it was slightly liquidy and was a lightish yellow clear color. the scent is not very noticeable and the scent didnt bother me at all. i dont think it smelled great though. i honestly cant really describe the scent . my skin felt very smooth after using it . my face looked very clean but my skin did slightly tighten up a bit in spots and im not really a fan of that . there wasnt really anything special about the product it cleaned my skin well but it wasnt amazing

This cleanser has a smooth texture and a pleasant scent. It is a lightly foaming cleanser that seems to clean well but was a little too drying for my skin. I typically use moisturizing cleansers, so I probably should have known better. I would recommend this for people with oilier and less sensitive skin than mine! You can probably see in the picture that it dries my skin to the point of being tight and shiny. This maybe isn’t a big deal, but I also thought the bottle was kind on unprofessional. It looks like something you’d pick up at a farmer’s market and I’m used to higher-end stuff from 08Liter!

As you can see in a picture I was wearing full makeup when I used it, after washing my face, I rinsed and luke warm water using my hands and then using a cloth with lukewarm water to make sure I got it all off. It removed all of my makeup including my eye lashes and eye makeup. I was very impressed with this cleanser. I had no irritations from this product, no allergies, my skin felt very clean and refreshed and did appear brighter it seemed to remove dead skin cells like an exfoliator and maked my skin very soft. Heather Marianna has done it again, I am openly a Heather Marianna Beauty Bitchen addict I love all the products I've tried and this cleanser is an exceptionally good cleanser. For the price, and what it does I would definitely repurchase and recommend. It has no scent that I noticed, it just made my skin look and feel AWESOME.

🇮🇹 It doesn't surprise me that @HeatherMarianna would name one of her @beautykitchenjunkie products Italians Do It Better Facial Cleanser being the Italian Diva she is and I normally love all her products but this was somewhat a miss for me! 🇮🇹 The basis behind the name is the Italian Green Clay it is made with that is good for detoxifying, drawing out impurities, and tightening pores. It also has Vitamin C Ester, water, and a few other ingredients I couldn't pronounce. It claims it conditions the skin while helping to refine and support leaving your skin feeling clean, fresh, and revived. 🇮🇹 The first thing I noticed was the smell which I have to say isn't very appealing. I thought it smelled like pool water but I did like how light it felt on my face. It suds up nicely and my face felt really clean, refreshed, and soft after rinsing. 🇮🇹 If the smell doesn't turn you off this would be an ideal facial cleanser. It also has a very thin consistency somewhat serum like I didn't care for at first but my skin felt so soft and clean so I'll keep using it until it's finished.

I received this product from 08liter in exchange for my honest review at a discount. Italians Do It Better Facial Cleanser. Made of Purified green clay, vitamin C, Estoril loofah. Soft lather and conditions the skin while helping to refine and support, leaving skin clean, fresh and revived. The packaging looks to be an indie shop, which I have no problem with. It cleans your face well and leaves it soft afterward. The only problem is the smell. It stinks! It could be the clay that gives a very off-putting scent. I don't know. So that is the trade-off. A good enough cleanser with an off-putting scent. I put up a short video on Instagram.

I truly enjoyed the Italians do it better Facial Cleanser. It’s all natural and hydrates while cleansing my face. There was no unpleasant scent. The texture is thin so it doesn’t goop on my face and it is very refreshing.

This one is a big thumbs down for me. Words cannot describe how awful this smells. No amount of stirring or shaking made the smell any better. I’ve cleaned up poop and puke as a mom, and I’ve dealt with rotting flesh and C Dif in the hospital. I consider myself able to handle just about any smell I encounter, until I tried this. Yes, my skin felt clean without feeling stripped of oils. Yes, my skin felt soft after using this cleanser. These benefits don’t even come close to making it worth using because of the smell. Surely there could have been some natural ingredients that could have been added to this that wouldn’t irritate skin but that would mask the hideous odor. I’m giving it 1.5 stars because 1 is the lowest score I could give because of the stench and the 1/2 star because it cleansed my skin well and left it soft. There would have to be some major changes to this in order for me to even consider buying this in the future. I’m really disappointed too because I typically love Heather Marianna products. It’s such a shame that this smells so disgusting.
