Hello guys, I had the lucky opportunity to try @isoi_officials 's Bulgarian Rose Intensive Cleansing Oil. I've tried many cleansing oils before so I was excited to try one with Bulgarian rose oil in it. Product Detail . . This is a cleansing oil that gently removes makeup and impurities on the skin. Like most, Isoi products they're plant-based and natural mixed with science. The star ingredients include sweet almond oil, vitamin e, jojoba oil, olive oil, and Bulgarian rose oil. Double cleansing is important for me since I want to make sure all my sunscreen residue and other pollutants and dirt I've accumulated are properly removed. I don't wear makeup so I can't review in that aspect. My Thoughts . . I've always been apprehensive towards cleansing oils because they always seem to break me out. Not only that they always leave a residue or film on my skin making it uncomfortable and tacky. I like cleansing oils that are easily removed. Some people use microfibers to wipe of the oil then proceed with the 2nd step of cleansing, but I don't do that (I probably should since it might be easier). This cleansing oil only required one pump for the whole face. The consistency is slightly on the heavy side but still can be considered light, and I would massage the oil for 1 minutes doing a circular motion to simulate my skin while removing my sunscreen. I easily removed the oil with water and felt hydrated and refreshed due to the skin loving oils in it. It did not clog my pores or break me out afterwards or left a film on my face.

Update: I recieved isoi's Bulgarian Rose Intensive Cleansing Oil from @08l_usa in exchange for my honest review.  I like this cleansing oil. My face feels clean and soft after using it. It does not dry my skin like many other foaming cleansers do. My face doesn't get oily like some other cleansing oils either. The smell isn't great, but it's not bad. It smells like... oil. I also really like that my face is left really clean. My makeup comes off easily and all dirt and debris is washed away. After using the cleansing oil my skin looks healthy and refreshed! I'll definitely purchase this again, but it's expensive so it's not going to be my regular face wash.

A favorite step in my skincare routine is cleansing..its just so refrshing to have clean skin after wearing makeup all day. And my favorite cleansers are and always will be oil based and balm cleansers. Since discovering them a few years ago..I wouldn't turn back for anything! Hard for me to imagine that I used the same foaming face wash for more than 10 yrs! I don't I have a favorite, I have a hard time picking favorites of anything. It is clear oil, without any scent beside natural oil fragrance, super delicate. It is not too thick and it applies smoothly on skin. It dissolves makeup quickly and emulsifies with water into white milk. With quick rinse it take your day off your face. It does not leave thick greasy filter on face and does not blind the sight out of you. Quick, easy and powerful. I can’t tell how good it is on waterproof makeup as I do not use one but layers of sunscreen goes in seconds. I truly like it. This is the @Isoi_official Bulgarian Rose Intensive Cleansing Oil from @0.8l_usa getting a mini review! ~ MINI REVIEW This cleansing oil claims to gently dissolve makeup and impurities without drying and irritating sensitive skin. It’s a pale yellow liquid that has a light rose fruity scent. Key ingredients are Safflower Seed Oil, Rose Flower Oil, and Jojoba Seed Oil. Swipe for the complete list. I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and didn’t notice right away that it says to shake the bottle before using, oops. However it still works good at removing my simple makeup even when I forget to shake it. I did expect it to emulsify more, it didn’t really - shake or no. Note that you will def need to use a second cleanser after. Overall, it’s gentle and not drying to my skin. While it’s a decent oil cleanser for me, not so much for heavier makeup- swipe for swatches. Would I buy another? No, it’s just not worth the price imo. ISOI Bulgarian Rose Intensive Cleansing Oil is a wonderful first cleanser to remove makeup, sunscreen, dirt, dust, etc. It cleanses the skin without stripping it and works wonderfully as a first cleanse.

I’m really loving the entire collection and can’t wait to show and do a review on all of it together. You can use this oil alone or in with your double cleanse. I always double cleanse, but I did use this cleanser alone to see how my skin would feel and it felt super moisturizing without feeling oily.

It has a subtle rose smell. I like everything rose, be it in perfume or ice cream. It goes on very smooth and is quite slippery and so you can work it in. It gets all the make up out and does the job very well. It retails for $52 @greenalleyshop. I don't like paying a lot for things I am going to wash off. So I might not buy it again.

It doesn't smell like anything maybe a very very faint rose smell. This breaks down makeup and sunscreen properly without a lot of effort. However I felt like I had to use little bit more product than I normally use. The ingredient list contains three emulsifiers so it emulsifies nicely and rinse off completely without leaving any residue. It doesn't irritate my eyes and takes off water proof mascara beautifully. . 🌹Final though It's amazing at getting the job done, very gentle and can be used around the eyes with no stinging, and is rich with beautiful oils. However, it's expensive. I know lots of people enjoy luxuries balms and oils as the first cleanser. It's an important relaxing part of their self care routine. For me Personally I don't think I need to spend a lot of money on a cleaning oil. That's just my personal opinion. If you like a luxurious oil, this is a great option 💕💕💕 . To use the product, you dispense a small amount into your palm and slowly message over you face and eye areas, while letting the oil dissolve any dirt and makeup built up over the day before rinsing off. The texture itself is a thick, rich liquid, but doesn’t leave a sticky or greasy feeling. Like the name suggests the key ingredient is the Bulgarian Rose oil, this premium high grade oil is certified by the Bulgarian government. Enriched with other nourishing plant oils like Safflower, Jojoba, Macadamia, Apricot Kernel, Sweet Almond, Olive, Grapeseed this offers an intensely hydrating cleansing experience. One pump of this thick, smooth oil is enough to whisk away makeup, sunscreen, dirt and impurities from your skin while leaving your skin clean, moisturized and smooth. It rinses off clean without leaving behind any residue. Like all ISOI products this cleansing oil is EWG verified and retails for $52/150ml.
