Reviewing AwakeAsleep Parsley Seed Energy Serum. what I was first met with.------ The container is made of glass and is equipped with a dropper and filter. The smell, as the name suggests is parsley, it can be a bit overpowering for some, for me it wasn't too much since I enjoy scented products as long as my skin isn't irritated by them, unfortunately this DIDirritate my skin.------ I mostly used the AA Parsley when winter rolled around. I’d use about four drops and then follow up with a cream moisturiser. My top issue with the product had been the oily look combined with the almost heavy stickiness of the product. I will not be purchasing it a second time since almost a year later and i've barely touched the bottle and do not recommend it if you have sensitive skin. I purchased this through 0.8Liter at a discounted price for my honest opinion.

🍃Review Time🍃I received a 100ml glass bottle of the AwakeAsleep Parsley Seed Energy Serum through @0.8l_usa for a discounted price in exchange for my review. After cleansing and toning I applied 6 drops of the Serum to my skin. The Serum was on the thicker side with a consistency similar to an oil and a lavender scent that dissipated about 10 minutes after application. The Serum absorbed in 3-4 minutes and felt slightly tacky. The Serum is moisturizing and skin soothing. Ingredients included: Centella asiatica leaf water, methyl Gluceth-20, Butylene Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Sorbitol, Niacinamide, Glycerin, Polyglyceryly-10 Caprylate/Caprate, Polyglyceryl-10 Laurate, Acetyl Hexapeptide-3, adenosine, Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP Copolymer, Asiaticoside, Caprylyl Glycol, Centella asiatica extract, Disodium EDTA, Ethylhexylglycerin, Hamamelis Virginiana peal/leaf/twig extract, lavender oil, madecassoside, Melia Azadirachta flower Extract, , Melia Azadirachta Leaf Extract, panthenol, pantolactone, parsley extract(1ppm), Italian parsley extract (1ppm), t-Butyl Alcohol , Water. I use this every morning, I look forward to it because I get to use the little glass dropper, it’s fun. It also has a good effect on my skin. It brightens it and gives it a cleaner look. I really like it. It’s nice.

My Review Ok, for starters this is the best smelling Serum I’ve ever gotten, it has this amazing scent of almost a cross between rosemary and lavender or let’s just say walking in a garden of herbs. I love to just smell it because it really has a mind opening sensation that makes me almost relaxed but energized at the same time. It also comes in a very big bottle(which I was pleasantly surprised) It’s also a slightly thick serum but soaks right into your skin without leaving a sticky or greasy feeling after using it, so I just use a drop on my forehead, cheeks and chin, the. massage it all over my face And neck till it’s completely absorbed. I had gotten this serum to try out thanks to @0.8l_usa and @awas24hrs for my honest review.

This is the @awas24hrs Parsley Seed Energy Serum* ... This contains Centella Asiatica Extract as the first ingredient for recovery, repair, and protection. A new ingredient in skincare I have never used before is Parsley extract and it helps with elasticity and revitalization. This is a great product for sensitive and acne prone skin. It's EWG certified. I absolutely think this is a gorgeous product. It comes in a 100ML bottle. I think I will use this right after my essence/toner. It says to use a pipette worth, but I find that if I do it is sticky for far too long. Another fabulous thing about this is that is has a 24 month shelf life!!! I am happy with this and can't wait to continue to use as I just started introducing it into my routine. I think it's going to be great for fall/winter months. Side note- I used this on my misquote bites yesterday and it totally calmed them down! My hubby gets red skin patches that become irritated. He used a baby wipe to wipe the sweat off of his face and the places immediately became red and was burning him. I used some of this on those places and it immediately calmed it down. The parsley extracts invigorate the skin, helping it feel refreshed. I really liked this serum. I had never heard of this brand until I was selected to try this. The serum is clear, and surprisingly, not oily. My skin literally sucked this serum up within seconds after I applied it. The bottle is huge, so this should last a long time and is a great value. This serum has a pleasant, herbal smell. Since I only received this product 3 days ago, I have only tried it a few times. Despite this, the mornings after using this I woke up with skin that just looked brighter. Based on what I’ve experienced about this product so far, I would recommend it to others.

I was very curious if this serum would smell like parsley when I received it. It doesn’t, more of a lavender/herbal smell. It comes in a very nice glass bottle that I will like recycle in the future for other products. The size of this is huge! This bottle is going to last me quite some time. This has a slew of good ingredients such as central’s, antioxidants, mulberry, niancimide, and of course parsley. It’s intended to help soothe sensitive skin and reduce redness. It’s very moisturizing but I can’t comment yet on the redness. One qualm is that it does leave my face a bit sticky. The smell could also be overpowering to those sensitive to scents. I’ll definitely use this as a night serum due to the stickiness. Overall, a nice product and the size of the bottle makes it totally worth it. It is translucent with a very pale tint of green and has a slight lavender herbal scent. All of the ingredients are EWG green grade, yay! I also love that water is the last thing on the list. A few key ingredients are: Centella, Niacinamide, Madecassoside, Mulberry, and Parsley Extracts. Swipe for the complete Google translated list. With all of the ingredients, I think it will also reduce redness over time. I’ve used this the past week or so and have noticed that it does leave a slight dry filmy feel after absorbing. Other than that, it has helped my redness a little so far and is moisturizing. It seems like an overall good serum and I’ll probably use it mostly at night even though I don’t notice the filmy feel after applying a cream and spf. This is a great every day serum. While it does have oils in it, it is late enough to even wear during the day. It has some interesting ingredients such as lotus extract and abalone extract, but in very small amounts. Strangely, the box advertises parsley extract and centella asiatica, but when I did Google translate on the box, neither of those things came up in the ingredients. Swipe for ingredients. This is the first time I've ever heard of the brand "Awake asleep" but I am very interested in seeing what other items they offer. . . . . 🌿Parsley in skincare is a new ingredient for me so I was very intrigued with this @awas24hrs Parsley Seed Energy Serum. It comes in a whopping bottle of 100 ml. Did you know Italian parsley seed has 64 times the amount of ORAC score when compared to mugwort and 59 times compared to green tea? ORAC score is the plant’s antioxidant capacity. Wow!! • 🌱This serum has a beautiful light green color and watery viscosity. It has a very relaxing lavender scent. After application, it does leave my skin looking extra ‘moist’ from the hydration so I normally only use it at night. So far, I haven’t seen a huge difference but I have been enjoying it. So much so that I nabbed an extra one when it was on sale on JOLSE. • •

It was provided by @08L_usa for a trial fee in exchange for an honest review. # I didn’t have any backup #centella serums in my stash, so I jumped at a chance to try this serum from a new-to-me brand! In addition to centella, it also contains Italian Parsley Seed, which contains chlorophyll 🌱 The serum claims to balance oil production, soothe & vitamins the skin. Perfect for summer! # The formula is very thin, almost like an essence, but dispenses easily from the dropper. I love me an efficient dropper LOL. The product spreads easily & smells like lavender. I used this in both my AM & PM routines for almost 2 weeks. # The serum was easy to incorporate into my routine & I didn’t experience pilling. It absorbs pretty quickly as well, thanks to the thin formula. I did find this to be quite tacky, even after it had dried down. Not an issue for me since I always have a ton of layers, but take note if that bothers you! # So far, this seems like a nice enough hydrating serum. I haven’t been blown away by it, but would like to give it more time before making any conclusions. I’m hopeful that maybe it will reduce redness, since it’s quite economical compared to my first choice centella serum (PureHeals). The Parsley Seed Energy Serum is designed to provide powerful life energy to moisturize and revitalize the skin. The serum comes in a big, sturdy glass bottle and has a pretty notable lavender scent. The lavender is included to soothe and provides some aromatherapy. It contains 100 ml (3.38 oz) which is larger than most serums. The serum has a very long dropper and is easy to dispense. In person, the serum has a very green tinge to it. It’s slightly watery and slightly thick. The serum spreads out nicely and has an extremely moisturizing feeling and it’s slightly sticky. The serum soaks into the skin a bit slowly and leaves a very tacky finish. The lavender scent hangs around for a bit, but it does eventually fade. Recommended use is after washing your face morning and evening, apply the serum and gently pat it into the skin for better absorption. To use this serum in a more comprehensive way; Step 1: apply about 1/3rd of the dropper on your face. Step 2: If you applied toner before, use only about half of the dropper to the skin. Step 3: Wait until it’s completely absorbed and finally, apply a small amount over that and allow natural absorption from body temperature. After using, the first thing to note is I do think this could be a good product for sensitive skin, but if you have a sensitive nose, are not a fan of lavender or what have you then you won’t want to try this. The texture of this serum is very nice, it smooths the skin over and is intensely moisturizing. I do think this could work for oily skin types due to some of the ingredients being good at controlling acne and/or excessive oil. The effects of the serum last quite a while. My skin stays moisturized for longer when using this and I do think it helps with redness, but I wouldn’t say the results are out of this world. Maybe with extended use, I will see a bigger change. The serum is tacky and it’s nice to apply under makeup. I’d recommend this to people with oily skin, skin problems in general or people with dry and sensitive skin. What I like: this serum is very nourishing and moisturizing, I like the sensation of it on the skin. I personally also like the lavender scent and it feels very natural. It’s very soothing and I think it’s good for redness or excessive oil. The effects are long-lasting and it also comes in a very large size for serum and has a dropper. What I don’t like: some people may hate the fragrance, which is kind of strong. This is a great product otherwise. Rating: 9/10

The serum itself is a thin, watery like liquid that’s lightly tinted green. This sinks into my skin pretty fast and leaves a velvety-like texture behind. I love this serum and have been using this both day and night since I received it. It’s great under foundation or alone, either way, I end up with the softest, smoothest skin I’ve had from a product in quite awhile.
