Today I'm reviewing the Awake/Asleep Parsley Energy Serum. This is a combo of Italian parsley, Centella Asiatica & other goodies. This sooths & conditions your skin, while also rejuvenating & energizing it. They call it the Green Solution, because of its healing effects, balancing the skin, & giving it an allover vitality. It also uses chlorophyll ,which is excellent for troubled, over-stressed skin. Chlorophyll is an antioxidant & our skin loves it! Chlorophyll is such a powerful antioxidant, these antioxidants prevent the oxidation of other molecules. Because of its anti-oxidents, chlorophyll is purifying & helps the skin breathe. My thoughts: I love this stuff! It seriously makes your skin feel like velvet! Another great aspect of this product, is it doesn't make your skin sticky or tacky feeling, bt leaves it very moisturized. They say you can apply at any time during the day.. I was exstic about the size & look of the bottle. It's a nice sized bottle, that will last a good amount of time & it's a very attractive, as well. I've worked it into my daily routine morning/night. I've been using it as 1 of my first serums & I really like it! As I said before, it makes your skin feel like velvet & I mean it. I also like that it's very affordable! I found it on one site for on sale for only $14.96, plus it's a big bottle, so it'll last you a while. This has so many crazy good things in it, that skincare lovers will be a fan of, when they see this powerhouse list of ingredients. If you didn't know about Italian parsley before, you'll soon no longer think of it as just a garnish. I've been using this for about 2 solid weeks & I'm kinda in love w this. Only longer use of the product will tell, if it's going to be a holy grail item or not, bt I think it has real possibilities. It has a laundry list of benefits, bt only time is the true test & I've got high hopes! I would certainly recommend this to others of all skin types. This is also a great product if you deal w breakouts & other skin issues. It's safe for sensitive skin & in time, will give your skin a healthy glow.

I received the AwakeAsleep Parsley Seed Energy Serum from @08l_usa for $3.99 for my honest review. This serum keeps your skin free of irritation of dry and harmful environment Grown in the Mediterranean, it’s rich in chlorophyll, parsley extract and parsley seed extract invigorates tired skin. It’s loaded with lotus root extract instead of water to hydrate skin. You’re supposed to layer 2-3 times to moisturize skin. This serum has a light scent of lavender. My thoughts- I’m not crazy about this serum at all. First, I have enough steps in my day/night skincare routine. Another product that I have to use 2 or 3 layers isn’t convenient, it’s more of a hassle. I didn’t feel as though it absorbed into my skin with 1 layer and it felt greasy. I don’t know if I would feel differently about this product if I had dry skin. Finally, I really didn’t notice any difference it’s made in my skin. It is the same. Possibly over time but I’m not sure if I can continue to use this feeling the way I do about it. I gave it 2 stars because it does have a nice dark green glass container.

It is supposed to help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, stimulate collagen production and combat free radicals.  It’s antibacterial, anti-fungal and helps balance sebum. The Centella moisturizes and energizes. . 🌿 I could go on and on about the great ingredients in this fabulous serum. I love it’s slightly viscous texture and how nicely it smooths in. This has very quickly become one of the serums I use with every routine. I mix up a cocktail of them based on benefits and what my skin needs at the time. This one is so calming and moisturizing. In the summer I get an oily t-zone and I love that this helps with that too. There is no fragrance. I’ve had no irritation while using this and the the moisture lasts. This serum is the perfect balance for skin that is is oily on the outside but inside is dehydrated. It helps solve the problem of dryness and tightness. Also contains ingredients Centella Asiatics and Parsley to help troubled skin be calm, less irritated, and bring a better and glowy complexion. The chlorophyll comed from the Italian Parsley seed sprouts. Awake Sleep uses chlorophyll because it helps eliminate skin wastes and renew skin condition. My thoughts on the serum is this is a pretty big bottle that contains 100ml/ 3.38 fl. oz. This is pretty good decent size bottle to use for 6 months, if using it everyday. It comes with a eyedropper and is easy to open and close. The serum is scented similar to lavender. It isn't a strong scent that lingers or anything. I apply the serum and it isn't sticky but a little bit of a oily feeling which goes away once absorbed into the skin. It doesn't feel heavy and makes my skin look refreshed and awake. I think this is great for in the morning since it brightens up my complexion and helps with any trouble areas such as dryness, redness, or dullness. I give this a 10/10.

This is a beautiful green serum that is made with Parsley seed. it is naturally green in color. the scent us lavender which i really loved in it. the serum is not watery and quickly absorbs into the skin without any tackiness. the bottle is 100ml and can be used within 24 months after opened. it is a wonderful serum to be added to the daily skincare routine. it is suitable for all skin types including acne prone and sensitive skin. i received it from @08liter_usa and i really loved the experience. i paid a trial fee

This is a really lovely serum from the brand a AwakeAsleep and it is their Parsley seed energy serum. It contains centauri and parsley extracts that apparently are grown in the sun of the Mediterranean. The reason I chose to request this was because it is supposed to help keep your dry skin in check and comfortable and I can say with complete honesty that it works. I have been using this day and night for about 3 weeks right after my toner and my skin is in such good shape. Actually...it might be teetering on the edge of oily, which as a dry skinned girl is wonderful. The product is not oily at all itself, but I feel like somehow it is balancing my skin and having it level out. I havent added anything else to my routine in ages, so I know it's this. I also have experienced no breakouts whatsoever. Another interesting thing about this serum is that I can absolutely, 100% feel it soaking into my skin. It's near instantaneous and almost tingles. For the smell....it is veeeeeeery medicinal or outdoorsy. I dont love it, but I do like that it doesnt seem like they added that scent, instead it comes from the ingredients. It does go away after a few minutes. Also....this bottle is freaking ENORMOUS. 100ml!!!! I have in included a picture so you can get the scale of a normal 30ml bottle. I highly recommend this product, and I recieved it for a trail fee in exchange for my review.

Greens are great for the skin the same way greens are great for your body. This Parsley Seed Energy Serum contains chlorophyll, niacinamide ,centella Asiatica and parsley extract to help repair dry skin and it works great for sensitive and acneic skin. It has a mild lavender herbal scent and it is a light viscosity that absorbs right into the skin without leaving a sticky residue. I have been using this for 2weeks and I feel my skin more hydrated , clear , bright and plump. Thanks @0.8l_usa for letting me try this for a small trial price. Hi everyone! This is the AwakeAsleep Parsley Seed Energy Serum 100ml. It retails around $25.00. The Green Solution claims to balance, soothe, and vitalize the skin with mild energy. Chlorophyll is known to rejuvenate troubled skin and keeps skin fresh. The moisturizing texture with low viscosity moisturizes the skin without stickiness. I really like this serum so far. The serum is a water-like consistency and green in color. I love that there are no artificial coloring and that the bottle is green and...huge?! I’m kind of new to serums so I honestly never had such a large bottle of serum and it’s pretty heavy in weight which I love. The scent is a lavender scent mixed with parsley. It’s quite nice and refreshing on the skin. The dropper is sturdy with generous product payout. When applying, it feels like a normal oily serum they melts into the skin beautifully. After using this a few times, I’ve noticed my skin felt lifted and looked visibly brighter. I also felt a little bit of tightening as the product absorbed deeper into my pores. This serum made my face feel hydrated and supple as well! I would definitely recommend this product. AwakeAsleep parsley serum 🌸Claims: balance, soothe and vitalize skin; a highly moisturizing serum with low viscosity and no stickiness. 🌸Some ingredients:  contains parsley seeds filled with chlorophyll, which helps stimulate dry, sensitive and wrinkled skin; mugwort, centella asiatica (great for healing acne), EWG green grade natural ingredients with no artificial coloring, lavender oil, asiaticoside (helps skin heal faster), niacinamide (anti-inflammatory agent), hamamelis virginiana bark leaf, melia azadirachta flower/leaf extract and madecassoside (soothing agent). 🌸Scent: while it says parsley on the bottle it smells like lavender oil. I love lavender, if you are sensitive to it, it may not be the serum for you, but I will say the scent does not linger after you pat the serum on your skin. 🌸Texture: aqueous texture with a little bit of oil feeling after mixing it due to the lavender oil, but it dissipates fast. 🌸Results:  while is too soon to tell, I have noticed my skin feels and looks less red and more hydrated. The first sign was the feeling on my cheeks as soon as I woke up, there’s no tightness on them. Also, I use it alone or mixed with my face cream and in the morning under makeup and stays on with no oiliness. I really like this serum since it soothes my skin and relaxes me at the same time. Overall is a great serum even for my combo/sensitive skin and enlarged pores; my irritated skin was soothed and hydrated and is a big bottle for a serum.

Today I’m here with a review for a serum from a new brand I was able to try thanks to @08l_usa! That brand is AwakeAsleep and this is their Parsley Seed Energy Serum! I’m so pleased with this product, & it’s probably hitting HG status w/ my stash of serums/ampoules I’ve collected in the past year. This item retails for $14.96 on Jolse.com at the moment. Okay, let’s get onto the review. AwakeAsleep claims that this product will: “The Green Solution balances, soothes, and vitalizes the skin with mild energy. Chlorophyll rejuvenates the troubled skin condition and keeps the skin fresh. The moisturizing texture with low viscosity moisturizes the skin without stickiness.” I have a full breakdown of the ingredients in a screenshot via cosDNA included, just swipe left! This is a clean K-Beauty product! The serum comes w/ 100ml packaged in a pretty green glass bottle. With a big long dropper, that ensures you can get every bit of product out of the bottle when you start to run out. The product does have a cross between a Parsley & lavender scent. It does smell a bit like my Yuri Pibu Parsley Toner! So I use serums mostly at night right before I put a sheet mask on. Here lately I’ve been using two serums instead of just one. I use about half a dropper full on my face after cleanser, toner, my after toner oil, & essence at night only. It’s smooths onto my skin easily and absorbs after a little patting. It is very slightly sticky, but that doesn’t bother me. One layer generally leaves my skin feeling moisturized w/ that glass skin look, without looking oily. This serum has been great for my dry/combo skin this summer. It has made my skin look more vitalized & moisturized. I’ve already ordered another backup for when I run out of this, which honestly is gonna be awhile because of the massive amount of product you get with this! I’ve been tired of seeing Mugwort based skincare everywhere in #abcommunity and was pleasantly surprised to spot @awas24hrs Parsley seed serum on #08L . A brand that I hadn’t heard of and a product that I hadn’t seen here before but I decided to pay a trial fee of $3.99 to try this in exchange for a review after looking at its ingredients. Thank you, Michelle @colebiancardi for the entry in cosdna .. 100ml of this serum is housed in a glass bottle with a dropper. The packaging is functional and I have no compliants. However, I don't know why this is a serum and not an essence. A standard essence like packaging would work too .. Like the name suggests the star ingredient here is Italian Parsley (extract and seeds), rich in antioxidants, antimicrobial, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. Other notable ingredients include Centella Asiatica extract, Asiaticoside, Madecassoside, Niacinamide, Panthenol,Adenosine, Indian Neem extract and Acetyl octapeptide-3.The serum claims to soothe, revitalize skin and correct the oil-moisture balance .. I've only used it a few times in my routines and find it to be lightweight and hydrating. Lavender oil gives it a natural scent that is relaxing but if your skin is sensitive to it, this serum might not work for you. It easily fits into a layering routine,quickly sinks into my skin without any stickiness and I find it to be a tad bit moisturizing too. I look forward to using this during the winter months when my skin needs the extra hydration. Retails for $25/100ml but is currently available on sale for $15 at Jolse. The product went on like silk and made my skin feel smooth and refreshed. It did retain some tackiness for quite awhile, but once it was fully absorbed did not feel tacky. I love the way it felt on my skin. Due to the thin viscosity I would have considered this to be an essence had it not stated it was a serum. In fact, that might be the way in which I would use it. I don’t think it would ruin this product if I used another serum on top. According to what I read while researching this appears to be a new company and this is their first product. I really do like the product and feel I will enjoy it very much. I definitely fit into a few of the categories of skin that this product is supposed to help. If you hurry over to @JOLSE you can get it for just under $15 right now. This is such an awesome serum, I love that you get such a good value in the size of the bottle. Beautiful green color and glass bottle, it looks lovely sitting on the counter. it's a beautiful texture, silky and smooth, and sinks fairly easily into the skin without leaving any sticky or weird residue. This can even be used layered 2 to 3 times if you're looking for something with extra moisturizing power. It has a very green, earthy organic parsley scent to it naturally, so be aware if you don't like the smell of parsley. It doesn't last long after application, and didn't bother me at all.

This is the Parsley Seed Energy Serum from AwakeAsleep. It comes in a beautiful, dark green bottle, containing 100 ml of product. Good for brightening and oil-water balance for your skin. It obviously has parsley seeds extract, and also Centella Asiatica extract and chlorophyll. It does have a lavender scent, which is very calming and not overpowering. Texture is a little bit slick (less watery than some other serums), and I have to be careful not to use too much under my makeup or I get little shiny during the day. At night, I can use more and layover with other products, and it makes my face super moisturized. But other than moisturizing my face, I can’t see any difference on my combination, acne-prone skin. Also, help restore brightness, correct the oil-moisture balance, and aid with troubled skin. The key ingredients are centella asiatica and parsley seeds which are filled with chlorophyll that help eliminate waste. Also, has madecassoside, asiaticoside, and other skin-friendly ingredients which all are considered safe and low hazard by EWG Skin Deep cosmetics database. It’s a very pale green color, lightweight, and slightly viscous. It feels a little oily but not at all greasy or sticky. And has a fresh, herbal, lavender scent which is natural. I use about half a dropper full on my face, after cleanser and toner, day and night. It’s smooths over my skin easily and absorbs after a little patting. One layer leaves my skin feeling moisturized and with a nice sheen but doesn’t look too oily. I’ve experienced tingles a couple times, but not each time. Also, I noticed that it helped reduce redness, heal a couple of pimples, kept a couple from coming to the surface. Plus, it’s a nice lightweight moisturizer, for my combo skin, during the current hot weather. Overall, I’ve had a positive experience with this product and happy to have in my skincare rotation. I’d recommend for all most skin types-oilier types (or those who prefer a matte finish) might want to use less or at night only.
