This texture Tuesday I’m sharing a product with a texture new to me! The Mother Made Active Charcoal Enzyme Powder Wash is a water activated powder that gently exfoliates, resurfaces, and deep cleans pores! 🖤 Activated Charcoal 🖤 Papaya Enzyme 🖤 Aloe Vera To use, you pour a small amount into your wet plan and add a few drops of water. I expected the texture to feel a little gritty but to my surprise it just dissolved into a smooth feeling, lightweight cleanser! I really love how smooth my skin feels under the product while washing. It’s so refreshing and does such a great cleaning! 🖤 Gentle, doesn’t strip the skin, washes off clean 🖤 This product is perfect for me- I wish I had more time to use detoxifying masks so adding this cleanser into my routine is giving the added benefit of deep cleaning, quick! It’s like combining my clay masks & my cleanser 😀

MOTHER MADE ACTIVE CHARCOAL ENZYME POWDER WASH is unique in its own name. I have never been a fan of charcoal products just because they have burnt my skin. However this product was different because I did not have to use a lot and when I was rubbing it into my face I felt it working so I knew when to wash it off. This product left a clean soft soothing feeling afterwards and though my face is a combination it tends to be more oily in the summer months this product kept my face dry and soft throughout the night.

This will be my first time ever using an enzyme powder face wash and I have to admit I really like it a lot. It seems to be a fairly gentle way of cleansing the skin and it doesn’t strip the skin whatsoever which is pretty fantastic. The brand is mother made and considering I pretty much enjoy using most if not all of their products I had high expectations of this particular product. This powder wash contains active charcoal and papaya enzymes. It is water activated and very mild on skin. I personally feel as though this face wash would be good for all skin types. It doesn’t really build up any kind of foam or lather but it does leave my skin feeling very clean and refreshed. The active charcoal helps to purify the skin and clean deep down within the pores. It also helps to remove excess oils within the skin. The papaya in this face wash works as a gentle exfoliant. Basically buffing away dead skin cells and impurities to combat dullness. The papaya enzymes help regenerate the skin and reveal an overall healthy complexion. Their is also a hint of aloe extract in this face wash to help soothe and calm skin while working to help maintain skins hydration levels. This face wash is cruelty free, has Neutral PH, and doesn’t contain any harsh surfactants. I’m definitely a fan of this face wash and very great full that I had the opportunity to try it. Definitely recommend trying it out.

This wasn't a game changer for me like most others have stated. I will have to play around with the amount of water to get the consistency right for me. I didn't notice much of a difference other than it made my skin softer. I really like the powder texture but it can be messy to apply and get a decent lather going. I didn't find there to be any scent which is great for my sensitive skin. not sure I would repurchase this. I recieved mother made active charcoal enzyme powder wash for free or at a discounted price to try in exchange for my honest feedback. this is a water activated powder. once the water touched the powder it turns into a light leathery wash. it dont lather as much as other powders I have tried. this is made with bamboo charcoal amd really helps to unclog and clean all them clogged and congested pores. it left my face feeling really clean and also soft. it also has papaya enzyme to help buff away dead skin cells and aloe extract to help replenish moisture.

I am not acne prone, but I do have dry skin and I feel the need of having a good cleansing routine, including exfoliating to remove impurities and dead cells and to prevent from having clogged pores. I followed the instructions of using a quarter-size amount onto a wet palm and add water to make a full lather and proceed to massage onto skin, specifically on troubled areas, it is very soothing, leaving the skin feeling soft, clean and not extremely dry like others cleansers. The packaging is clean and comes perfectly sealed with information in Korean and English languages, as many #kbeauty brands I love the quality control and honesty for the consumers, it includes the expiration date, this product expires on May 2022 or 12 months after opening. Retail: $21.

My first @08l review! 0.8L is a Korean app that needs skincare bloggers to review products! Some are free and you apply to be chosen and some are $3.99, basically just pay for shipping, but they have limited amounts and they go pretty fast. But many products come up multiple times so you have lots of opportunities to try! . My first choice I got for $3.99 is @mothermade Active Charcoal Enzyme Powder Wash. it’s a deep pore cleanser, with ultra absorbing activated charcoal, cleans pores of excess oil and dirt, resurfaces your skin with papaya extract, and soothes with aloe extract. . Never used a powder cleanser before, but all you do is pour a tablespoon in your hand and add a few drops of water, mix with your finger to a creamy consistency then apply to your face in circular motions. It’s not super foamy, but it cleans fantastically! Rinses off with no residue and leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean, without that stripped feeling. My skin feel smooth as glass! Plus I definitely have noticed a reduction in tiny micro bumps on my forehead. . Overall I’m very impressed by its effectiveness and I’m very glad I bought it. If you see it come up on the site you should definitely try it out!

Again I will say how much I love Mother Made products and we can now add this one to the list. The naturally derived ingredients help to Remove dead skin cells and impurities without irritating you skin at all. It is a water activated mild cleansing powder that turns to a foam face wash that contains Papaya Enzyme to help with skin resurfacing and Aloe Extract to help with sooth the skin. The Ultra-absorbent Activated Charcoal helps clear pores of excess oils and dirt's. The Charcoal Enzyme powder wash helped with the oily areas around my nose and chin and left my skin soft and brighter.

Thanks to mother made, for choosing me to review your charcoal cleanser. It comes in a powder form. my mom thought it was body ashes😒.. i actually had to show her that it wasnt. lol. you need water to activate it . and lather it up in your hands then apply to your face. messaging your face in circular motions. it feels like its cleaning your face right away. actually it does feel like it is deep cleaning your face while massaging. and it doesnt feel like its drying out your face during the deep cleansing process... no harsh smells and when i rinsed it off my face it felt soo refreshing. i really love charcoal cleansers etc. anything with charcoal in it because it always seem to deep clean my skin and it makes my skin look soo refreshing and vibrant again.

What an evening, katsu and garbage disposal repair 💃🏻. Anywho I wanted to drop a quick little review on this @mothermade_global charcoal powder cleanser I won in an @0.8l_usa campaign. I'm pretty sure most peeps have already tried it. I love me some powder cleansers since for a brief moment of my day I can pretend I'm traveling. I waz pleased with the amount of foaming action altho it is a little drying and the ph is around 6/7 (which is kinda advertised on the bottle: neutral pH) Overall I say this is a pretty standard powder cleanser, dissolves easily, doesn't have much of a scent and I feel the only bonus is that it has papaya enzyme. This made my face break so bad. I love the power though it's such a new way to wash your face a little power mixed with a lil water and boom you have yourself a face wash. I like the brand and the packing just didn't care for the ingredients.

The MOTHER MADE Active Charcoal Enzyme Powder wash is so great! It is made with skin resurfacing papaya extract, soothing aloe extract and ultra absorbent activated charcoal which helps unclog pores and absorb excess oils in the skin. It comes in a bottle that is super easy to bring along on a trip and weighs very little. You simply wash your hands pour some of the powder on your wet hands and then mix with a few drops of water and use it as a face wash, it begins to lather into a thin gray wash and it leaves your skin feeling soft and clean. This wash is perfect for cleansing skin in the morning or at night before bed. It’s not a makeup remover so it is recommended to use as a second cleanser after makeup removal.

The powder is activated when you give a few drops of water and aims to stop the battle with congested pores and blackheads. This gently cleanses, deep pore cleanses, and mildly exfoliates due to the papaya enzymes. The key ingredients are 𝘉𝘢𝘮𝘣𝘰𝘰 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘤𝘰𝘢𝘭 which is four times porous than regular wood charcoal and 𝘗𝘢𝘱𝘢𝘺𝘢 𝘌𝘯𝘻𝘺𝘮𝘦.⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ I was surprised at how gentle it feels upon applying it to my face. Thank you Mother Made for sending me the Active Charcoal Enzyme Powder Wash! This was my first time trying a powder wash and I have to say it’s pretty cool. I pour some powder onto my wet palms and add a little bit of water to lather it’s up. The water activates the charcoal powder mixed with papaya enzymes to unclog pores. It has a very light papaya scent and is gentle enough for daily use. I usually use this cleanser in the morning because of how gentle it is. This cleanser leaves my skin feeling silky and smooth. With maskne on the rise, this cleanser is great for getting a deep cleanse. I definitely recommend this as you can bring this on trips and it’s very light and transportable.

For the last few days I've been cleansing my face with Mother Made Active Charcoal Enzyme Powder Wash. This facial wash is made with bamboo charcoal, Organic Aloe Vera, and papaya enzymes that work together to provide a deep pore cleanse purifying and regenerating to leave you with brighter skin. This was my first time using a powder facial cleanser so I have nothing to compair this to other than my own experience. I typically go for facial cleansers that foam up, this one fell a little flat in that area. Although it doesn't lather up how I like I still enjoyed that my skin did indeed feel clean, refreshed, and slightly tight but not dry. I also appreciate that this formula is light to transport while traveling and how quickly this powder activates with water. I did not notice any scent to this nor did I experience any irritation to my normal/ slightly sensitive skin. It is geared towards those with congested and sensitive skin. With that being said I would not recommend this to someone with preexisting dry skin as it could dry you out more. Overall I recommend this for those with sensitive skin looking for a deep clean feeling. *I purchased this product at a generously discounted rate but my opinions are my own.

This powder wash is such a unique way to clean your skin. This is a water activated mild cleansing powder with pore-purifying bamboo charcoal, regenerating papaya enzymes and soothing aloe extract. It unclogs congested pores and reveals brighter, softer skin. It is gentle enough for daily use and is fragrance free. This is a great cleanser for deep cleaning your pores especially now with wearing face masks a lot of people including me are experiencing “maskne”. I just pour a small amount of the powder into the wet palm of my hand. Then add drops of water and rub my hands to get a foamy lather. Then I massage it into my face in circular motions and rinse well. This is such different way to clean your skin with the powder. It really cleans my skin thoroughly without a dry or tight feeling afterwards. My skin feels smooth and clear and looks brighter. It makes my skin feel silky soft and smooth. I love how gentle and refreshing this powder wash is for my skin. I highly recommend it.

This was an extra cool try for me because I love, love, love washing powders. You don't need to use very much in order to get a good lather worked up. It contains active charcoal (a neat trend lately) and papaya extract to help clear your pores. Since I already love and use washing powders sometimes, I REALLY was grateful to try this product out for 0.8L I'd recommend this product and you get a lot of it because it only takes a little (size of a quarter) to get lather.
