I want to start by saying that I genuinely wanted to love this product. There are so many things about it that I enjoyed, but in the end it I have to give it a negative rating. Why? We will get there momentarily. Let's get to it shall we? ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ This is the Real Barrier Aqua Soothing Gel Cream Mask. The Idea behind it is Real Barrier took their Aqua Cream Gel and turned it into a mask. It's a cool concept, the mask is a gauze material and the pouch is loaded with a gel moisturizer. I mean LOADED! There is so much of this stuff that I have been taking the excess gel after I used a mask and saving it into an old moisturizer jar. The ingredients differ slightly than there Aqua soothing gel, it a thinner consistency I believe. The mask is meant to cool the skin down when it is overheated, and good for moisture replenishing. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I was loving this mask at first as I said, but then it all took a left turn. I had an allergic reaction on my neck from this mask. A very painful, angry red rash developed. At first, I thought it was from the coconut oil when I dermaplaned recently. (It looks like the Razer burn from hell) I used a product from razor burn and it started to calm down somewhat, but then I applied this mask and it flared up again and now I have what looks like welts on my neck. The skin on my neck is my most sensitive area and if a product is going to have a reaction it's usually there. I am so disheartened by this because I loved these masks and the gel in them. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ So, in conclusion, I don't think they are terrible masks, they moisturize amazing, they left my skin feeling amazing. Yet, there is an ingredient in them that sensitive skin like mine doesn't take to. It might be what they use to make your face feel cooler. I honestly can't say because I've never had a reaction to the ingredients that they use before. REVIEW of Real Barrier Aqua Soothing Gel Cream Mask CLAIMS: Moisture replenishing, refreshing moisture as if you applied the whole jar of Aqua Soothing Gel Cream PACKAGING & APPEARANCE: The masks arrived in a box with ice on the front cover and solid blue around the edges.  Inside are 10 masks packaged individually in packets. The packets have the same print as the box.  There are instructions in English and Korean on the box as well as on the individual packets. You can easily open the packet at the top by tearing it.  The mask is white and the gel is clear. You can purchase a box of 10 masks for 30,000 South Korean Won (approximately, $25.94). MY THOUGHTS: I have used this mask a few times now, it’s especially nice to use this after a very hot and humid day.  To apply this, you unfold the mask and place it on your face evenly for 10-20 minutes, after removing it, you pat the rest of the gel into your skin.  This mask is definitely refreshing and gives a nice cooling feeling. However, there was so much gel on the mask that I actually had to scrape some of it off.  After removing this, it took a little time to pat the rest of the essence into my skin and my face was very shiny. This might feel really good if you have sunburnt skin.  I enjoyed this mask because I am typically always hot, so it’s nice to have the cooling feeling on your skin as well as moisturizing it at the same time. Real Barrier Aqua Soothing Gel Cream Mask 10ea is a try for a honest opinion. This is a 10 pack. It has a nice smell to it. Not strong. I have a picture with the mask on. It had a lot of the cream essence left in the package that I put on my face. I left it on for 20 minutes then took the mask off. I had to massage the essence in but it took quite awhile to absorb but left the skin smooth and really moisturized. If you have dry or sunburnt skin, this mask is perfect for you.

I am a face masks lover and I use them frecuently to hydrate my dry skin specially the days I spent outdoors and my experience with this one was not what I expected. First it was a kind of a challenge to unfold it because it comes soaked with too much gel, I tried to take the excess off before applying it on my face, but I removed it probably after 5 minutes because I started to feel some could get into my eyes, plus it feels uncomfortable and heavier than other mask due to so much liquid. I put whatever it was left in the package into a little measuring cup and I got 3 teaspoon of unnecessary gel for a mask sheet, so I used it as a cream on my face, neck and arms and I think it could be a nice mask if it would come with the right amount of product because the texture of the gel is good enough to hydrate the skin.

I was thrilled to be trying this mask out! These come 5 to a box, and retail on this site for $15. This is a brightening sheet mask that illuminates dull, dry skin, leaving a radiant, glowy finish. This brightening mask contains a vitamin complex to restore the skin's natural, clear complexion for a healthy, dewy glow. The vitamin complex contains 10 different vitamins, along with Glutathione, a core ingredient used in Dermatology for skin brightening, to restore the skin's natural clearness, and reveal a healthy, glowing skin texture. This is also a hydrating mask, helping to restore the skin's moisture levels. The fine, pearly milk essence is formulated with AQUAXYL that contains 5 different forms of Hyaluronic Acid to improve dull skin caused by dryness by delivering moisture to every layer of the skin. AQUAXYL (Xylitol + Anhydroxylitol) works to balance oil and water in the skin and transforms dried out, dull, and rough skin into hydrated, plump skin without leaving skin feeling stripped by giving each layer of skin a shot of moisture. I received this product for an honest review from #08liter. I was interested in this product because most of the face masks that I use claim they moisturize, hydrate, plump, brighten or reduce wrinkles. This product cools and soothes flushed or overheated skin. I was pleasantly surprised at how cool it felt on my skin and the package was full of extra essence that I used on my neck and hands. If you're looking for a product to maintain your skin it's not the product for you. But if you want a mask to cool and soothe your face due to excessive heat, sun exposure, humidity or dehydrated skin, this is the product for you. You get 10 masks in a pack so they should last through most of the summer which is well worth the money.

I tried Aqua Smoothing Gel Cream Mask from Atopalm. It is a sheet mask soaked in mildly cooling ingredients of Atopalm’s Aqua Smoothing Gel Cream for flushed and heated skin. The sheet mask came with plenty of gel cream, which was very refreshing upon application. I put mine in the fridge before so it was very cooling and I think it did a good job of making my flushed skin feel less uncomfortable. It also moisturized my skin without feeling greasy. But it left my skin very sticky and shiny afterward, so I would probably only use it before going to sleep. This mask is also one that would be perfect for overheated, flushed, & even sensitive skin. Once I run out of these, I’ll probably repurchase them. I received the Real Barrier Aqua Soothing Gel Cream Masks from @08l_usa for $3.99 in exchange for my honest review. This soothing face mask is 100% cotton gauze that is soaked in gel cream infused with mild cooling ingredients for flushed and heated skin. The gel cream formula soothes and moisturizes skin. After I cleansed and toned my skin, I had it on for 20 minutes. After I removed it, I gently patted the remaining gel into my skin. There is quite a bit of gel cream that remains in the pack so I sealed it and am going to use it tomorrow night. My skin feels cool and is visibly hydrated. It feels so soft. Personally, in the Summertime, I don’t use heavier moisturizers because of my oily skin so this gel cream formula was light, yet hydrated my skin. It smells like Fruity Pebbles to me but it’s very faint. I highly recommend these masks! They can also be refrigerated so it would definitely feel amazing after being outside in the heat!

This soothing gel cream gel was very moisturizing and calming. Each packet comes with a sheet and a lot of cream gel. There was enough that I could smear it on my neck as well. It was very relaxing and I could feel my face cooling a little under it. The only thing I didn’t like was that it was heating up under my nose and a little uncomfortable there.

After I placed the mask on, I spread the remaining gel over the mask for added relief. I removed the mask after 30 minutes and rinsed the remaining gel off with lukewarm water and patted dry. My face feels amazing and smooth! The box comes with 10 masks and is a great value! I would highly recommend this mask for a refreshing lift for your face!

I kept these in the fridge and they feel super cooling and refreshing on my over-heated skin. Each mask has a copious amount of opaque, thick gel in the pouch. The material is like gauze so it’s thin and adhered very well. • ❄️ After placement, there was so much essence, which has a light herbal scent, left; so I applied it all over my arms and legs. I was able to wear this mask for about an hour because the gel never fully dry/absorbed completely. After removal, my face felt so hydrated and moisturized with some stickiness. It did feel as if I have a protection layer on my face and there was some oily residue feel when I touched it with my fingertips. • 💰I scored this box of 10 sheet masks from @0.8l_usa for $3.99 (which is a super awesome deal) but I highly recommend them they if you’re a fan of sheet masks.

The material of the mask is very thin and gauze like which works great with the thick essence. There's a ton of gel. This mask contains 30ml of essence which can be overwhelming. I scooped out the gel and put it all over my face before placing the mask over it. Doing this gave me about 40 minutes of wear time before I removed it and patted the leftover essence in. It left my skin feeling hydrated and cooled. It also helped with any redness I had due to irritation or blemishes. Honestly, I really liked the masks and I didn't think I would because of the thicker essence. If you have dry or irritated skin I recommend. Real Barrier Aqua Soothing Gel Cream Mask . This mask claims to be a cooling mask for sensitive skin. . I love the fit and scent of these masks. Scent reminds me of a cool water scent and it is so refreshing! It fits great and no sliding around! . I also stored this in my mini fridge and they felt amazing cold! . This mask is a gauze mask and I love it. I love the texture of it. . The essence of this mask is a gel. And it is very thick! One of the issues I had with this mask is that there is a ton of gel, but it didn't come out with the mask it was still in the packet. I had to dig it out and slather it on with the mask on. . My skin definitely loved these masks! I was able to use these a few days in a row and these did help moisturize my skin! My skin is also sensitive and these did not cause and issues or breakouts. . This is a mask version of the original Aqua Shooting Gel Cream, I can tell it is fully hydrating, the mask is based on cotton and it is gentle with sensitive skin. It is made of specialty ingredients including Centella Asiatica to help soothe and calm irritations caused by stresses from the environment. It also contains Panthenol to calm, Madecassoside to moisturize, Allantoin to soothe, and Xylitol which quickly reduces surface skin temperature. As an extra benefit, it contains Dual Ceramides to help strengthen the skin barrier and seal in hydration for a longer time period so the skin does not feel parched. Finally for a better result I can suggest that before using the mask, place it on the refrigerator for about 5-10 minutes.

I’d recommend this to anyone with really overheated skin or people with irritated skin as it’s very soothing. What I like: this mask is very soothing and moisturizing and it smells amazing. The effects are long lasting and the ingredients are very nourishing and helpful towards achieving healthy skin.
