I get blackheads sometimes on my cheeks and they are such a pain! I used to use one of those metal blackhead extracting tools but it would leave my skin further damaged!! Now, I find the best way to deal with them is a gentle charcoal product, and I’m loving this @mothermade_global Active Charcoal Enzyme Powder Wash 🖤⁣ ⁣ It’s a really interesting one!! You pour a little bit of the powder in your palm, then add some water and it turns into a nice, gentle lather! It’s unscented, which is nice. The bamboo charcoal pulls dirt out of pores, plus it has papaya extract to brighten and fight further acne! I use mine three or four evenings a week after an oil cleanse removes my makeup, and have definitely noticed a decrease in my pesky blackheads!⁣

If it's in your budget, definitely try the Mother Made Active Charcoal Enzyme Powder Wash! This will make a very efficient travel cleanser, and that's one of the reasons I really wanted to buy it. This is a cruelty-free, mild cleansing powder with pore purifying bamboo charcoal, soothing aloe vera leaf extract, and regenerating papaya enzymes. This netral pH powder is water-activated, and it foams up to purify pores, absorb excess sebum and dirt, buff away dead skin, and replenish moisture without harsh surfactants. Though it is a deep pore cleanse, my skin does not feel tight after washing my face. I'm actually surprised that it does not feel drying. Instead, my skin feels soft, cool and refreshed every time! I believe that the maltodextrin creates the refreshing, mildly cooling feeling. I have experienced no irritation, burning, or tightness. It's a cheaper alternative to the Tatcha cleansing powder in about the same price as the Amorepacific one, but this has no added fragrance and minimal ingredients. A ton of powder is not necessary to get an effective cleanse, and starting off with wet hands makes the most efficient lather. I actually had planned to purchase this through Amazon, but it was out of stock. And again through eBay, but the seller was away!! 😤 It's a good thing though, because I finally was able to pick it up through @0.8L_usa for a discounted trial. Thank you @mothermade_global too!

I LOVE this stuff. It’s a dupe for the Dermalogica Superfoliant (the version of daily microfoliant w/ charcoal) As an Esthetician I’m pleasantly surprised when I can find dupes for professional products with similar ingredients lists. The only negative thing is that this is a little drying for my eczema-prone skin, but great otherwise!

I was very fortunate to get this amazing Mother Made Active Charcoal Enzyme Powder Wash from 08liter.com for only $3.99. I love all the amazing products I have seen that use charcoal in them because I have very oily skin and it really helps to control it and clear out my large pores. So, of course when I was this, I had to jump at the chance to try it. I just adore that this is a powder wash because they are so neat to use, just a small amount lathers up so well and takes off even the most water-resistant makeup you can use.  The formula is very strong to clear out all your pores and dead skin from your face but gentle enough to not harm my sensitive skin. I just love how I can use this daily and not get that red irritated look on my face like I do with a lot of other cleansers.  I also love the fact that it really has reduced the amount of blackheads I get and my face looks radiant and healthy. This truly is a must try for anyone that has large pores and oily skin.

I love this face wash. I especially like that is a very fine powder and isn't abrasive on the shin like some cleansers. The charcoal helps deep clean pores with out exfoliating which is great.

Mother Made active enzyne powder wash is an amazing cleaning powder.Has activated bamboo charcoal and exfoliating papaya enzymes. Its non drying non irritating mild creamy foam nature derived low ph, animo acids. Minimal ingredients list EWG green. I love the feel on my skin, I can feel it busting out those blackheads it help cleared blackhead out plus my skin feels smooth and looks brighter. I enjoyed using the mother made charcoal scrub. It was great not having to use a lot of water and woth having n allergies I get worried of trying products I have an allergy to some products! But not this one didn't have my issues and worked on my skin!

I sometimes avoid washing my face several times a day because it seems to dry out it out. Especially, in fall and winter here in Las Vegas. So my face was really appreciative ❤️ of Mother Made, Active Charcoal Enzyme power wash. I followed the directions: pour a small amount in my hand about one teaspoon, wet, mixed together and applied to my face. I lathered first with my hand and then fash wash brush. I prefer it with just my hands. . It has no smell, lathers up quickly and stays soaped up. It rinsed off well. Just make sure do before you get dressed. It does dry dark on clothes, but came off with warm water. It is a dry powder you squeeze in your hand. . One of the reason, I agreed to "TRY" ( minimal fee in exchange for an honest review) was it stated it would make your skin look brighter and smoother. It has papaya extract in it. So after washing I allowed my face to naturally dry in air. Took about 7 minutes. I noticed that might skin was smooth especially on my cheeks and neck area. My forehead and eye area had less of a shadow. For the most part my skin was smooth to the touch. Only areas that we're extra dry were my nose, top of lip and sides of my face. Those areas felt a little tighter, but after applying my moisturizing nightly creme from @olay the dry areas mentioned became very soft. Overall, my skin as you can see does have a slight glow. . My only dry back is the dry skin areas and that you have to be careful when you squeeze bottle not to squeeze to hard. Plus the top cap, broke off. . Product was made in Japan. This enzyme wash is not a makeup remover or first cleanse, it is a gentle cleanser (neutral ph) meant for the gentle morning cleanse or second cleanse. You can also use this as a gentle exfoliant by using a little bit more, lathering, and letting it sit on the skin for a few minutes (contains papaya enzyme). SELF CARE SUNDAYS Hey Guys, I know its been awhile since I've did one of these but I'm back with another kbeauty product review. This time, I'm back with the Mother Made Active Charcoal Enzyme Powder Face Wash. I have never before used a face wash that wasn't a cream or a gel so I was more than a bit skeptical to say the least. I wet it in my hands and rub it on my face. I love that its not abrasive on my skin and clears and cleans my pores. After using it, there's a bit of redness. However, it clears up quickly revealing new glowing skin.
