I received this real barrier aqua soothing gel cream mask from 08Liter for a small trial fee of only 3.99 in exchange for my 100% honest review. I really loved how well this mask moisturized my skin and left my face feeling nicely hydrated and not overly hydrated. I recommend anyone with dry skin especially during the winter months to give this product is try!

It took awhile to ship but it was well worth the wait. Unusual formula (I've never tried anything quite like it) but works like any sheet mask, only better. If you're looking for ultra-hydration and moisture - this is your best pick! I would highly recommend to others.

I got to try a new face sheet mask recently called Real Barrier Aqua soothing gel.cream mask. I love the brand Real Barrier and have used a lot of their products before, including their aqua soothing gel cream. But I've never tried it in the form of a face mask, so I was excited to try this! It contains lots of great ingredients such as centella asiatica (gotu kola), and 5 types of hyaluronic acid. I didn't know there were multiple different types of hyaluronic acid before I did this review so it was cool learning that! This face mask is great for the summer because it's very cooling and soothing, but I think it could be good for any time of the year too. Overall, I loved it and I'm glad I got to try it!

This is the Real Barrier Aqua Soothing Gel Cream Mask. Product Details This paraben free mask is infused with Panthenol to calm, Madecassoside to moisturize and Allantoin to soothe, It is also enriched with dual Ceramides and Hyaluronic Acid which is known to bind water to the skin.  And, Vitamin E to help protect against environmental pollutants.  The silky micro fiber sheets help transfer Extreme Cream to the face to provide optimum moisturization.  This multi-function mask also helps improve skins’ elasticity. My Thoughts I wanted to like this, but this broke me out bad. This mask contains essential oils like orange and bergmaot fruit oil, which are known to irritate and sensitize the skin. It also smells like fruits, which I don't like. I like my skincare to smell neutral and bland.

Excellent sheet texture, both very thin and well-structured, allowing for flexibility and quite a comfortable adherence, without any adjustment afterwards. Mask solution is on the thicker side, not sticky, absorbs well & provides sufficient conditioning & hydration for the entire day in a hot & dry East Bay climate - my preferred style, just top it off with the SPF. Botanicals & active ingreds of note - centella asiatica, aka gotu kola leaf extract, bringing madecassoside, thymus mastichina flower, aka marjoram, oil, cynanchum atratum, aka bai wei, extract, litsea cubeba fruit oil.

🌦These sheet masks are supposed to help your face feel instantly cooler. As well as to help soothe, calm and moisturize your skin. Each sheet mask has an extreme amount of essence in it. Now I am going to share with you some tricks I have learned over the years, follow the lightbulb.💡The first trick I learned was from using a similar type of product in the past. The trick is while the mask is still in the bag spread the essence thru out the mask right before you are going to open it and apply it. The second tip is after you apply the mask and it starts to dry out you, get most of the essence out of the bag and apply on top of the mask.💡 Amazingly with these masks after using my tricks there was still plenty of essence left over after I removed the mask so I could apply some directly to my face.🌦 ❄Now you can put these masks in the refrigerator, freezer or just leave them out. I have read reviews that even if you don't put them in the refrigerator it is still cooling and refreshing. I love to keep these in the refrigerator. I live in Phoenix, AZ and it is hot especially right now. I really fell in love with these type of masks, even though I just turned 35 last month is for the past couple of years during that time of the month, my face is on fire, like its sunburnt it drives me nuts. These are a life saver.❄ 🌨They retail for $32 for 10 masks. These are a lot less expensive than other frozen masks that I have tried. I love these masks. I keep them in the fridge and my sensitive/oily skin loves them. I have had zero adverse effects and will be repurchasing these again for sure. The first ingredient for the mask is Water whereas the jar version is Centella Asiatica Leaf Water. The ordering of the other ingredients are either lower or higher on the IL list but similar with a few exceptions. Regardless, I think performance is similar but the finish is different. The sheet mask leaves a hydrating and thicker finish on the skin whereas the jar gel cream has a semi-matte finish. Overall, it’s a great sheet mask. I’d also recommend the gel cream as well for those with combo sensitive skin like me. Atopalm is one of my favorite brands and I enjoy almost all the Real Barrier line products I try. . It’s me. :) This is the new @RealBarrier Aqua Soothing Gel Cream Mask from @0.8l_usa getting a first impressions review! #gifted ~ FIRST IMPRESSIONS This sheetmask claims to help replenish moisture, calm redness, and literally cool down your skin. It is made of 100% cotton gauze and has almost no smell. A few of the key ingredients are centella asiatica, sodium hyaluronate, ceramide np, hyaluronic acid, and madecassoside. Swipe for the complete list. The mask fits pretty good, just a little short on my nose. This really is a gel cream and each mask prob contains about a weeks worth of gel if you were to just use it on your face and decolletage. There’s enough left in the packet for your arms and legs. It absorbs pretty quickly with no tack after. I can also feel it cooling my skin, which is nice on a warm day. I didn’t try putting the mask in the fridge first yet, but I bet that’ll fantastic for the Summer. My skin looks hydrated and less red after. I’d consider repurchasing when the stash gets lower. I'm thankful to have tried the Real Barrier Aqua Soothing Gel Cream Mask. It took a very long time to arrivem so I didn't have a chance to use the mask multiple times as I would have liked. This is the first product I have tried from this line, and I really liked it. The mask was VERY cooling and refreshing, which was great on a hot day. Several people have mentioned keeping this mask in the fridge before use, and I will definitely try that next. It has a fresh citrus scent that isn't overpowering, and overall is just reall crisp and cool. The package came with a huge amount of essence, which is used on my arms and legs and which I think would be a great after-sun essence if it were sold separately! The gauze cotton sheet is soft and covered in in gel cream, and stayed on really well which is a must for me because I don't like to sit still for a 20 minute mask. I didn't feel the need to moisturize after use. With 10 sheets in a box this is a very affordable mask. Thanks to Real Barrier and 0.8L for letting me try it at a reduced cost.

Real barrier aqua soothing gel cream mask review. I’ve had the cleansing balm and the essence mist from this line. I’ve loved them both and so was excited to try the mask. It didn’t disappoint! The gauze cotton sheet is soft and drenched in the gel cream. Some of it can shift during storage and shipment, so give the sachet a good rub before opening to redistribute it. I also take out the sheet mask, get my hand in the package and scoop out all the extra gel. Apply the gel to the face and neck and then get the mask on. That way all the goodness makes it to my skin. I love these masks. It’s basically the whole routine after toner in one step - no other moisturizer is needed. The scent is delicate and slightly citrusy, hard to describe. I love it. My skin is so supple and smooth afterwards!

-Real Barrier Aqua Soothing Gel Sheet Mask- This is my first time trying anything from Atopalm-Real Barrier. With that said, I'm impressed. These sheet masks are awesome. It has a lot of gel like essence that sinks right in, leaving zero stickiness and a non oily feeling, actually, It dries down "matte". That alone is enough for me to love a sheet mask. The other plus is that the sheet adheres pretty well to the skin and leaves my skin looking supple and hydrated afterwards. The day after, there was no pimples at bay and skin was glowing. Definitely one of the best sheet masks I've ever tried.

This was interesting! The essence in this sheet mask actually did feel creamy and gel-like to me, instead of the standard serum. I have only used a couple other masks like this before. They are great in winter when dry flaky skin is present. The ingredient list is pretty standard (at least the first 5 ingredients, which are the most important), but it is still a product worth checking out.
