair so soft without the frizz, leaving my curls beautiful and bouncy. The hair cap was easy to use, I put it on and use the tab to keep the cap in place. I left it on for 15 minutes then rinsed it off. My hair was full of life, hydrated, soft and shiny. I first shampoo my hair and they towel dry, apply the protein booster and the the scalp mask for around 20 minutes. Love that I can do more stuff while the mask is on. Mask comes with a strip that has glue to hold for all those 20 minutes, but do not getting wet like I did, because it won’t work. I had to use a bobby pin to keep it in place. Now after 20 minutes, make sure you rinse your hair really good and blow dry if you need it. My hair felt very soft, I brushed it while it was wet and it was like a knife thru butter, very soft, manageable hair. After blow drying it my hair looked so healthy and soft! The rest of my hair was so much softer and easy to comb. I used the hair mask on a different occasion. They don't have much of a scent, but my having such thick, coarse, color treated hair that isn't important. I look for my hair to look and feel softer. I was happy to see both products did help my hair appear more healthy and voluminous. More bounce to my curls, and my scalp was less flaky from the booster.
