I'm in love with it! I use it three times a week, and I feel that my skin is clearer, but without drying out. With continued use I noticed a decrease in oiliness as well. For those with oily skin, it is worth testing!

The powder cleanser is such a unique and interesting form. I originally thought it would be messy but pleasantly it's not. Charcoal is one of the ingredients I love, it effectively cleanses your skin, unclogs pores, removes deep impurities and dead skin cells. Active charcoal acts like an anti-inflammatory. It helps with acne scars and blemishes, which I'm dealing with way more due to wearing face masks. It has no scent and lathers nicely. It cleansed my complexion beautifully without stripping it. My skin looked supple and clearer. It provides a more even skin tone. My skin is silky smooth to the touch. Enjoying this beauty and has currently taken the thrown as one of my cleansers in my morning routine!

Mother Made gifted me their active charcoal enzyme powder wash. Complete honesty- I have only gotten to use this about 3 times so far...so this review is based off these recent experiences. I've always wanted to try a powder wash, so I was excited to receive this one. Usually retails for $21. I found this to be so gentle for everday use, not as messy as I expected it to be, and really gave me that deep clean feel. Aimed to rid blackheads and clean your pores using a papaya enzyme powder. You just add a little water and rub to make some suds! I'm loving that this is vegan! Second shot is of the power itself and third shot is a not so great photo of my hand, but I just wanted to show how it will turn to the wash you will apply to your face. They say this is great for sensitive skin or acne prone skin and I'm here for this one. I saw recently they also have a toner, so I may want to pick that up and try as a set! Overall I had a good experience with this wash.

I was really curious about Activated Charcoal in skincare as I’ve never used any product with this ingredient. When @.08L and Mothermade had it up for bid, I jumped at the chance. Here it is, in my washroom. I looked at it pondering on how I should go about using it. I decided to use it as my second cleanse. I have been using it for two weeks and found that: ♥️What it does: This powder cleanser was formulated to decongest pores, banish blackheads & balance the skin with the finest quality bamboo charcoal and papaya enzyme. ♥️Texture: Fine and powdery. It turned foamy once water was added. I was really surprised that it is super smooth with no grittiness. ♥️Color: Charcoal grey (no pun intended) ♥️Feel: Really nice on the skin. Easily rinsed off and didn’t leave my skin feeling tight. My skin feels refreshed like all the pores have been unclogged. ♥️Ingredients: There are only 10 ingredients in this product that includes skin surfactant, skin conditioning, charcoal powder (of course), aloe leaf extract and enzyme papain. When that happens, I found myself thinking about this cleanser and couldn’t wait to use it. It makes my skin feel super smooth and soft afterwards. I learned when I was a kid that activated charcoal is great for when you have upset stomach or ingesting something poisonous. My dad always prescribed it to his patients to make them feel better or before sending them off to a hospital for something more serious. Activated charcoal doesn’t neutralize the toxin but rather prevents the stomach from absorbing it. For the skin, it will absorb impurities to prevent clogged pores that eventually will cause acne and blackheads. I push the boundary of this product a little further by adding Rhassoul clay with it and apply it as a mask. I’d leave it on for 15 mins and rinse off. Rhassoul clay has similar benefits to activated charcoal but with added brightening benefit. In this product, there is an enzyme papain that is responsible for brightening the skin. If you have combination and oily skin, you can use this product as a mask as is. For dry and sensitive skin, I would add a few drops of seed oils to the mixture so that it doesn’t dry out your skin. As for this product, I’d give it a 5-star rating. It did everything that it’s supposed to plus the ingredients are EWG level 1 safe. From a powder to something foamy and creamy to cleanse the face with. It’s fun! ⁣ ⁣ The powder looks black but when you activate it with water, it turns into a light grey foam that deep cleanses your skin. It’s really gentle and cleanses well. A little is more than enough to cleanse or it gets too soapy. I think I use about a 10 cents amount. ⁣ ⁣ The pH level is good 👍 and it didn’t feel drying despite there being charcoal in the list. In terms of performance, I quite like it. It cleaned well with no tautness after. There is a faint scent of rice but other than that, there is no fragrance. My today’s review is on this @mothermade_global active charcoal enzyme powder wash. It is a great cleanser for acne prone skin. The powder creates a clear foamy effect with a drop of water and works really smooth on the skin to take off excess oil and dirt. Contains korean bamboo charcoal, organic aloe vera, natural papaya enzyme. It is gentle but my face felt a little dry after using it. But didn’t cause any irritation. Overall I’ll give it 4/5.

I use it twice a week when my skin needs that extra dose of cleansing. Contains korean bamboo charcoal, organic aloe vera, natural papaya enzyme. Also ideal for sensitive skin and I can vouch for this product as it is really gentle!! My oils and creams go on top so well and my skin looks glowy.

This product is absolutely amazing! I love how this product is gently exfoliates. This is my first time trying a powder wash and I was pleasantly surprised! I also like to use this product on different parts of my body. This wash leaves your skin feeling very smooth!

I have been using this as my cleanser, and this is honestly the MOST refreshing fasce wash I have ever used! It leaves my skin feeling chilly and clean, I love it. It has definitely helped with clearing up my skin as well! The fact that it's a powder and foams up when you wet it is so cool too.

This product it’s quite unique and fascinating to me, this amazing active charcoal cleanser it’s so cool! Because it’s dry! Like a powder and when you place it on your hand adding water on it then it turns black color as like pure charcoal and it gets soapy making it a wonderful cleanser and I loved the way my face felt afterwards and even the next day, this is a wonderful product I personally really love and recommend it!

This charcoal face wash is so cool! It is so unique and really gets deep into your pores! I love that it literally exfoliates your skin but does it super gently. Overall, I felt like this cleanser is a great product and I love that it has bamboo, aloe and papaya enzymes!

This Active charcoal enzyme powder wash from @mothermade_global is a deep pore cleanser. It is activated by water to help remove access oils and dirt. The bamboo charcoal absorbs excess sebum and dirt by minimizing the look of enlarged pores while the regenerating papaya enzyme gently buffs away dead skin cells and impurities. This is my first time using a powder face wash. After I washed my face I noticed that my face feels clean. My pores do look smaller. It made my skin feel smooth. I love using this powder cleanser. You don’t need that much powder to cleanse your face so this bottle will last a while. It makes my face feel clean without any dryness or tightening of the skin. I have noticed clearer and tighter pores. It's also fragrance free.

I received some amazing product from Mother Made and 08liter. Mother Made Active charcoal enzyme powder wash it is a water activated powder cleanser and daily exfoliant aimed to stop a bottle with congested pores and blackheads. It helps break down dead skin cells, and removes pollution in clogged pores. Has only 10 essential natural ingredients, which great for my sensitive skin. It has a form of powder that transforms into a foamy cleanser by adding a few drops of water. I mixed a quarter sized amount of the powder with a few drops of water and applied it when it became a foam. I love how it works, makes my skin look brighter, softer, and smoother, felt refreshed without irritation. It is easy to use and rinsed easily. Has fresh clean scent. I definitely will add this powder to my daily routine and would recommend it for others.
